Friendly and personal service
The staff were all very friendly and helpful and they were there 24/7. The apartment is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. Me and my colleagues would surely choose it again next time we visit Wuhan.

"電梯不是很行，衹有兩個電梯，我覺得每一次都要等特別的久，雙床房的話有一張床都直接頂到了窗簾那裡，我覺得不是很大，而且早上真的非常的吵，我也不知道是不是阿姨在搞衞生，反正就是周圍挺吵的，很影響睡眠。我不知道其他樓層是不是跟我一樣，反正我住的那一個樓層上面一直在蹦蹦跳跳的，或者是一桌子椅子什麼的聲音都很大。前台都挺好説話的吧，而且我感覺有什麼問題直接找前台，他立馬幫你解決了，衞生也還行，總體來説都還不錯，可能也是別人的原因影響到我們那個樓層了。"

"Very old, local building. I would find this charming as a solo traveler because I like adventurous, local things. But this was a romantic getaway with my girlfriend who expects a certain level of cleanliness and modern facilities. Also an actual hotel, not a private residence. The owner tried to fix everything so they are very nice. But it just wasn’t acceptable as a hotel. I had suspicions when I couldn’t find exterior photos of the building. It’s very dirty and local. The “disposable towels” was the worst part — they do not work. Good towels is a very easy way to please guests so this was terrible."

"Really nice room located in a perfect area in Wuhan. They let us check in early at 6am for a small ¥40 fee which was awesome. The room itself is nicely docorated. I'm personally not a big fan of all the tech stuff like automated toilet flush and curtains but it was quite cool to see.
Lots of shops, foodstalls and restaurants on the doorstep and you can walk anywhere. Ask for the streetview room which offers a great view from the room.
I would definitely stay here again."

The hotel's environment is elegant, the cleanliness is top-notch, the check-in process is swift, and the owner provides helpful recommendations. The service is warm and attentive, making guests feel at home! The value for money is excellent, and it is definitely worth recommending. The workers also very helpful and friendly. They trying their best to help us evetho they cant speak english, really love their effort. Sure will repeat again this hotel if i visit Wuhan again. Beside hotel have KFC, Mixue, MCD. In front of hotel have Metro Station 1-2 minutes walking distance. Got 1 halal food around 1-2km walking distance from Hotel. So give 10/10 for this hotel."

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They were always willing to answer questions and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.
The room and common areas were clean and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the effort put into keeping the space tidy and cozy. The facilities provided were also sufficient for a hassle-free stay.
Overall, it’s a great value for money. If you’re looking for a simple, clean, and friendly place to stay, this hostel is definitely a solid choice.

I had an absolutely unforgettable stay at Wuhan Hanyang Beike Hotel—this place is a masterpiece of modern hospitality. If you’re looking for luxury without breaking the bank, look no further.
Let’s start with the view: from my room, I had a breathtaking panorama of the Yangtze River, with a front-row seat to Wuhan’s cyberpunk-style skyline. The glowing bridges—including the Yingwuzhou Yangtze River Bridge, Yangsigang Bridge, and Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge—light up the night like something out of a sci-fi movie. To top it off, you can even spot the historic Yellow Crane Tower, blending the ancient with the ultramodern in a way that’s visually stunning and emotionally moving.
The interior design of the hotel is unbelievably sleek and luxurious—we’re talking five-star finishes, modern lighting, spotless wood flooring, elegant furniture, and a spa-like bathroom that feels straight out of a high-end design magazine. It’s the kind of place that makes you stop and say, “Wow,” the moment you walk in.
I’ve stayed at the Hilton, located just downstairs, and while it’s fine, Beike Hotel blows it out of the water in terms of value, design, and overall experience. You’re getting a top-tier, modern boutique stay at a fraction of the cost.
The staff, especially the warm and professional Ms. Liu, were incredibly helpful, attentive, and kind—service was impeccable.
If you’re a traveler who appreciates unique experiences, luxury on a budget, and a fusion of futuristic style with rich cultural heritage, this is THE hotel to book in Wuhan. I can’t recommend it enough.
I will definitely return, and when I do, I won’t even consider staying anywhere else.

FFree N EasyThis hotel is located in a commercial building. The check-in counter is located on the 1st floor (Ground floor) of the building but the rooms are situated upstairs above some commercial floors. When we first checked in, we found the floor of the hallway where our hotel rooms are located to be smelly. We have reported to the front desk counter and they quickly resolved the issues. Apparently some food delivery guys have spilled some sauce during the delivery.
The breakfast is served on the 1st floor (Ground floor) which is a few shop lots away from the check-in counter. A small breakfast hall to cater for the hotel guests. Not much choice.
Location wise, the hotel is located in the same building as the Hankou railway station. So very convenient to access the railway station especially if you have someone on wheelchair and luggage to carry.
Do take note if you planned to leave your luggage at the hotel, they have limited storage locker for you to store your luggage which can only store up to 48 hours. So not advisable if you are planning to leave your luggage at the hotel if you have a lot of luggage or planning to store them for more than 48 hours.

The Wanda area has many restaurants, shops, a cinema, etc. just a few steps away. Lakes and parks are very close, it's ideal for a morning jogging.
