"Hotel is pretty decent for a budget stay. They were kind enough to even upgrade our room to deluxe with two queen size beds. Capitol Commons and Estancia mall is about a 10 mins walk. They also have sufficient parking space. Not much in terms of amenities like bar etc.. Pool area can be better... but for the price you're paying for it's understandable. Will definitely consider Privato again for future budget stays."

"Taytay yakınlarında ucuz bir otel arıyordum ve bu oteli temiz ve ucuz buldum, bu yüzden orada bir gece kaldım. Odaya girer girmez bu otelin Japonya'da bir aşk oteli olduğunu anladım. Odanın önünde bir park yeri vardı ve odada neon ışıklar ve bir salıncak vardı. Eski bir arkadaşımı gece için davet ettim ama o gece boyunca uyuyamadı ve benim de sabah 4'te çıkış yapmam gerekti. Kısacası geceyi bir aşk otelinde geçirecekseniz bu oteli sadece mola için kullanıp eve erken dönmek isteyeceksiniz. Filipinler'de bina inşaat teknolojisi düşüktür, bu nedenle tesisler biraz yıpranmış gibi görünmektedir, ancak Filipinli personel Gecenin 2'si bile olsa ararsanız hemen cevap veriyorlar ve çok istekliler, bu da güvenlik açısından kendinizi güvende hissetmenizi sağlıyor. "The hotel location is very strategic. Hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. I really love the smell of the scent they use for tue entire hotel. I booked a king size bed and it was very pleasant and comfortable. Room is big with rain shower and bidet. The only problem is they lack other basic hotel room essentials like blower, soap, slippers, and electric kettle. Overall, I enjoyed my staycation and will definitely book this hotel again soon."

"Stay was smooth and fine. Consistently, the AC of the rooms have issues, my previous 2 stays were similar where the AC was weak and leaked. I requested for a room change on Day 2/4 during this stay, and was met with them saying ”leave the room and wait in the lobby for an hour while we fix it.” which I didn't agree to, as I wanted a room change. They eventually gave me a new room with functioning AC, and the rest of my stay went fine. The housekeeping staff are kind and courteous. Breakfast buffet is good, but the food runs out fast due to the volume of people eating, but they work on refilling it as best as they can. The yoghurt is always in limited quantities. The milk tastes diluted and odd. Overall, still worth it for the price you pay. I'd come back, but I'll be firm when demanding a room with functioning AC."

"The staff are great and accommodating. The only downside is on my first night, the room was not pleasant and not maintained. The air conditioner was loud , and I was not able to sleep at night. I requested to be transferred to another room with good amenities They moved me to another room in good condition."
