Additional sleeping space in the living room with the queen size futon. Loft above garage has an open concept with 2 additional queen beds, kitchenette and second bathroom. The 2 separate spaces make it a perfect getaway for families, friends or groups with different schedules that still want to stay together. -Hot tub is available all year round and overlooks the Mississippi River.-Outdoor gas grill in screened in porch.-Boat ramp is right across the road from property.- 4 wheel / all wheel drive vehicles are necessary if there is a snow storm or bad weather during winter months. The Caboose features a conversation area, an updated kitchen, new bath and gas fireplace. A double size futon and set of bunk beds provide sleeping for up to four people. Relax on the outside deck or in the hot tub while surrounded by nature at it's best.Enjoy all the activities which nature provides, including trout fishing within walking distance. Local dining is plentiful and casual with the well known Great River Roadhouse overlooking the Mississippi River only a fifteen minute drive away.Sit in the cupola of the caboose and read a book or scope out the wildlife from the wrap around view.
