From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel right at home, and I can't say enough good things about Chloe and Melo. They went above and beyond to assist us, making our stay even more special. The hotel is super convenient with a shuttle directly to Universal Studios, which made getting to the park a breeze. And the view from our room overlooking Hogwarts was just breathtaking! It really added to the magic of the trip. One of the best perks is the hotel's connection to a huge, modern shopping mall, no need to venture outside to grab a bite or do some shopping. It's all right there, which was perfect for our family with a young kid. The hotel itself is pristine, with a fresh, new feel throughout. Everything was spotless, and we could tell they really care about keeping the space comfortable and inviting. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone planning a trip to Universal Studios. It's the perfect combination of convenience, comfort, and great service!

The facilities were great. The apartment was so spacious and comfortable it was perfect for a family with 2 young children. The location is a bit far from the center. If you don’t mind the 20 min ride then I would definitely recommend this serviced apartment.

The Prime Hotel met all our needs as a family that encompassed 3 generations. It was within walking distance to the Forbidden City and Jingshan and Behai parks and a reasonable drive by Didi to other attractions. We loved the breakfast each morning with both Western and Asian food. This gave us a chance to try other foods but also enjoy familiar ones. The staff was very helpful with arranging airport transportation and keeping g us well supplied with bottled water. I hope to return again.

All the staff was amazing. Thanks to Monica, Daniel, Thomas and everyone I didn’t name. Such a warm welcome, we had an amazing stay. Everything was perfect and the team is such a great help. It was our first time in China and they were very helpful for bookings and advices. They also are very reactive (we forgot something at the hotel and they were very fast helping us). We enjoyed a lot and will come back for sure.

moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel incredibly welcome. The GRO, Holiday, was especially helpful and always attentive to our needs throughout our stay. All the staff were brilliant with both us and our children – a special thank you to Adam, who went above and beyond to ensure everyone felt at home. Bubble was also amazing with the kids, and they absolutely adored the Mini Club! The activities were engaging and fun, and Nindi not only ran great sessions with the children but also looked after us so well outside of Mini Club too. The food was excellent – with a great variety of both Chinese and Western dishes to suit all tastes. We enjoyed it so much that we’ve already booked again to celebrate my birthday. Highly recommended for families!

The service was good, a dude presses the lift button as soon as you are headed to the lift and explains how to use the old school insert and remove card in the lift which is the same process for the room. Room is clean and bed very comfy as you would expect. Big bath and nice views with electronic blinds for privacy and sleep time. Shower nice and strong with multiple heads. We enjoyed our stay, breakfast is pricey if you don’t buy it with your room.
