"Well! What to say about that hotel, except the staff was really friendly and kind👍 we arrived around 6:30AM-7AM with a night bus, hoping that we could leave our luggage there, we rung the bell, and felt so sorry to awake him this early, but he still was super nice, telling us it was okay, and come back at 1PM for the check in. We were as sleepy as him, but did a little visit of the city waiting for the right hour. But without our luggage, which was great. The room was more than okay, with a lake view, that we couldn't see properly as we came during foggy days😅. In the rooms you'll have water, coffee and tea for free, and then some snacks and other drinks, that you'll have to pay if you use them, but the price was quite fine. It's in the upper of the lake, but you have stairs that go straight to it, so it's really near 👍"

"Mình vừa có chuyến nghỉ dưỡng tuyệt vời tại Signature by D Home – Sa Pa Homestay nằm ở vị trí yên tĩnh, thoáng đãng và cực kỳ gần gũi với thiên nhiên. Từ ban công có thể nhìn ra thung lũng hoặc núi đồi – một trải nghiệm cực chill, đặc biệt là vào buổi sáng sớm hoặc hoàng hôn. Tuy không nằm n*** trung tâm thị trấn Sa Pa, nhưng di chuyển vẫn khá thuận tiện. Homestay được bài trí rất đẹp mắt, theo phong cách hiện đại pha chút mộc mạc, gần gũi. Phòng rộng rãi, sạch sẽ, có đầy đủ tiện nghi từ máy sưởi, nước nóng đến chăn ấm nệm êm. Đặc biệt là góc ban công hay phòng có view cực “ăn ảnh”, chụp hình sống ảo siêu đẹp. Nhân viên rất dễ thương, nhiệt tình và luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ khi cần. Từ hướng dẫn đường đi, gợi ý ăn uống, đến đặt tour hoặc phương tiện di chuyển – đều được hỗ trợ tận tình. So với chất lượng phòng, view đẹp và sự phục vụ chu đáo thì mức giá là hoàn toàn hợp lý. Rất xứng đáng cho một kỳ nghỉ dưỡng yên bình ở Sa Pa. Nếu bạn đang tìm một nơi lưu trú vừa đẹp, vừa yên tĩnh lại gần gũi với thiên nhiên ở Sa Pa, thì Signature by D Home là một lựa chọn lý tưởng. Mình chắc chắn sẽ quay lại vào dịp sau!"

"This hotel was ok, the service was exceptional, the young girl on the front desk was very kind and helpful. She helped us organise tours and places to eat. The room was nice, bathroom was a little weird but everything worked so no problem. The location was great. Really the only thing I could say is the bed was very firm but that wasn’t a huge issue and there are lots of hard surfaces so sound carries and the rooms are very noisy when other guests are walking through hallways. I just wore ear plugs and all good"

"Lovely big room with a beautiful view. Defo one of the prettiest views we’ve stayed at since being in Vietnam . Quite cold at night even with heater and bed is definitely very very hard. (They did offer a mattress topper when saying this however) Very kind hosts However, human waste tissues in the bin by the toilet when we arrived and mould on back of the decorative pillow on the bed. Lovely place just needs some more attention to important details."

"Отель находится в центре Сапа, т е. в шаговой доступности находится вся инфраструктура - кафе, рестораны, озеро, ночной и местный рынки, площадь. Персонал отеля дружелюбный, поможет решить любой вопрос. С начала бронировал на 2 суток, потом продлил ещё на 5. Ерик помог приобрести билеты на автобус в аэропорт Ной Бай. Номер комфортный, есть тв с ютубом, чайник, вода, удобная кровать, чистое постельное бельё. Санузел чистый, есть горячая вода, все гигиенические принадлежности. Окно выходило на улицу, но для меня это не проблема, я пользуюсь берушами. Рекомендую данный отель."
