"The hotel location was great. We were in Hakone for the Onsen (hotel springs), and the hostel was near a lot of them. The staff was very helpful and enthusiastic. The hostel also offered an interesting diner, but we haven't try it. The building and interior was looking very Japenese traditional. Much appreciated for an immersive experience in Japan!"

"Hotel located on top of the hillside which offer fantastic view of lake Ashinoko with the Mount Fuji as backdrop . Travelers can either require hotel pick up when reached at Togenda station (ropeway)from Hakone-Yumoto station train by bus. I chosen the room with lake & Mount Fuji view for 3nights . Unfortunately, due the gloomy & cloudy sky and snowing day , view from my room wasn’t great ! Travels need to make reservation in advance & pay 2000yen for 1/2hour used of hotspring . I would like to thanks the front desk whom was really very helpful and always offered drop off & pickup services during my stayed . Bear in mind that , this hotel doesn’t has in house restaurant or cafe . Travelers can place your meals in advance with front desk OR ask to drop off to the nearest restaurant around there or take a walk about 20mins to the restaurants place."

"상존 스태프 없이 셀프 체크인/셀프 체크아웃 하는 시스템이었습니다. 트립닷컴에서 보내준 예약 번호 (11자리)로는 아무것도 할 수 없었고, 호텔측 말로는 사전에 이메일로 Registration 링크를 보냈고 투숙객은 사전 입력/등록을 통해 QR 코드 및 호텔 시스템에 등록할 수 있는 6자리 예약번호를 받아 체크인하는 거라고 합니다. 호텔 측에서는 ******* message로 링크를 보냈다고 하는데 제게 직접 온 이메일은 없었고 트립닷컴으로부터는 11자리 예약번호 외에는 받은게 없어 체크인할 때 엄청 고생했습니다."

"This is the first time I've stayed in a hostel with an onsen! The onsen while small, does the job, and the outdoor onsen was really peaceful at night. I booked a queen bed for 2 people and it was spacious enough for me to hold all my belongings. Hostel staff were really friendly as well. One thing to note though is if you're planning to stay here, getting here from Hatsune-Yumato station requires a very steep climb up the road and a trek through the forest, so do NOT attempt to walk here yourself! Take the K-line bus instead, which drops you 100m away from the hostel."

"Отзывы были очень противоречивые,но мы не увидели никакой грязи ни в номере ни в общественных онсенах.Наш номер был большой и с собственным онсэном с видом на реку.Замечательный!Ужин тоже понравился,напитки включены в безлимит.Завтрак тоже обильный, традиционный.Также вечером бронировали семейный онсэн-все супер,если вы белоручка,наверное придеретесь к стенам у потолка,но сама ванна была чистая.На первом этаже также можете себе коктейли намешать.Бронировали одну ночь,пожалели-с удовольствием остались бы на две!"

"The Room is clean, the location is a bit difficult to get to it especially we arrived there late night. The heater is not function well even though we already asked for help, we feel cool at the mid night, but the service is good. It a quite and peaceful place, if the heater function well then I think is perfect"
