"Everything was good but except one thing. My suggetion is please maintain your toilets and bathroom. I took a tripplee delux room but bidet shower ( toilet hand shower/ sprayer) was missing which is really a essential things. Im okay with rooms but that was a real disappointing thing. Please maintain your bathroom and toilets."

"First stay at this new hotel in Ipoh and we are pleasantly surprised by the comfort. Location is walking distance to downtown for lots of great food and souvenir shopping. The bed in the room is great for a goodnight sleep. For hotel of this class we didn’t expect much amenities but surprised that most things are provided for comfort of guest. Even bathrobe! The areas for improvement are: 1. Water leakage from the shower made the toilet floor constantly wet. Design default that I hope can be rectified. 2. Checkout reception was so strict with sop. Late check out. No. Umbrella. No. Everything is a no, don’t think they are properly trained in hospitality management. Management order over guest satisfaction is how they operate. No help with luggage with the guard standing to look on. Not very nice welcome. 3. Housekeeping didn’t clean the room. Had to call at 4pm for cleaning to be done. Reception accused us for putting on the no disturb sign. No apology just mere mention that they will contact housekeeping when we insisted that we switched “please clean room” sign since morning. We met the cleaner who was much nicer than the reception staff. For a no frill stay, this hotel is nice and quiet but some may not like the fact that it’s beside funeral parlour."

"Nice place for a short stay at ipoh! The room was comfortable with aircond and a water heater, which made it convenient. Location is great too ,just a short walk to Mydin, terminal bus amanjaya and lots of food options around. Really handy for a quick trip."

"The room smelled like there is someone smoking in there. At the same time there are cockroaches around. Appreciate if there are parking available for guests too. Thankful for the deposit refund that was done early and on time."

"Me and my cousin had a pleasant stay here. The receptionist is very friendly and kind, she recommended us the famous local food (hainan chicken rice) and addressed any of our questions. Though the hotel and room interior is a bit old, but it’s clean & the bathroom is spacious, i think they just renovated it. The hotel is strategic and walking distance to Gerbang Malam."

"Stay sini legit selesa. Receptionist 24 jam, rasa secure & staff semua friendly (zero judgement vibes). WiFi laju, bilik bersih dan kemas — walaupun bilik tengah tanpa tingkap, still comfy untuk rehat. Location strategic, senang dapat Grab. Sesuai untuk solo, duo atau backpacker yang nak tempat singgah je, keluar masuk banyak kali pun okay. Budget stay tapi vibes macam rumah sendiri. Recommended 👍✨"

"Good location to you , i am left at the lobby there. Overall is good, but the room is not well soundproofed. Upstairs using washroom i also can hear it. And the hotel have provide the free parking , have 3 ( first come first serve ) , staff hotel will not help you to book the car parking to you."

"Okay hotel, located far away from town but just in front of a big shopping mall where you can find everything and anything. There is also a bus stop nearby where you can take a bus to town. The room was too small though and the price difference with the double one is small so if you can better book the double one. This one is okay for one or two nights if you don't mind small enclosures. Facilities are okay for the price."
