"Although they have a private carpark by side of the hotel, there was a parking fee charge of 2,000yen. But you're guaranteed a parking spot if you come back later at night. There are more parking lots in the multi storey carpark by side of the hotel. The hotel is very clean and I think it's relatively new. The front desk reception was very friendly n helpful. They also have a guest lounge on the ground floor next to the reception. Free flow of coffee and soft drinks plus some alcohol choices like sparkling wine. The lounge is open to hotel guests from 3pm to 11pm. They also provide coffee to go. The first 2 pictures is the view from our room. Across the highway from the hotel there's a Daisy & an Aeon supermarket. Very convenient to grab some food n light groceries. It's a good location to be in. I'll definitely be coming back to this hotel."

"욕실,객실이 다 청결했고 새로 오픈한곳이라 그런지 전반적으로 청결했습니다. 부모님과의 여행이라 대욕장 노천탕 유무가 중요했는데 노천탕도 좋고 대욕장도 좋았습니다. 특히 아이스크림과 요구르트 서비스는 좋았습니다. 다만 3일내내 조식을 먹었는데 메뉴 변화가 없어 조금은 아쉬웠습니다. 음식은 맛있었습니다. 온야도노노를 처음 알았는데 다른 지역에 머물때 고려해야할 숙소로 생각할 정도로 직원분들의 친절도나 숙소의 청결함이 기억에 남는 숙소였습니다. 건의사항이 있다면 객실마다 일명 찍찍이라는 먼지털이가 있으면 편할꺼 같고 조식메뉴의 변화가 있으면 합니다."

"Расположение отличное: близко и станция метро, и автобусная остановка, и при этом очень тихий район, потому что отель расположен не у дороги. Прекрасное место! И парк Суйсендзи в шаговой доступности (очень красивое место!) Номер был просторный, чистый, уютный. Все удобства присутствовали, всё работало. Хозяин встретил, всё показал, объяснил, проводил до номера. Слышимость в номере очень хорошая, поэтому если это принципиально – обратите внимание, но мне это было не так важно, поэтому в минус не ставлю. Отличное место!"

"ห้อกพักดีมากก กว้างมากก แยกห้องส้วมกับห้องอาบน้ำ แบ่งโซนเปียก/แห้ง มีที่นั่งอาบน้ำ มีออนเซ็น ฟรี พร้อมไอศกรีมหรือนมเปรี้ยว มีข้าวแกงกะหรี่ เนื้อม้า ให้กินฟรี (เป็นรอบๆ) ข้าวเช้าแบบญี่ปุ่นดี อาหารหลากหลาย จัดเซ็ทอาหารเช้าให้ตัวเองได้ตามใจ มีส่วนลดค่าที่จอดรถให้ 1200 เยน (จากค่าจอดราคาเต็ม2400) ทำเลดี เดินนิดเดียวก็ถึงถนนคนเดิน ช็อปปิ้ง หาของกิน ได้สบาย"

"Location - opposite the Kumamoto station. May not be near the city central, it’s easy for traveller who is carrying large luggage. Cleanliness - it’s really clean Amenities - you can even choose your pillow type at the counter. It uses password lock instead of card. I really like this idea because the thought of losing the card is quite daunting. The onsen for female is really good. It’s huge enough to fit 4-5 people and it’s opened over the night. It does allow the guests to choose their time. Breakfast- it’s really nice and wholesome (refer to picture). It also provide evening drink which include alcohol."

"I stayed at this hotel twice. The second time (this booking) we had a room on the older (?) wing and it was almost twice the size of the first one. So for this review I will only share feedback on this “older” room. This room was big and thus good for us as we had 2 large luggage and more space in the room allowed us to open and pack our luggages with ease. The bathroom was large with the large traditional bathtub. Toilet had bidet and etc but lacked heating which made it very cold in the winter. Basin tap was still the old turn types which was not eco friendly as it’s more difficult to shut it off. Location was just opposite the train station which was excellent. But the nearest convenience store is also only at the train station which is about a 5-7mins walk away. Breakfast was curated to suit the Japanese palette more and ends at 9a.m which is really way too early!! We left something behind in the hotel but they managed to send the item back to us at our new hotel (still in Japan) which was highly appreciated. Despite a few minor shortcomings listed above, the pros still outweigh the cons and I’ll definitely be happy to stay here again."

"Location is very good and staff is very nice. She also call to check if she can make a reservation for us at the famous Tonkatsu Restaurant. The room is new and so clean. They also offer the breakfast for free. The atmosphere around hotel is great too."
