"Hotel is good but i went in December and the central aircon system is not open. ended up the room is pretty stuffy with the one very tiny window open. Luckily, the hotel provided fans which solve the problem. overall, if the central aircon system can switch aircon or heater depending on guest requirement will be much preferred. Hotel is good, breakfast is excellent."

"Hotel provide shuttle bus every 30 mins which covers most of the time traveller needed. Head to the 'Group Bus' section to look for the bus to hotel. Check in was fast and may requires additional buggy ride to apartment block; Hotel has 3 different apartment blocks which is wide. Hotel is clean and good for early flyers from Tianfu airport or late reachers."

"Bu bir havaalanı oteli olduğundan erişim harika! Sabah uçuşum olduğu için ön trendeydim ama yakınlarda restoranlar ve 24 saat açık marketler olduğundan rahat vakit geçirebildim. Ayrıca kahvaltının sabah erken uçuşuma uygun bir saatten itibaren servis edildiğini de takdir ettim. İçeriği de oldukça zengindi. Beni rahatsız eden tek şey odada buzdolabının olmamasıydı. Belki de onu sevimli bulmadım. İçinde panda objelerinin olduğu sevimli ve şık bir oteldi!"

"這是今年出門在外住酒店最滿意、最開心的一次經歷。由於航班取消影響到我下一段航程，不得已要在成都住宿一晚，在攜程網上選來選去，發現天府機場附近的酒店中，簡陽城市名人酒店位置最佳在市中心，看着很上檔次，因此下單訂了該酒店的一個標間。在與酒店前台聯繫接機事宜後，享受到了專人專班接待的高標準禮遇。入住酒店房間，對酒店的設施非常滿意，而且，我訂的標間可以延遲到15點退房。第二天上午還去鰲山公園遊玩了一趟。 概括一下對簡陽城市名人酒店的印象： 1.中高端酒店，大氣上檔次。 2.位置絕佳，得天獨厚。吃喝玩樂都很方便。 3.服務好，專班接待。酒店的企業文化建設一定有獨到之處。 最後，特別感謝從前到後為我服務的鄭美女、前台工作的美女、還有接送機的司機師傅。 有幸入住貴酒店，是我新年伊始出行中一次難忘的經歷。"

"Positive - Overall a very nice hotel with spacious/luxurious rooms and ideal location if you are in transit or need to be close to the airport - Breakfast was amazing (11/10) - There is a nice (bit more western) cafe (open until 21:00 I think) and a supermarket - The facilities such as the swimming pool (make sure to check opening hours!) and the fitness are a big bonus! Very nice and tidy. Negative - Difficult communication with hotel people. 1) They did not find my booking and acted like they did not know trip.com (?!) even though in the hotel room itself there was an advertisment on trip.com (lol). 2) They also told me that swimming was not included in my reservation and I had to pay extra. I had to reach out to trip.com and luckily everything got sorted because it should have been included… Shout out to the customer service of trip.com who resolved this matter quicky and professionally 3) I got a smoking room even though I reserved a non smoking. But honestly at this point and due to high difficulty of communication you have to choose your battles. (I think the issues summed up were due to the fact that they did not find my reservation…) 4) When I wanted to ask where the swimming pool was (since no english speaking people you did not really get information on these things - you have to figure it out yourself), some people were cutting the line and even when I just let it be and waited patiently another person just moved me aside. Hotel people did nothing but honestly this was the least issue of all. 5) at the end of my trip they were probably were so fed up with this foreigner (aka me) that they were not friendly at the check out. - Very bad wifi (you maybe can check your emails or use basic apps but the network is weak protected)."

"Шикарный отель, персонал очень доброжелательный и улыбчивый)) быстро решают все вопросы, просьбы и пожелания!) номера просторные и чистые, всё на высшем уровне! "總體來説，蕃薯藤還是挺不錯的，前台也有主動幫忙升級房間，環境也好，酒店工作人員也非常有親和力，整個酒店可以説做的非常親子，乾淨整潔衞生。 有三個槽點，還是需要吐槽一下。 1 餐廳的火鍋套餐，500塊錢，就坑了我400，也不多説什麼了，直接上圖，炸的酥肉，還是用的隔夜的辣椒麪。 川菜還不錯，昨晚點了幾個菜，都非常可口，藿香味十足，唯一小瑕疵就是拉芡的時候，拉幹了，導致湯汁粘不在魚上。 2 親子樂園，今天帶寶寶去了一趟，可以用一片狼藉來形容，臟亂差來形容，我覺得不應該這樣，為了不影響酒店聲譽，我就不上圖了。 3早餐，品類還是少了一些，有點德不配位，你可以收2000，3000一晚，但是你早餐還是要跟上呀。"

"A sparkling new hotel, the room is very clean with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good. Across the street is Sancha subway station. The service at the front desk was very good too, especially Sherry Li. She gave us a free breakfast voucher and also help my wife print out a paper document."
