"We stayed for a few hours in this hotel for our early morning flight. It serves the purpose. Very close to airport. Hotel provided free transport to airport. The standard is hard to judge against the same type of hotels which we never stayed before, but you must not expect and hold to the standard of a city hotel. This hotel is located in a village."

"Had a super early flight, and the metro isnt open that early, so i booked a stay here and went to the airport the night before. Very easy checkin and the pod was comfy and the staff were friendly. You can hear the airport loudspeakers faintly, but that didnt bother me cause im a deep sleeper; although they do give you earplugs for those light sleeping people. Overall very convient and close to a family mart for snacks. You make a left when you come into the terminal and its next to the police station on the main floor at the end."

"Hotel near ChengDu TianFu airport. Ok to book for 1 night stay as airport quite far away from city. Got free transport to pick you up & send you to airport. As i stay myself, the light of the hotel abit dull so abit creepy for me, but the reception and driver is sooo nice. Budget and good place to have a snap"

"Perfect for travellers who had early flight to catch, as hotel provide stress free shuttle van services, only 15 mins already arriving Tianfu airport. Although it is contena box, but it assemble well as a spacious hotel room, with nice heater bed, big screen projector etc, only downside is the door is quite difficult to open n close, almost need to slam the door to close properly. I trust that all guests will appreciate more if hotel can provide take away breakfast box for early travellers who r not able to hv their breakfast due to their flight time."

"The room was simple and enough for just an overnight stay and the affordable price, but honestly due to the poor service attitude I would not come back and would rather pay a bit extra to stay elsewhere with better service. At the end of my trip, I stayed at a different airport hotel for about ¥15 more and it was much newer and with patient, great service. I came in at around midnight and called to request a transfer to the hotel, but the woman who picked up was a bit rude. I did not fully understand something she said while figuring out where I should meet the driver because I'm not a Chinese national (although | speak fluent mandarin), and she said ”how could you not understand something so simple?” Saying this to someone who is not a local at a hotel for a huge international airport really rubbed me the wrong way. I ended up not arriving at the hotel until 1am due to confusion about the pickup location and the driver returning back to the airport halfway through our drive AWAY from the airport to pick up someone else and honestly regret not just calling a didi. On my way out the next morning, someone came to the room 20 minutes before my arranged transfer time to make sure I was awake, which was nice. Then he came again 5 minutes before the transfer time to rush me, and even said ”if you're not ready I'll just take the others first and come back to get you. It will only take 2-3 minutes” I was literally putting on my shoes on my way out. I was not late at all but for some reason he rushed me like I was delaying everyone else and was inconveniencing them. The two others were headed to the airport so it definitely would have taken him much longer than 2-3 minutes to come back to get me. I assured him I was just about ready and arrived to the lobby in time for my arranged transfer time. I always try to be understanding and patient especially when I stay at budget places but honestly these types of interactions are much less tolerable when it happened twice in my literally less than 10 hours there, on top of air travel already being stressful and exhausting."

"Tiange Theme Hotel is a lovely place with a lovely staff. It has beautiful artistic drawings and decorations on the walls and in the hallways. The rooms have comfortable beds and good desk space. The location is close to many shops and is not far from the railway station. Breakfast was delicious. We appreciate how kind and helpful the staff was during our stay. Looking forward to visiting again."

"Hotel sent a Chinese message via trip.com a day before if I needed pick up service. Trip.com and google translation helped. Received wechat QR code from hotel right after and was set up a group chat with driver an hour before pick up. Waited 15 mins and journey took 15 mins to the hotel from Tianfu T2. Hotel is located at a village with many other accommodation and restaurants nearby. Hotel room is way better than expected. Clean and new furnishings. The walls are thin. I had a room on the 2nd floor and facing the main road. Could hear traffic and people talking on the street as well as along the corridor outside my room. Airport van pick up service is outsourced. Hourly schedule going to airport. Hotel reception called my room 30 mins before scheduled pick up. Van is shared with other lodgings. It was maxed out to sit 6 passengers each trip. Condition of van varies. The drivers were nice and helped with my luggage."
