You will see an outdoor dining and seating area that is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Please do not walk to the water as that is not part of the property.There are stairs on the property. All guests will need to be able to climb stairs. There are 3 steps to the entrance, stairs to the living room, and stairs to the lower level. Please watch your step.The house does not have AC. We provide portable fans, and you are welcome to open the windows. There are screens. Maine does not get super hot in the summertime, and at night, it cools down.We provide a crib, high chair, baby gates, children’s dinnerware, children toys, and room darkening shades. Please note that there are various sets of stairs in the home. We provide extra baby gates for the stairs connecting the living room to the kitchen if needed.This is a pet-friendly home. However, the yard is not fenced. Pets must be kept on leash. We provide dog waste bags, bowls, and a crate. Please note that no pets are allowed on the furniture. In addition, guests are responsible for picking up after their pets. There is a fee for not picking up pet droppings in the yard. Lastly, pets are not allowed to be loose in the house when left alone. Please keep your pet in a crate. For the comfort of all guests, we are unable to accommodate cats on the property.The laundry room is not kid friendly. The boiler is in the room and can be hot. Therefore, we provided a baby gate sectioning off the room from the rest of the house. Please be careful.This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction).
