"The hotel is nice and to Changbaishan visitors centre is close by. The town to main street if walk takes about 20mins so better to get hotel shuttle service to drive around. The good thing about this hotel is that can arrange train station pick up and return but the arrangement is very troublesome. You need to have WeiXin and arrange 1 day before. The department that in charge for this service respond a little slow. Check in hotel process is smooth. Breakfast spread is ok. The driver that came to pick us was great and patients. We even engaged him to drive us to Yanbian for day trip where the national Park was close due to bad weather. Overall stay was good."

"Good location in up and coming new development suburb, away from the city crowd. Public bus#2 ply outside hotel is a plus factor. Walking distance to the numerous food outlets ( especially Korean). Hotel travel desk staff helpful in mountain trip bookings. Hot breakfast food is palatable. Must try the package of Hot Spring pool after the mountain day exploration. Spacious room/apartment and support staff from counter to butler service is commendable."

"首先，先點個讚 民宿有提供接車，從長白山車站出來就可以上車直達民宿 早餐不錯，還挺豐盛的，有麵包和饅頭可以選，味道也不錯 房間超乎想象的大，兩個28吋行李箱攤開還有很大的活動空間 下樓就可以玩雪，還能看到山 出門走不遠就可以看到當地的循環巴，去鎮上的景點都很方便 然後，不足的是 房間的陽台門沒辦法打開，稍有遺憾 浴室和洗手間是完全分開的，浴室內以及浴室隔壁都沒有可以掛換洗衣服的地方，這點不太方便"

"The hotel is kind enough to upgrade my room to a bigger room due to off peak season. The establishment is clean and staff are friendly. Room has plenty of sockets including usb. Bathroom is big. Water pressure good. Laundry free. Breakfast is good. Central location near bus stop. Taxi fare to/from changbaishan train station is rmb18 each direction. Thumb up to Miss 吕 who helped me to book/amend/refund tickets to attractions. I would be delighted to stay here again."

"i'm not chinese and cant speak chinese so i can't communicate with front office to pick me up from trainstation so i use taxi from Changbai train station to this hotel with cost 100 yuan. when arrive, a young chinese women in tradition korean custome greeted me so well. she try to communicate with me and friend by wechat. made me so impressed. i went ski and the receptionist arrange ski class and ski suit rental for us. variety of breakfast :) hotel arrange bus to send me and my friend to next hotel. that's so lovely :) thanks so much from 泰国人"

"The room is new, clean, and has no cigarette smell. Luggage storage is available. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to Zhongyang Street, near a famous ice cream shop and a tasty mala sausage stall. The area at the end of Zhongyang Street is beautiful and less crowded. I would stay here again."

"The hotel offers free pick up service from the train station, which allowed us to connect with a driver called Ting Ting. The distance from Changbaishan railway station to the hotel is about a 10 min drive away. The hotel is clean, offers hot ginseng tea and the room is extremely spacious. The amenities kit is good too, with body lotion provided. Guests services staff are extremely helpful and kind. However, we spoke mandarin with them so I think the experience will be better if you spoke in Chinese. Breakfast at hotel is also a great spread - mainly noodles, rice, and Chinese dishes that tastes great. Coffee machine provided relatively great espresso (for an automatic machine). However, the highlight would be Ting Ting; whom we connected via Mercure. We were tourists without a local Chinese mobile number, so she knew and told us it’s extremely difficult for us to get anywhere in Changbaishan (there is only a local T3 ride hailing app, and Didi is not applicable there). She offered to drive us around for our stay (3D2N) instead, and taught us how to book our tickets for Changbaishan National Park. She also recommended and drove us to dining places that she has tried, and they were indeed great shops with tasty food! Ting Ting also reminded us what we needed to prep to go up to Changbaishan and took us to rent the necessary gear (fleece guard protection for knee, fleece shoes etc) as we did not have the right attire for the -10 and up temp in early March. She is extremely helpful and kind. Highly recommend Mercure and Ting Ting! 美居酒店又干净，房间也很大。早餐也丰富，多样。咖啡机的意式浓缩还很不错。酒店的柜台和工作人员都很友善，服务周到。因为酒店有包接站服务，我们链接了司机婷婷。她真的太好了，我们没大陆手机号，不知道根本去不了哪里。婷婷也教我们怎么购买长白山景区票、怎么玩。然后重要的是她也提醒我们上长白山需要注意的-我们不够防冷和防风的衣裳和鞋子，所以她也带我们去租了。婷婷也介绍我们好吃的地方，真的赞赞赞！"

"看得出來酒店設計的很用心，室內設計的讓人覺得很舒服，室外庭院設計，很好拍，但是重親子，基本上就是小朋友遊樂區了。 房間很乾凈，這次訂的庭院大床房，引入眼簾的雪景讓人眼前一亮，另外拖鞋都是酒店自己設計的，顏色搭配非常吸引人！ 早餐非常豐富，餐廳環境也沒得説，很舒適。 服務上面，如果需要高鐵接送或者酒店來門口接送需要自己聯繫，酒店方面沒有主動聯繫過，這一點不是很理解，因為我第二天訂的白玉蘭酒店都有人專門打電話詢問是否需要高鐵接送服務😅但是其實不管是接送人員還是酒店前台人員其實都是很客氣的，感謝司機老於熱情介紹，給你點個贊～ 總體來説還是挺推薦入住的，酒店在恩都裏裏麪，適合晚上在恩都裏逛吃！"
