Great place to stay with its locality close to the subway station. We found the room to be equivalent to 5 star rating such as Sofitel & Pullman. The hotel provides excellent breakfast varieties that even Pullman hotel cannot match. The house keeping Ms. Hu exceeded our expectations by wiping and disinfecting our luggages, which was much appreciated after 2 weeks of travel in China. They also provide free self service laundry services, if required on level 5. The only downside we found is it is not a smoke-free hotel. You can smell the smoke odour as soon as you walk into the lobby. This applies to the room too. It really depends on your luck if smoker is on the same floor as at times I can smell smoke via the ventilation. For the hotel to achieve International standard, it needs to be a smoke-free hotel, for the sake of other hotel guests and their employee's health.

車位：酒店門口車位不多，可以停馬路對面。 點評：我原本預訂的房間在預訂前打過電話，也備註要求，但入住還是出現了問題，中間換了2次房間，但是值得一提的是服務很好，晚上我們到達的晚，酒店前台劉女士一直微笑耐心的在解決問題。早餐種類不多，我9：30下樓吃早餐，有些餐品已經涼了，唯一的葡萄汁也見底了，如果睡眠輕的人一定提前和酒店打招呼，有些房型會有空調噪音，第一次安排的房間淋浴室往外漏水，衞生巾反味，樓上一直咚咚咚的聲音，硬件設施存在問題，噪音音頻無法上傳。 位置：酒店門口有超市，離景點不遠，出酒店不遠就有地鐵2/4號線，比較方便，馬路對面有一家不錯的餐廳。 總體：服務很好，

Excellent location. Reception is on the 6th floor, breakfast and afternoon tea also served on the 6th floor. Rooms are on 4th, 5th and 6th floors. I booked 3 same type of rooms and they upgraded 1 room which is facing the street, a bit noisy in the night with vehicles honking till around 11 pm or so. View was only looking at the IFS building. Room was ok spacious but no luggage racks to put them up. We put our big bag on the couch and the small one on the table. I like the toilet where there’s a sanitizer that you could use to wipe the toilet seat, also in public toilet on 6th floor. We received excellent services from when we checked in till check out. Check in staff 小梅explained things in details to us. The staff 荔枝姐姐 provided caring service during our afternoon tea and whenever we sat there to talk, if she was on duty, she would bring us the free lemon tea. Breakfast has bread, yogurt, fruits, and Chinese style breakfast. My 2 friends had to share the bed and wanted a blanket each so we called housekeeping. When they came with the blanket, they didn’t just pass it to them, but made the bed for them. Praise! Another excellent thing was, you could leave your dirty clothes (no socks, no underwears) at the reception in the morning, and they will wash, dry, fold and you go and pick it up after you come back in the night. Upon check out, the staff asked if we needed more bottle water and gave us a bag of goodbye gifts, which had 2 eye masks, 2 wet towels and a snack. Highly recommend this hotel even though it was a bit hard to get off the didi as there isn’t really a good spot to stop. We got dropped off in the middle of the road and had to call didi to the HSR station in the middle of the road as well. First time experiencing this.

Great hotel located along a bustling street. As it is a pedestrian street, do note that cars aren't allowed to enter and stop directly infront of the hotel. There is some distance to walk from the main street to the hotel but it isn't a long stretch. Design and vibe of the place is impeccable, I am thoroughly pleased with it. However the room I stayed in did feel abit stuffy at times, as there weren't any windows towards the outdoors. Not a major issue overall. There was a small ventilation window towards the corridor. Tastefully designed. There was a bright light emitting from the smart toilet that unfortunately shone brightly towards the sleeping area and when we switched off the lights in the room, it was like a beacon in the dark. Very distracting. We tried to cover it up but couldnt entirely remove the brightness of it. It was really unfortunate placement of things I suppose, and the layout of the room. I believe it doesn't happen for all rooms so perhaps it was just the layout of this room. Amenities were good and sufficient. No full length mirror sadly. The staff were kind and helpful, we asked to leave our luggage there 2days prior and they were ok to keep it for us. They also helped keep delivery parcels for us. They also have a wechat contact and are prompt to reply to texts and enquiries. We also had some issues with a delivery item arriving late after had left and the staff were so helpful and accommodating as we texted over wechat to coordinate the return pick up of the item. Really grateful for their help and service attitude. Overall great experience and would definitely consider coming back again!

It is very near hunan museum which is the main purpose for our stopover. Many eating places around hotel. Hotel breakfast is simple and pleasant.

I really have mix option about this hotel so please read it all. The location of this hotel is supposed to be it's strength, but with my window close tight I was force to listen to Karaoke all night long. The music coming from the street down or maybe coming from the river-walk literally went on all night long until 6am in the morning. I couldn't get any good sleep. you do get the river-view and you do get the convenience of the location being close by the city-walk. But you wouldn't expect the noisy level all night for a 5 star hotel. The price is good, probably the lowest in town for a 5 star with a great location. room and bathroom was large size and overall clean. unreasonable crowded lobby with appears to me non hotel guests. also elevator was slow and dumb which the hotel already knew and there were notes in room that addresses the issue. But the most unreasonable problem I had was with the self-served laundry facility. The hotel had 3 sets of washer/dryer. I was able to secure 1 washer and washed my clothes. After my clothes were washed all the dryer was occupied and in-use. So I took my WET clothes back to my room and waited out the timer that was on the 3 dryers and set my alarm so I can come back use the dryer when time is up. My alarm goes off and I was back in the laundry room and the 3 dryer machine had their timers adjusted and drying time was being extended. 1 dryer was occupied by 1 guest and other TWO dryers in use by the 1 same user (there were notes on the machines that indicates which room guest are using each machine). So I set my alarm again and went back to my room with my wet clothes trying to wait it out. Time is up and I went to check on the dryers, while approaching the laundry room I saw a staff coming out from it. And when I went into the laundry room the dryer's timer have been extended and occupied by the same people. I was frustrated and angry, so I went to the hotel front lobby to report the issue hoping to get a solution. the front lobby acknowledge that it was their staff that is helping the other room guest extending the timers and taking care their laundry. WELL its self-sever laundry so the staff shouldn't have done that and if they wanted to provide service and change the usage rules then they should give an opportunity for other guests to use the machines too. ESPECIALLY one of the guest is using TWO machines at the same time. Shouldn't the staff stop one machine and let me/others guest use it and when we are done that guest can hog up two machines again. But, no, front lobby attendant insist that guest can use two machines until their clothes are dry/done. WHAT?! so I ask, if a guest hogs up 3 machines at the same time and use it for 10 hours straight other guest should just wait or not be able to use the laundry? Her solution for me was to leave my clothes in the laundry and when the other guest clothes are dry and the staff will help to put my clothes in the dryer for me. WHAT, NO. first hygiene issue I don't want anyone else to touch my washed clothes. second, what if my clothes were missing, like a sock or something. by then, an apology don't turn things back and it's called a self-served laundry for a reason. It was like 3am, in the end I didnt get to dry my clothes. I had to pack up my simi wet clothes the next day to check out with lack of sleep. I brought to the manager's attention about the ordeal I went through during check out and she apologized for what I went through the night. She authorized a partial credit refund for my stay, so please keep in mind I gave 2/5 for service because she brought it back. otherwise, the service would have been 0 or 1 star. The cleanliness ad aesthetic was top-notch, from the lobby to the room. Everything felt fresh, tidy and well-maintained. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to help. Despite having hotel robots for convenience, they never hesitated to personally help with delivering parcels or food, when the hotel robots were busy, which made the experience feel warm and human. Another plus point is that you can add them on WeChat for easy communication, enquiries, requests or arranging deliveries— quite convenient and efficient. Definitely recommended!

The hotel environment is very good, and the decoration style of online celebrity is suitable for punching in and taking photos, which is very suitable for coming and staying.
