MMisafir KullanıcıHotel Guia is a nice to stay in Macau. only 10 mns from Grand Lisboa.
The room is big enough and clean.
I was on the 5th floor, and I had direct access on the Terrasse.
The Staff is Very nice and helpul.
There's a nice spot next to the hotel if you like to run.
Definitely chose this place If I come back again.

VVHIC DGI super love the hotel's amenities and their rooms. I think I fell in love. I will definitely come back in this brand of hotel. Luxurious yet affordable. Macao hotel are far better than HK. So next time I'll stay longer in macau than hk. The experience was superb! The hotel is located in supermarket, ruins and casino! They have free shuttle service. Very accessible.
My only comment are the staff at the bistro during breakfast...they are too loud. Talking infront of the buffet without mask. Their voices are louder more than the hotel guest. Bussing out of plate should be on the side not infront of two people eating... it's rude. Also the utensil and plate in the kitchen seem flying you can hear the sounds and their voices. Its a hotel not some public market. They should act more of an hotelier than market seller.

MMisafir KullanıcıRayston, i believe his name was, upgraded us from the deluxe room to family suite for free (really nice of him) despite it being the holiday season. The location of the hotel is not only close to the city centre where there are shopping malls and lots of eateries but also a short bus ride away from the Casinos (city of dreams, londoner, etc). There are 24 hour supermarkets very nearby (walkable 3-5 mins) and good eateries too (porridge, seafood, bbq). I would avoid breakfast at the hotel (not up to standard in my opinion) although it is buffet style, unless you are not particular about food and just want to fill your stomach. Other than that, the toilet in the room is a little cramp but other than that, we were very happy with the room for the price paid!

AAnonim KullanıcıAC was extremely loud in the standard room - even turned off there is a constant droning sound from the fresh air system and I could not sleep for the entire night as result. After speaking with the hotel and trip.com, they changed my room to a suite the second night. The AC was still loud but fresh air system was further away and much better. Steve(n) who showed me to my room was also very professional and courteous so turned my opinion around - while not perfect, at least a much better experience the second day.

MMisafir KullanıcıThe hotel and room were clean overall, though the facilities look a bit dated. Location wise was convenient and near to bus stops and public transport. Also a short walk from MGM and Wynn casinos. Service was good and helpful, staff were willing to answer questions and many could speak English which was very helpful. Only shortcoming is amenities wise, a bit dissatisfied that only one small bottle each of soap, shampoo and conditioner was provided, which was a bit insufficient for 2 guests. Feel that the hotel ought to be more generous and provide a dispenser to allow guests to use these products freely, or at the very least 2 bottles of each, especially knowing during online booking that there are 2 guests staying at the hotel.

EEm KeiThe hotel is very close to the Galaxy which means it is very convenient. You can use free shuttle bus services around the strip and to the airport and or ports. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. The Cotai strip is within walking distance and there are taxis available as well for transport. Taipa Village is very close by and a great place to visit and taste some local foods. We will for sure return to this hotel.

RR-OMYPerfect place for couples. The room has a very luxurious and classy feeling. Very big bed, easily can sleep 4 persons. Room is abit tight, if you have luggages, you won't have space to spread it open. Very big bathroom, faces the river. Has a big tub that easily sits 2 person. Also has a standing shower but no rain shower. Tv channels could be improved, not much choices and mostly in Cantonese. We arrived late afternoon, no queue at the reception. Staff spoke English and check-in was a breeze. Walking distance from Galaxy. We did note that the crowd checks-in around 3pm - 4pm, so avoid that timing if possible. It was a lovely getaway, highly recommend this hotel.

AArch0_oThe hotel was renovated nicely and the room we stayed in smells clean. Only concern I had was the water kettle was not clean, there we’re few strands of long hair in the shower room and sound proofing is not that good but overall this hotel is nice and will come back again. Front desk staff was nice upon check in. Highly recommended!
