Comfortable stay with super warm hospitality. Easy comms via groupchat on wechat. Upon checking in, introduced us to the facilities and we were pleasantly surprised that they had even prepared a bedrail for our room without our request. My daughter had fun using the smart room control xiaodu xiaodu and enjoyed the play area. The extra touches of 2cups of specialty coffee, 10pcs laundry, bath salts, welcome fruits and bottled drinks were delightful. There was vip car transfer to/fro the waterfall ticketing entrance which was very helpful, and we waited less than 5mins each time. They tried to accommodate to our request for early check-in and late checkout. As we planned to be the first batch to enter the grand waterfall, they kindly helped to pack sandwich+fruits breakfast for us to bring to the waterfall, and always checked if we needed more bottled water etc. Excellent service from the wechat butler, reception and hotel staff. Photography service was cancelled as photographer was away on course. Our only regret was not having enough time to explore the facilities. Careful to type the correct hotel name when booking didi to the hotel as there is another hotel under the same chain called朵贝云hotel much further away.

峯兮洞穴的位置很特別，景好，氣候好。十一月底來坐在外面也不冷。員工友善熱情。早餐後出門遊玩，晚上才回到酒店，前台姑娘小張體貼詢問我們一天過得怎麼樣？我告訴她手機不慎掉在離酒店十分鐘車程的天坑觀景台。她説好巧酒店廚師小姜外出採買時碰巧撿到一部手機，等明天他上班帶來看看是不是你們的。第二天我失落的手機機緣巧合復得。太精彩了！謝謝你們！

Wonderfull getaway. Helpful and friendly staff. Nice view. We enjoy everything. However there’s one suggestion, to have more options for breakfast, like toasts with butter and jam, croissants and fruits.

今年國慶節是我們第一次來興義，也是第一次來萬峯林，但是這次旅遊體驗真的拉滿！ 第一天下飛機先去了馬嶺河（離市區比較近），峽谷風景很漂亮，一家人玩得很開心。出來後就直接打車來到了民宿。房子就在景區內主幹道的半坡上，正對着羣山和峽谷，映着落日夕陽，非常精緻漂亮！ 前台和老闆娘非常熱情，馬上幫我們辦理了入住，並且貼心的發了各種入住tips。當天因為抵達時間比較晚，全家沒有再出門，點了當地的特色蛋炒飯（真心好吃！），在房間休整了一下。晚上前台在大廳茶座給我們泡了青柑普洱，還給小孩煮了宵夜甜點，贊！ 第二天一早我們便出發去萬峯林景區（我們玩了大概四個小時，體驗非常好）。中午時收到老闆娘的電話，説今天中秋節，她安排了當地特色晚宴活動招待我們，真是太驚喜了！看着離晚餐還有不少時間，而且開始下起了濛濛細雨，於是租了帶頂篷的電動三輪車，載着媳婦女兒在萬峯林的羣山間、稻田裡的小路上、各個村寨裏隨意的遊走。一路上遊客其實並不多，品嚐小吃、拍照、喝咖啡、逛各種小店，這波體驗滿分！ 到了晚飯時，我們來到老闆娘在下納灰村的餐廳，客人都是住在民宿的、來自全國各地的家庭，小孩們嘰嘰喳喳開心得不行。不多時，老闆娘宣佈活動開始，大家把蒸好的黃色糯米飯倒進石槽，開始打餈粑。大家你一錘我一錘，把糯米飯打成膏狀，端上桌，然後撕下一塊裹上芝麻、紅糖、黃豆粉和花生碎食用，糯米本身的香味混着各種調料，鮮甜可口！ 而且這還衹是餐前小點心，之後店家開始端上裝在竹篾裏的三大盤“布依特色手抓菜”，有：彩色糯米飯、鹽水雞、特色風肉和麻辣香腸、生菜、黃瓜條、其他配菜和水果，餐食不配餐具，大人孩子們直接戴上手套用手抓食，別有一番風味！ 老闆娘給大家上了米酒，唱起了祝酒辭；大家圍着長桌玩擊鼓傳花，大人喝酒，小孩們自己表演節目；天南海北的遊客們一起舉杯歡慶國慶中秋，這次體驗讓人終生難忘！ 環境：位於萬峯林景區中間，景觀一流；房間雖然坐落在路邊，但是晚上並不吵鬧；房屋裝修也很新，天氣好的話可以坐露台上的榻榻米。從民宿去遊客中心、附近幾個村寨都很近。 衞生：乾淨整潔，房間沒有陳味和煙味。 服務：店家始終熱情周到，任何需求都能及時迴應。 設施：民宿對面就有電動三輪租車點，出行和歸還都很方便（可以把鑰匙直接交到民宿前台）。

在網上看了好幾家萬峯林的民宿，最後還是選擇了峯兮，入住觀山主演考慮到交通和清靜的平衡。住了三天最想誇誇小元管家，服務周到熱情有求必應。帶着年紀大的父母出門，各種突**況，管家小姐姐都能協助解決，住民宿就是喜歡這種貼心的服務。説説其他建議吧，一是民宿離核心景區有十五分鐘車程，不是自駕遊的話晚上叫車有點慢；二是住的2號房間浴室和廁所分別在兩邊，既不方便私密性也差；三是早餐品種有點單一，其實入住客人不多可以改成配餐，不需要一定弄成自助有點浪費，三天吃的早飯所有東西也是一樣的，少了點新意。不過她家阿姨燒的菜還是很好吃的，無論是點菜還是早飯的米線都是阿姨現做的，口味不比景區附近的私房菜差。

How does a stay being outstanding from others with same location, same scenery and surroundings? These are the important points that affects me: 1. The service 2. The cleanliness 3. The connection (with their guest) Hechu Minsu gives me the best experience with all the above. Awesome stays with them! Although they require a certain amount of deposit, look at the amenities and facilities, to me, it's necessary and it's refundable anyway. The quality of the stays come from a bad experience of the Minsu owner in other places, thus she set the standard with hers. Will definitely come back!

可以買貴但不能買錯。這家酒店在春節期間價格合理，直接前台去大概4平時2出頭。樓是新建的，意味着泵房，管道，水箱，增壓，花灑，裝修工藝都是最新的。儘管同棟有更便宜的，專們去看了，但房間大小，床品，人員配置不同的。 樓下隔壁市場商品房的牛肉乾鍋一流，不要去那些點評網紅店，要有自己的判斷邏輯：牛肉有冰箱排酸，附近有大型醫院意味着要做回頭客。廚房、案板、碗筷擺放、桌面是否油污等都能判斷是否是一家不錯的店。 貞豐糯米飯一絕。可以這樣講：這羣本份認真不坑客户的優秀貴州老闆，隨便勞務移民去澳洲加拿大，這些菜品都是1000元左右的水準（扣税50%）且秒殺，衹是所在地域限制了。

The best thing about the place is the location. You can walk to the fields and easily drive anywhere you need to go in the area. The car park only fits six cars. The decor makes the rooms seem run down. Bugs can come in through the cracks of the front doors. There’s no soundproofing and heard someone talking very loudly for a long time, as if lecturing two children, when I wanted to rest. Breakfast was terrible, with some dishes not tasting good and guests having to find staff to ask for refills. No water provided at breakfast. The accommodation calls itself a resort but no welcome gift was provided and the spa wasn’t working, both of which were advertised when we booked.
