Harika bir şekilde verimli, iki büyük şişe suyu ücretsiz olarak verdiler, personel ayrıca bana ”eve dönüş yolculuğu” için bir çikolatalı gofret verdi. Çok nazik ve hızlı. Giriş birkaç dakika içinde yapıldı. Resepsiyonda şehir için ücretsiz rehber de veriyorlar. Oda geniş ve sıcaktı. Banyo harikaydı, sıcak su hiç bitmedi. Çok temiz.

Çalışanlar yardımsever, odanın genişliği ve konumu çok iyiydi, oda temiz ve sessizdi. House keeping hizmeti yok bu nedenle çöplerinizi sizin atmanız gerekiyor, tek eksiği bu olabilir. Havlu değişikliği ihtiyacınız olursa yenisini veriyorlar. Odada mikrodalgada fırın, su ısıtıcısı, bulaşık makinesi, mini buzdolabı ve konaklayan kişi kadar bardak, tabak, çatal-kaşık bulunuyor. Oda terliği yok, yanınızda getirmeyi unutmayın. Otel açıklamasında depozito belirtilmiş ancak bizden alınmadı. Oda fiyatına şehir vergisi dahil değil, bunu otele giriş yaparken ayrıca alıyorlar. Harry's Home Wein Millennium Tower was a nice hotel stay for me.  The location was good, next to the Danube river and right above a shopping mall.  Also, was only a 3 minute walk to the metro train into the city center (or other places in Vienna).   The front desk young woman was extremely nice and helpful.  The hotel, and my room were clean and spacious.  Several big windows had a nice view out.  I did not eat the hotel breakfast due to my personal time schedule, but there is a large grocery store directly below the hotel that is open from 7:40 am until 8 pm that was good.  Also, right outside the hotel entrance/exit you can take the skywalk in the mall across to the mall foodcourt with several options. I felt the hotel was a good value for the money, and much cheaper than staying in the city center of Vienna.  I was able to take the metro and tram into that area in about 25 minutes or so.  Overall, I was pleased with the staff, the location, my room, etc and I would stay there again if I am back in Vienna.

It is hard to find a reasonable priced hotel in Vienna. If you want to stay in the old city, you have to pay double the price of this hotel or more. This hotel is near Tram line # 2 about 5 minutes away. You can buy ticket online so this location is a compromise between price and location. You pay a less in return for staying a bit away from the center of the city across the river. The hotel is situated in a jewish neighborhood. I arrived on Friday and orthodox jews were out in force making me felt like I was in Jerusalem or New Year but there were also a mix of women wearing veils.  The hotel breakfast is expensive but in the room free coffee and tea were available free of charge. It has a small desk . The best is on the first floor there is a microwave oven . I used it everyday . I love it. I stayed in Room 306 and my room shared a wall with the elevator shaft. I requested a room farthest away from the elevator when I reserved it but on arrival , the staff just said ‘ we didn’t receive any complains from anyone. If you have issue, we will try to change your room ‘ which I didn’t really like the answer because everyone has different tolerance for noise. Although I have to admit that the room has no noise from the elevator. It was in general fairly quiet.   The negative maybe is I hear trams passing by every few minutes.  It is not annoyingly loud but noticeable so you don’t focus on your mind on the noise, you will be fine.  Also there is only one elevator. The other end of the building also has  The staff was very nice. I think this is a decent hotel but I like the one that I stayed in right before which offered breakfast , much closer to the city center without crossing the river and more restaurants  choices as it is very close to the pedestrian zone which has a Billa Market. ( Can I mention that the name of the other  hotel is called Jaz in the City ?)

Otel Konumu—Viyana'nın şehir merkezindeki ana yaya caddesinin yan sokaklarından birinde, çeşme resminde gösterilen küçük meydanın tam ortasında yer almaktadır. Yakındaki turistik yerlere yürüme mesafesindedir; örneğin, Aziz Stephen Kilisesi otele yaklaşık beş dakikalık yürüme mesafesindedir. Overall: a pleasant stay, a good service that lifted up the overall experience - bravo to George and Luca (the lady receptionist) Location: fairly close to the centre and main attractions, roughly 15-20 mins walk to the city centre, especially good for those who like to walk like myself! Otherwise, close to the tram and subway, 3-5 mins walk. Rooms: a bit tired, especially those carpets… but some very nice touch in the room, including a coffee machine, raincoat hooks for jackets just when you enter the room, slippers. Fun fact, there is no shower curtain in my room so the floor was wet after my shower but George offered solutions and got it fixed, well done mate! Breakfast: a good choice, highlights are some very cool items, like a meat cutter, honeycomb, cakes etc, and the best part is, it lasts from 7 to 12pm (never seen one lasts that late from all my hotel stays across the globe, good for late owls)! Cleanness: it’s alright, but found hair in the towels, and a bit dusty on certain parts of the room (guess it is also because of its central location that’s why!) Service: top-notch! George and Luca and the guy who works at the night shift always greet you with a smile, offer help whenever needed (even helped plan my Budapest trip), and completely changed my mind towards the stay! For hotels like this, if you cannot change the hardware immediately to push it to a 4.5-star, the best thing is to focus on the software, like their service, and I’m glad they did, so thank you! Amazing job and work guys!
