"I love how they clean our room daily! How they even arrange our things. We had a lovely stay, although the room is small, its clean with the amenities you need during the stay. This hotel is near to the tram station and walking distance to the train and bus station, but honestly we usually just walk since its a walking distance to the center. I just hope they will change their breakfast options lol but its a free complimentary breakfast anyway. Overall highly recommended for those who are looking for affordable hotel in Sappor"

"Checked in on their official opening day and was treated with some surprises. Overall the hotel was great. Uses self check-in which for foreigners, actually still need some helps. Room is spacious, and amenities are good. multiple AC outlets and USB C charging ports available in the room. Something that is hard to get in most hotels, and its great when you have 2 persons in the room needing to charge all their digital gadgets. only gripe is toilet partition is wood and when some one poops at night and draws the toilet paper, it makes a booming thunderous noise that can be heard outside the room and wakes up light sleepers 😜 Breakfast is great though a bit pricey. But the settings in dining is comfortable with Japanese books to browse."

"Bu sefer, eşyalarımı koymak için daha fazla alan sağlayan superior kabini tercih ederek sadece erkeklere özel bir kapsül otelde kaldım. Yatak oldukça rahattı, ancak yastıklar benim zevkime göre biraz fazla alçaktı. Duşlar 8. katta ve genellikle saat 22:00'den sonra oldukça kalabalık oluyor. Belki de kar mevsimi olduğundan, çok fazla turist var. Genel olarak, kesinlikle burada tekrar kalırım; oldukça güzeldi."

"The cubicles are tiny but very clean and very nice. Can't be beat for location and price. The staff was helpful and they do not speak enlgish but haveeeeeeelittle translation device. It is amazingly well set up and organized. I was really impressed with all the facilities there."

"Location is great. Close to nakajjma koen subway, 3 stops away from sapporo station subway. From airport, if by bus, there is airport bus that requires additional 13 minutes walk from bus stop to hotel. Definitely not recommended for those with heavy luggage with slippery/thick snow, to walk that far. It feels like 1 hour and risk of falling. Lawson is just at the corner. Checked in using code given, self service. Communication F2F was tricky, as using lots of google translate.Messages through tips, take a while for them to reply. Microwave at lobby and level 2. Extra amenities can pick up by yourself at lobby (hair brush, towels, razor, cotton buds) Washing machine at level 2 (5 kg load - 300 yen for 30 min), but dryer not working at all (100 yen for 30 min) Overall, if you just need place to sleep,not too fancy, this is great place to stay"

"Пожалуй, самый приятный отель по соотношению цена-качество в нашем путешествии с севера Японии в Токио. Все чисто, в опрятном состоянии, большие и удобные кровати, в номере достаточно места. Классное и уютное лобби, в зоне которого можно играть в настольные игры, выпивать в баре. Завтрак не шведский стол - на гостя подаётся бутерброд с жареным яйцом и беконом, лёгкий салат и напиток. Завтрак довольно небольшой, но все равно был приятнее шведского стола в некоторых других отелях. С радостью остановился бы тут и в следующий раз, если ещё буду в Саппоро."

"すすきの繁華街の立地条件で駐車場無料はとても有難い。部屋及び風呂、洗面所全てが綺麗で広くて清潔感が有りタオルもしっかりした良質のタオルでナイトウエアも綺麗で電子レンジにミニ冷蔵庫も有りその上に大雪山の天然水550mlが2本着いて有難いです。お風呂は変形3角型の足をいっぱい伸ばしても届かない長さで底面～泡が8カ所から出てきて側面から6色のLEDが発光して綺麗ですが天井の証明が切れますがバブルのSWを切ると天井照明が点灯します。設備とホテルの装飾を見ると元ラブホテルだと思いますので駐車場が無料なのも納得です。欠点は当日札幌も32度の高温で部屋のエアコンも冷気では無く送風のみで風量も弱くフロントに聞くと別途に水と保冷剤を入れる移動型のファン型冷風機を準備してくれました。土地柄冷房設備が無いのかも。総合評価は大満足です。次回も是非利用したいです。皆さんに絶対オススメのホテルです。"

WWanLing1005I had a wonderful stay at Pension Setsurin! The tatami room was an amazing and authentic experience, making my trip truly special. The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful, even asking about food sensitivities to accommodate my breakfast, which I really appreciated. The breakfast is definitely worth trying—it’s rich, diverse, and full of traditional Japanese flavors. There’s even anime playing during breakfast, which adds a fun cultural touch to the experience. All toiletries were fully provided, so I didn’t need to bring anything extra. I stayed on the second floor, so just keep in mind you’ll need to carry your luggage upstairs. A special thank you to the host for going the extra mile—when I checked out, they even helped clear the snow off my car, which was such a kind and thoughtful gesture. I highly recommend Pension Setsurin for anyone looking for a warm and authentic stay!

SSkylerSummersStayed here 2 nights. No coffee in the room, just green tea. Daily housekeeping didn't take care of the used glasses which were left in the room. Beds weren't made up. I needed to call reception for clean glasses which was something I have never had to deal with at any other hotels of this price rate (either in Japan or others). Small public bathhouse, but the gym was great. Good enough breakfast. Room temperature was not very comfortable (too warm for me to sleep that I had to open the window to let in some cool air)

The surrounding area is quiet, which was great after a long day out. The room was clean, modern, and well-maintained. Although not very large (typical Japan size), the layout was practical and comfortable. The bed was firm and provided a good night’s sleep. Staff were friendly and helpful whenever I had questions. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Overall, it offers very good value for money in Sapporo. I would recommend it to travellers looking for a clean, comfortable stay in a convenient yet peaceful area.

I have never stayed in a capsule hotel before which made me hesitant to book this hotel, however I am so glad that I chose it. The location is unbeatable, in the very heart of Sapporo, in Susukino district. There is an endless amount of izakaya and restaurants on the doorstep of the hotel. The onsen and sauna was the best I have visited in Japan so far. I have heard the sauna is famous across Japan, and I can see why. It is kept impeccably clean and the entire facility is well maintained. The amenities such as unlimited towels, toothbrushes, razors and hair products are a great touch too. The capsule hotel itself was great, like the rest of the property, spotless clean and well kept. Despite being a capsule hotel, I heard no snoring for disturbance during the night. The breakfast was delicious and excellent value. Upon checkout, I requested to book again due to my great experience.

BbobbiipinNice and cosy hostel in convenient location, not too far from Nijo market and Susukino. There were convenient stores and coin laundry nearby as well. Bed was snuggly and comfortable although it was a shared room. Having bar downstairs was both a benefit and drawback. It was convenient to get food & drink after a long day travelling and you don't want to leave for anywhere else, and their bar has great selection of drinks. However, the sound from the bar can be loud so earplugs is highly recommended to ensure a good night sleep. The bar area is also a smoking zone as well so even though the dorm is strictly non-smoking, the smell might still bother you if you're sensitive. Overall I think it's a not bad value for what you pay for, and great if you want a bit more lively hostel rather than quiet place.

MMisafir KullanıcıNeed to walk around 20 minutes from Sapporo station. Hard to find since there is no sign or poster on the entry writing hostel . Rather cafe , after going 3 times round the block I finally read in small print ten to ten . 10 minutes away from any seven eleven or family mart, 30 minutes away from Ōdōri park , I found the location to be not ideal . On their website they write they have a laundromat , which is wrong . No washing machine , I find it disappointing in Japan where every hostels or hotels have one . The lady at the desk told me to go and wash clothes is quite far . Also don’t believe the photos on their website or promotions pictures . There is no park down the building . It’s a small hostel in a small street isolated from the rest of the neighborhood. For the hostel itself , classic , nothing to say except some of the curtains on their bed don’t close properly , the bed is very comfortable , bathroom clean and you can change towels every day . Breakfast is for free every morning at 8 and it is a coffee and a small bread . Still delicious . Staff is not always on the premises, morning and evening . In a nutshell. Was good for a short stay but will definitely look for another one with better equipment ( laundromat ) and better location ( closer to a family mart ) next time .

DDevendra NI had a wonderful experience at this hotel in Sapporo. They kindly allowed me an early check-in, which made my trip so much more comfortable and stress-free. The interior design is beautiful and modern, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. I especially loved the human-less (self) check-in system — it was smooth, quick, and very convenient. The highlight of my stay was definitely the amazing jacuzzi bathtub. It was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. Overall, this was one of my best stays in Sapporo. Highly recommended!
