The room is spacious, and the location is excellent—very close to the main attraction and mall. Water pressure is very good. Breakfast: Breakfast was good overall, but it could be improved, especially the pastries, as they were served cold.

The hotel is located right in front of the Blok M market area, a busy location with many vehicles often parked directly in front. To access the market, you’ll likely need to maneuver your way through tightly packed cars and motorbikes. Cleanliness is fairly acceptable. However, the toilet in the lobby was out of service during my stay. When I asked, the staff directed me to use the toilets at either the Gramedia Bookstore or Kopi Oey restaurant next door — which was quite inconvenient. The restaurant itself is not part of the main hotel building. Guests have to walk to Kopi Oey for breakfast or other meals. While the semi-open design of the restaurant was initially fine, I had an unpleasant experience when two guests were smoking during breakfast. It really affected my dining experience and left a negative impression. I stayed on the second floor, and unfortunately, both the Wi-Fi and cellular connection were poor. This was especially frustrating as I was traveling for work and needed stable internet for online meetings. The elevator is noticeably slower compared to other Fave hotels I’ve stayed in. There were also some minor disappointments: No tissue was provided in the room. My request for an extra bathmat was denied — something I’ve never experienced at other Fave properties. Lastly, my friend accidentally broke a glass, and we were charged IDR 20,000 for it. While I understand the charge, a little more flexibility or understanding would have been appreciated. Overall, I found the location too hectic, the amenities lacking, and the service not quite up to par. Sadly, I don’t see myself booking this hotel again.

We stayed here a night before transit to bandung by Whossh. Distance to Halim station just around 15 min by Gocar. Family room is very suspicious and breakfast was good.

The hotel is nice and beautiful. However there is a room for improvement. The room space a bit small but I guess with that price is okay. The room is not sound proof. I stayed at level 5 which is just 1 level from the rooftoo cafe. They are open that soace for event at night. I stayed there 3 nights and got birthday/wedding event and etc. The sound a bit loud and I can hear them clearly in my room. And not only that, I can hear the sound of furniture being moved, prehaps that sound were during restaurant closing. Cant sleep soundly before 1am. I suggest for this who wanted to stay here, can have level 1-4 and avoid 5 if you want to have a good sleep. The breakfast is ok for me. Simple but nice. The service quite okay but they did not change the bed cover daily tho I stay for 4 days and 3 nights. The location is good, got coffee shop, convenient store and street food nearby. However, if you intend to go shopping at the central jakarta - GI/PI/Thamrin City/Tanah Abang, this is not the best place. The hotel is just near but because of traffic jam, 30-40mins to arrive to that central jakarta. Would suggest to stay near Thamrin City. The street food nearby is nice and cheap. I enjoy the night snacking around. Bakso nearby is damn good. Overall, I enjoyed staying at this hotel.

Personel temizlik standardı çok düşük, yüzme havuzunun kirli olduğundan şikayet ediyorum, daha sonra beni aradılar ve yüzme havuzunun temizlendiğini söylediler. Ama havuz hala aynı, belki sadece yüzen ağaç yaprağını çıkarmışlardır. Su pastel yeşil, şeffaf mavi değil ve platform kirli lekeyle kaplı. Kahvaltı sadece çok az seçeneği olan S.E.A müşterileri için uygun. Tesisler eski, özellikle tuvalet ve banyo. Tuvalet kapısı kullanıldıktan sonra tamamen kapanmıyor, odayı koku kaplıyor. Havalandırma yeterince güçlü değil. Sadece yemek yemek için konum iyi, hangi bira barı yakında. Sadece 1-2 gece kalmanızı öneririm, daha iyi olur

Excellent service and location, great value for the money. It even has a swimming pool that I didn't have time to use.

The staff from from desk to doorman were all very friendly. Room was acceptable but night time noise from bikes can be heard especially late night as I’m a light sleeper. Breakfast was not to my taste and saw a roach crawling through the food counter so after 1st day of breakfast I stopped going although I stayed 3n

The hotel is very clean and the service is very good. The front office was very friendly and full of smiles at check in . The hotel location is very strategic and very close to the shopping complex such as Thamrin City, Grand Indonesia anda Plaza Indonesia. Definitely we will come again.

good location in city center Thamrin, small room just enough for 2. The so call table mix with TV cabinet very small, not really enough to put a laptop nicely. Toto butt auto wash add point. Cozy soft bed, not suitable for those who like hard bed. No buffet breakfast but ala carte breakfast, very good.

The location was great. Not too far to anything. You need a taxi but you need one anyway as a big city. Room was ok was basic. We just found it odd that they knocked early for housekeeping when we were getting ready and we asked them to come back and they never did so we had rubbish and unclean bed for our stay. There were also a lot of little ants that were in the room and sink. Shower and sink did not drain well but shower had good pressure.
