設施很齊全，而且非常新，乾淨清爽。而且服務特別好，我們在院子休息，還給瓜子和水。進門就是咖啡機，牛奶之類的。還貼心送我們去西塘裏面。我們定的是獨享，非常安靜，沒人吵鬧。也很適合一家人出來，或者是一羣好朋友😊

Staying at this hotel was a truly wonderful experience. The location is excellent—just a few minutes’ walk from the main street, food market, shops, bars, restaurants, and one of the many beautiful canals and scenic spots. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the service exceeded all expectations. The staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming, with the concierge available at any time and always ready to help. They even went the extra mile by picking us up at the entrance gate and escorting us back to the taxi after check-out. Overall, everything was handled with great care and professionalism. I would highly recommend both Xitang as a destination and Shenyuan Boutique Inn as a place to stay. 这次入住体验非常棒。酒店位置极佳，步行几分钟即可到达主街、美食市场、商店、酒吧、餐厅，以及众多风景优美的河道和景点。房间和公共区域都非常干净，卫生状况无可挑剔，服务更是超出预期。工作人员热情周到，管家随时待命，耐心细致、乐于助人。入住和退房时，他们还贴心地在入口处接我们，并在退房后护送我们到出租车处，细节之处令人感动。整体来说，这是一家非常用心、专业的精品客栈。我非常推荐来西塘旅行的朋友入住 **慎园精品客栈**，也强烈推荐 **西塘** 这个美丽的古镇。

週末家庭出遊，在網上看到這家酒店評價很高，就訂了下來。確實和評論一樣服務很好，還沒到酒店服務人員就打電話添加微信把停車場地址和酒店地址發送過來，還拉了服務羣，有任何問題隨時都可以聯繫。位置也很好，離景區石板路入口幾十米，很方便。內部環境也很好，房間也很乾凈，非常值得推薦！

Very good location to access the old town, nice bath with disposable one-off cover & milk bath are complimentary. Staff are very friendly & helpful. Our room is located on the 3rd floor & they deliver our big luggage up & down without any hesitation.

The location is very strategic, in front of the bus station and scenic watwr town xitang..Just walk 5 minites. The bus station is inside of the area of the scenic water town xitang. You can go to shanghai.by bus only 1, 5 hours.you also can go to Hangzhou or another city by bus.It is so convenient. You can buy bus tickects at the station. The hotel is clean, the receptionist is very helpful .Breakfast is chinese style, and delicious.Everything of this hotel is so good

位置交通:離西塘步行不到十分鐘就到了，特別方便 停車:停車很方便，門口就是充電樁，酒店有免費停車場，離店時掃一下前台的二維碼綁定下車子就行了，不收取額外的費用 早餐:有現煮的餛飩和麪條，還有其他很多，種類也是比較多 推薦大家來打卡！

The owner was exceptionally hospitable and helpful, even assisting us with our luggage all the way to the car park. While our room was functional, it lacked a view. For a more scenic experience, would recommend reserving one of the rooms with large windows with river view. That said, given the hotel's prime location for exploring, you'll likely be out for most of the day, making the view less of a critical factor.

The best location in Xi Tang! No doubt about it. Room with picturesque river view and tea at balcony transports you to ancient Ming/Qing dynasty feeling. The person in charge has been very helpful and communicative. Stay here. Dont look further.

This accommodation is a little gem. it is off the busiest streets of the ancient town by only about 5 minutes walk. The room was clean and cosy, the toilet was modern and clean, and amenities was complete. It completely exceeded my expectations. Thank you to the friendly boss lady as well.
