"The location was great and so was the price. I was scared after reading the reviews but I had a great experience. The beds are extremely comfortable and free of bed bugs. I didn't see any roaches and they provided a microwave and fridge for the room. You just have to ask. I would definitely go back here again."

"Ficamos neste hotel pela primeira vez, porém não gostamos nem um pouco. O colchão a pessoa dormia com o barulho da mola, estavam trocando os colchões. Eu fiz a reclamação, depois de 5 dias que ocorreu a troca. Travesseiros péssimos. Meu filho deixou o chinelo na piscina, perguntou na recepção, que iriam ver nas câmeras, nada, ficou sem o chinelo. Minha esposa caiu saindo da parte da recepção, perto da piscina, tem um desnível, não muito alto, porém caiu, torceu o pé e bateu a cabeça na grade. Tivemos gastos com medicações ao lado, na Walgreens. Na hora vieram socorrer, até pegaram a cadeira de rodas. Porém no dia seguinte, nem vieram falar conosco, falta de empatia. Sempre fico no Rosen in, que é próximo deles, nunca tivemos problemas, todos os funcionários são americanos, nenhum Brasileiro. Achamos que neste hotel seria melhor por terem brasileiros ou pessoas que falavam português, porém, erramos. Agora se eu recomendaria o Hotel, não, não recomendaria."

"I’m not happy that the resort fee was 25% higher than suggested on this app.
Probably the best renovated room I’ve stayed in a motel before. Especially the bathroom was well renovated.
Only issue was a noisey AC unit.
Housecleaning was also good.
I’m also not sure why it said the hotel was completely sold out when it only seemed 15-25% full.
Location was incredible as it’s walking distance to everything you would need nearby such as liquor store, brunch, dinner, fast food. They also gave you 20% off the nearby Denny’s."

MMisafir KullanıcıI had such terrible experience at the Cambria hotel nearby, but once I arrived at Avid, everything took a dramatic turn for the better. The gentleman who checked me in was exceptionally friendly and helpful, even allowing me to check in early. The room was very clean and nicely decorated, and the bedding was so comfortable that I didn’t even want to leave the bed all day. They provided complimentary coffee in the lobby, which tasted great and their complimentary breakfast was also quite satisfying. The large TV allowed me to easily watch Netflix and YouTube through AirPlay. I appreciated that all the bathroom amenities were Dove products. There were several restaurants within walking distance, and a Seven Eleven was just a 2-minute walk away. Upon checking out, there was no shuttle bus driver available, but they arranged a Lyft for me at no cost. Overall, the experience far exceeded my expectations, especially considering the affordable price of $95. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone needing accommodation near Orlando airport.

Receptionist named HELDA is a worst I ever encountered in my life .she was so inconsiderate rude the worst she threaten us to take out from the hotel premises I was with a 8 yrs kid and my wife . Heres the story we are tourist,I booked a hotel for 3 days(non refundable )I paid through one of my friends credit card . As hotel policy I had to swipe a physical credit $100 for (collateral)incase of anything damage in my room . Unfortunately I didn't have a credit card . I request her to keep a $500 cash instead( I understand hotel policy’ )But she was so so so rude wanted us to thrown out of hotel she kept saying cancel and find other hotel . I ask her to call a manager maybe manger could have an other solution but she dint even bother . Just said I can’t I won’t . Listening our conversations at the lobby one lady came up and said if I give her $150 cash she will let use credit card just to check inn . Where’s we dint have an option .

I was taking my nephew on a trip to Orlando, a little getaway to spoil him, on a small budget. I needed cheap, and I did my research. I’ll be honest, I read some of the reviews for Garnet Inn, and they weren’t all great. I can’t tell you about those peoples stay. But I can tell you about mine
My stay here was fantastic. We had a great time, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I will stay here again, 100%
A few things to note- it’s a cheap hotel.
Is it fancy? No. Is it older? Yes.
Was it clean? Absolutely
The lobby is not impressive. It could be updated, the furniture looks a bit outdated, but was it clean? Yea it was! Was the price affordable? Yes it was!
The room has everything I needed. 2 beds. Lots of pillows. A huge tv mounted on the wall. A fridge. A microwave. A bar of soap. A package of shampoo. Fresh clean towels and sheets. The room was clean. Floors were clean. Bathroom was clean. The mirror was spotless. I have zero complaints on cleanliness.
I chose a pool view room. Which we loved. Let me tell you about the pool. It was very clean, and there is a kiddie pool and an adult pool. Both were great. The kiddie pool is 1 foot deep. Great for kids who can’t swim, or who just what to splash around. The adult pool is big, clean, has stairs, a railing and even a lift.
The staff- everyone was super friendly to me. Check in was easy. Check out was easy. Life was simple here
The breakfast- your getting the basics. Cereal, waffles, toast. Coffee and juice and milk. There was lots. It did not run out. It’s included in your stay, at that cheap of a price guess what? It’s sufficient
Room cleaning- housekeeping came everyday. Made the bed. Cleaned the garbage and changed my towels. I didn’t have to ask. They just did it.
The location- close to everything. 10 min drive to anywhere you want to go. There is a really good restaurant in the same parking lot, as well as a 7/11. There is a McDonald’s a 3 min walk down the street.
To sum it up, could it be fancier? Sure. But if it was you wouldn’t be getting this cheap of a price. All my needs were met, it was comfortable, clean, and the staff are friendly. I will be staying here again, no doubt !

PPatrick JM100% this for the solo traveler, not for families. Great location has its pitfalls from random people hanging out late nights and you're in location of construction going on around you. No security on site.

MMisafir KullanıcıWe got a room around the back near the barrage that was overflowing. Inside the room at first sight I thought the floor was dirty but it was actually dirty looking. A centipede died in the standing shower and roaches crawling out from behind the toilet to behind the mirror. Air condition chips out sometimes and the room never gets cold. There is a small table and two dirty chairs in the room at two burner built in stove and a full size painted fridge. The bed was clean, but this isn’t somewhere to call home about somewhere to sleep for the night and get out.
