⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Service — Highly Recommended! I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, humble, and helpful. They assisted us with booking tickets and even gave great Grab recommendations, which made our trip much easier. I was also celebrating my friend’s birthday, and the team went above and beyond by helping with the decorations and getting a cake ready — such a thoughtful gesture! Even when I arrived early, they kindly allowed me to check in without any hassle. Overall, the service was super nice, and the staff made us feel truly welcomed. I highly recommend this hotel — everyone can stay here with confidence!

The hotel staff are nice and helpful. The location is central, but unfortunately, there are two bars/night clubs just opposite the hotel, which will blast loud music until 2am. I first stayed on the top floor in a room with a balcony, and it was simply impossible to sleep, it was really like trying to sleep in the middle of a night club. They moved me to a different floor, and it was a little better, but you could still hear the party - just below your balcony. I booked a tour and a bus ticket with the hotel, which was nice, and the price was OK. (This has nothing to do with the hotel itself, but the tour was terrible, it was raining heavily all day long, we could not see anything at all, and the difficult climbing in rubber boots resulted in very bad bruises to my toes - extremely painful, and heals for months and months.)

I love staying at Anh Tu Hotel. The room is big and very clean with two big comfortable beds and a huge bathroom. On top of that the service is incredible awesome. They assist us in booking tour ticket and sleeping bus to Halong. Especially, he offer us free shower after checking out. We find the people of Sapa, particularly the hotel operators have shown us more than the scenic view of mountains and rice terraces, but also kind and welcoming local people. We’re sure that we will come back to Sapa and stay at the same hotel in a short future.

Firstly, the staff are friendly and helpful, you can be put in touch with a good driver for transport, book fansipan mount and just ask them for more info. The rates are inexpensive so it is fair value. Better heating would be nice, it was just adequate on what was a cold week with temperatures of 8-11 degress celcius, which was unseasonal. There are restaurants, cafes, atm's and a laundry all just minutes away at most. If you want a budget stay or last minute booking as it was for me, it was the right place. The views from the balcony to your door was rasther nice.

Từ ban công có thể nhìn ra thung lũng hoặc núi đồi – một trải nghiệm cực chill, đặc biệt là vào buổi sáng sớm hoặc hoàng hôn. Tuy không nằm n*** trung tâm thị trấn Sa Pa, nhưng di chuyển vẫn khá thuận tiện. Homestay được bài trí rất đẹp mắt, theo phong cách hiện đại pha chút mộc mạc, gần gũi. Phòng rộng rãi, sạch sẽ, có đầy đủ tiện nghi từ máy sưởi, nước nóng đến chăn ấm nệm êm. Đặc biệt là góc ban công hay phòng có view cực “ăn ảnh”, chụp hình sống ảo siêu đẹp. Nhân viên rất dễ thương, nhiệt tình và luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ khi cần. Từ hướng dẫn đường đi, gợi ý ăn uống, đến đặt tour hoặc phương tiện di chuyển – đều được hỗ trợ tận tình. So với chất lượng phòng, view đẹp và sự phục vụ chu đáo thì mức giá là hoàn toàn hợp lý. Rất xứng đáng cho một kỳ nghỉ dưỡng yên bình ở Sa Pa. Nếu bạn đang tìm một nơi lưu trú vừa đẹp, vừa yên tĩnh lại gần gũi với thiên nhiên ở Sa Pa, thì Signature by D Home là một lựa chọn lý tưởng. Mình chắc chắn sẽ quay lại vào dịp sau!

Staff is very friendly and easy to communicate because she is very fluent in English. We book for 2 single beds but the hotel upgrade the room to 2 queen beds and we are very happy to sleep with the cold weather. Definitely will repeat this hotel because the location also very stratergic and near to Sun Plaza and others attraction.

The attendant was really accommodating since I am only travelling alone they are really a great help. I just have a short stay in SAPA but they really helped me a lot. Thank you and this is best for solo travellers as well and it's affordable

Its a family run hotel facing the sapa lake. Check in was fast and easy. We booked a ”Superior Triple Room” with lake view and we got the room on 4th floor facing the beautiful lakeview.

Chung and Han were very accommodating! They helped my injured mother by offering hot water and ointment. Breakfast we very yummy everyday! The property is at a great location to see the Fansipan mountain and the property is very comfortable. You'd never want to leave!
