I’ve been this hotel 4 times but won’t stay ever again soon as I was about to check in there was no confirmation even though I had a voucher waited over a hr to find my details then I upgraded to all inclusive at extra cost 2 days in to my embarrassment I service staff came running out to the pool saying I wasn’t all inclusive and marched me to reception to her horror they staff told her there was a mistake again really disappointing stay

We stayed here for 4 nights in August, which I assumed was crowded due to the busy travel season. Also being in the city centre the hotel seemed to attract a lot of work travellers than tourists. What we liked - Comfortable large rooms - Taxis available on push of a button at the hotel - Very well maintained property and hotel amenities What we did not like as much 1. Food: The breakfasts had a decent spread but was among the mediocre ones we in all our stay at Turkey. It was a pure buffet system with no eggs to order (or at least no one asking you for it). We also ordered room service one day for dinner (not very expensive) and definitely better than breakfast. However, the San Sebastián cheesecake was a pass. 2.Laundry services - the most annoying part of our experience. Our second batch of laundry of wet clothes remained unattended to for 3 days despite several repeated reminders to house keeping and reception. It was almost shameful considering the number of times we had to follow up and still find no help. Overall while it was a comfortable stay and property is located in city centre (away from the old town tourist buzz), I am tempted to knock off more for the laundry experience - however that would be unfair considering the otherwise decent experience we had here.

We have stayed 4 nights in total in a circuit. The design of the rooms in the middle of the mezzanine with a glass lift is original but the disappointment comes from the more than sad decoration of the room: brown tones to kaki, dark wood, rather aging and from another era. The bathroom is functional but our wasn't clean: traces on the door, dirty floor, gross mirror cut off and in the room the refrigerator doesn't cool. For the restaurant, the buffets are correct when there are planned groups ( a large group of Asians for two days so a buffet at dinner and breakfast very rich and varied but on the 3rd day when they were left, One meat in sauce offered with rice and white beans, defreshed inlet salads (it was the few remains ) and one dessert : parts of cake ( the oranges were in addition ). We make a 3-star rating thanks to the buffets of the first two days but otherwise it would be much less ... In Turkey you will have the choice of other 5-star real hotels !

Thank you for a wonderful stay, Yilmaz and his team were so friendly and made us feel at home. The hotel was nice and we had a very early start for a flight and the night team made sure we were fed and ready to go. The location is great, by the harbour and there are great views once you're there (the harbour). The old town streets are beautiful and buzzing in the evening with life. There is a bit of noise due to being in the centre of town which is to be expected, we were very pleased with our stay and would recommend it. Nick and Beth

The location is very good, just in the old town close to the port lighthouse, easy to walk to Hadrian’s Gate and clock tower. There is a park below the port. It is recommended to walk there. Drinking coffee on the beach and watching the Mediterranean is very beautiful. The little brother at the front desk is so nice, all kinds of inquiries, help us book tickets, call the car or something. If you don’t speak Turkish well, haha, then rely on a lot of front desks.

Boutique Hotel in the heart of the old town. Easy walk to bars restaurants and the harbour. Very quiant and pleasantly decorated with some lovely touches. Towelling robes provided, fruit plate provided every day. Breakfast was traditional Turkish and plentiful. The only negatives we had were the two very noisy pub/clubs next door to the hotel which blasted music (heavy metal type) until the early hours. So if a good night's sleep us a priority this may not be the place for you. Plus our room was not cleaned the entire 3 night stay. Not even the bins emptied, which given they ask you not to flush loo paper was frankly a bit gross. On reflection we should have queried this with them as they likely would have sorted it given how helpful they were in other areas.

At first they offered me a dark room that was half in the basement, I didn’t want to take it, so I had to pay 25 euro extra per night for the room that was facing the street and was noisy until about 1am. They are a busy hotel with many customers, so no personalized service there. They were able to help me book the pcr test at the hotel though. No early check ins or late checkouts were available

Excellent hotel, settled ahead of time, there was always cleaning, no questions or problems arose in anything. Once flowed only hot water in the room, but it was a massive problem that was eliminated in just 10 minutes. I really liked the place, in the future I would prefer to stay in this hotel to many others

Thank you for a wonderful stay, Yilmaz and his team were so friendly and made us feel at home. Over all, excellent location and great hotel. And before I go on to my justification for not giving the full star rating, I want to say I would recommend Dogan hotel to anyone who wants to stay in old town Antalya, great atmosphere, location, and staff. But, something was a little off... It is hard to exactly say what it was. Mostly it was an accumulation of smaller things that just didn't make this stay perfect. At breakfast even though there where plenty of staff service was slow and our egg order never came. The rail the shower was on had come loose from the wall at the lower end, the shower needed to be overextended in order to get it back to it's holder, the floor was ... For lack of better word... Viscous (floor was not slippery but could easily twist feet). And a few other things. Each by itself not an issue but coming together just made the stay not full point worthy. All said and done, it's still a good and very quaint hotel that I would happily recommend to anyone.
