The hotel staff were very friendly and always willing to assist with anything I needed as a foreigner, which I truly appreciate. The hotel itself is clean, and the rooms are spacious and beautifully designed.

I escaped from the tiny dorm in Shanghai to here, and I love this place a lot ❤️ The owners are super kind, friendly and supportive. They picked me up at the bus station. I thought it’s just a small town but it’s quite big actually, and with a lot of luggage, I didn’t know how struggle I would be without them. Thank you so so much for helping me 🙇♀️🙇♀️ And the manor is supper nice, elegant, like living in a rich family in the past 😂 The room is beautiful, clean and full of facilities. 這次三天兩夜的旅行，最驚喜的收穫就是這家客棧！本是特種兵式趕路，累得夠嗆，卻被這裏徹底治癒了。 房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適，住得格外安心。但真正讓人捨不得走的，是客棧的老闆和她叫“布魯”的小狗。本來收拾好行李要返程，被老闆娘的温柔大方和布魯的憨態可愛打動，當即決定多住一晚。 恰逢中秋，老闆娘熱情地帶我們去菜場挑新鮮食材，晚上一起圍坐烤肉、賞月、聊天。從旅途趣事到生活日常，全程不用刻意找話題，那種相見恨晚的默契太暖心了。 旅程雖有波折，但這場意外的停留讓一切都變得完美。這裏不止是住宿的地方，更藏着人與人之間最純粹的善意，下次來一定還住這兒！有機會一定要嚐嚐客棧的葡萄哈哈

This is a marvelous homestay-guesthouse. Located in a quiet area of the old-town, but very close to many bars and restaurants. Next door to a temple. The owner is a friendly man who loves cats... and has three lazy, fat cats who sleep most of the time. He even gave us chilled bottles of Perrier French mineral water upon our arrival! The courtyard has two Loquat trees which provided many delicious fruits. Our room was upstairs in this renovated old Qing-Dynasty house. We had a small private balcony. The bed was very comfortable, with great bolster pillows for watching movies on the huge screen. There was a refrigerator in the room. The bathroom was huge and even included a Japanese toilet with bidet functions. Soft towels. Good toiletries. The included breakfasts, served in the courtyard, were wonderful. Fried bread, two-kinds of dumplings, soy milk, boiled eggs. Delicious coffee. Watermelon slices. Xitang is a beautiful, if a bit over-commercialized ”ancient” town. We enjoyed our visit, and this lovely guest-house. The guesthouse is a bit hard to locate. It is in the Eastern part of the old town, near the bar street. For those who enjoy Hanfu, there are MANY shops nearby where you can rent the costumes.

위치 : 시탕북문입구, 7시 59분에 출발해도 8시 이전 무료입장 가능. 가성비가 매우 좋은 호텔입니다. 내부에서 숙박할 필요 없음.

酒店不大，但是挨着小河邊環境不錯，出門 2 分鐘酒吧街。 位置不錯，酒店設施一般吧 但是吃喝玩樂方便，我們去的時候第一天有太陽很舒服，但是第二天下雨🌧️比較無語，但是也都玩了，拍照了哈哈

For this price and location, cannot complain. Was quite content. Great location, rooms clean enough. It’s a family run property in an old town and old building, so please do not expect 5-star service.

Hotel is clean and spacious, comes with a small balcony as well. Bed could be improved (could feel the spring inside).

是個帶私家小花園的一梯兩户，房間浴室都很新很衞生。床上，浴室也沒看到有頭髮什麼的（床單我自帶的）。老闆人很好。衹是大房的空調能再給力一點就好了，這兩天杭州確實太熱了，小房倒是空調很足的。民宿的位置很好，不在主街上，送子來鳳橋一下去就到了，晚上比較安靜。但是去吃飯逛街坐遊船什麼的都近，樓下還有旅拍。西塘真的很美，人也不太多，一次滿意的行程。
