We had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel during our family visit to Universal Studios. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel right at home, and I can't say enough good things about Chloe and Melo. They went above and beyond to assist us, making our stay even more special. The hotel is super convenient with a shuttle directly to Universal Studios, which made getting to the park a breeze. And the view from our room overlooking Hogwarts was just breathtaking! It really added to the magic of the trip. One of the best perks is the hotel's connection to a huge, modern shopping mall, no need to venture outside to grab a bite or do some shopping. It's all right there, which was perfect for our family with a young kid. The hotel itself is pristine, with a fresh, new feel throughout. Everything was spotless, and we could tell they really care about keeping the space comfortable and inviting. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone planning a trip to Universal Studios. It's the perfect combination of convenience, comfort, and great service!

This is one of my best hotel experiences. I have a big family and always hard time to pick hotel. Foods are okay, but hotel crews are patient with language barriers. They have a small gym and swimming pool. The laundry room is excellent, they even provide delivery service with no charge. And the late check- out was available with no charge. Rooms are excellently managed with clean linens and towers. Amenities are well provided and power voltage are for both 110v and 220v. It was a great hotel experience with a big family.

Initially, we were put in a room with cracked tiles on the shower floor. The management quickly put us in a different suite the very next day after my complaint. They did act in a fast manner. The hotel is clean. The service is good overall. However, I do hope the hotel will fix up the broken floor tiles in the shower so that guests won’t get hurt by it.

The facilities were great. The apartment was so spacious and comfortable it was perfect for a family with 2 young children. The location is a bit far from the center. If you don’t mind the 20 min ride then I would definitely recommend this serviced apartment.

While everything functioned well, a refresh in certain areas would further elevate the overall experience. The service was good, a dude presses the lift button as soon as you are headed to the lift and explains how to use the old school insert and remove card in the lift which is the same process for the room. Room is clean and bed very comfy as you would expect. Big bath and nice views with electronic blinds for privacy and sleep time. Shower nice and strong with multiple heads. We enjoyed our stay, breakfast is pricey if you don’t buy it with your room.
