"I am from Singapore and I was there with my handicapped mother for the first time. The service in this hotel is very good! They turned up very fast whenever we asked for housekeeping service. The rooms are big, bed is very comfortable and very clean as well! We booked the family suite (vedu room) and it’s the only one in the hotel located on the second floor. It has laundromat(free) and gym on the same floor which is very very convenient for us. Just get out of the room and we could easily do our laundry. Best thing is they also provide laundry detergent (free). We booked the rooms that come with free breakfast. It’s serves local Hainan cuisine and usually western bakeries, toast / bread and salad. It has espresso coffee machine, fruit juices machine, hot milk, hot soy milk and tea. Wide spread of breakfast! I highly recommend to stay at this hotel if you are planning to visit Hainan, Qionghai."

"Great location with walking distance to streets with famous Hainan Grain (Za Liang) desserts and shops, good services and very clean and comfy rooms. Room comes with books about Qiong Hai, and also tea set if you would like to brew your own Chinese Tea. It has great selection of breakfast buffet. The milk tea is silky and delicious. Shared laundry and you can request for help from staff to help out if they are available. I wished this hotel comes with own laundry so I don't need to wait in line. Highly recommended to families."

"這次博鰲住的招商樂城公寓酒店真的超出預期，整體體驗特別棒。房間寬敞明亮，收拾得乾乾淨淨，陽台視野非常好，家電廚具都配得特別全，鍋碗瓢盆和餐具都是新的，洗衣機配得都是洗烘一體機，把我們前幾日的存貨都拿出來都洗了，太方便出乎我們預料啦！住起來和家裡一樣舒服自在。位置也很方便，出行、樓下吃飯、買東西都不用跑遠，周邊配套很成熟。前台的小何和小馮態度特別熱情，辦理入住和退房效率非常高，有問題迴應也很及時。環境安安靜靜的，休息得特別好，設施夠用又實用，性價比絕了，不管是旅遊、康養還是辦事住都很合適，下次來博鰲還會選這家，真心推薦給大家。"

"房間都是側海景，不是正海景。 早餐比較一般，吐司沒有配黃油。 工作人員衹會理解字面意思，備註的高樓層，遠離電梯。意思就是需要安靜少打擾的房間。 結果給安排在7樓餐飲旁邊，早上工作人員備餐吵死了。 樓下海灘有露天KTV，快22點才消停。 淡季性價比不錯，整潔， 衞生，周邊方便。"

"是絕對物超所值的一個酒店，前台服務非常棒，而且一入住就送上了當地特色的小禮物。房間床品很好，睡得很舒服，房間通風也好。大陽台晾曬衣服也方便 ，同時最難得的是，酒店後門就是環島旅遊公路，過馬路就是椰林小道、海灘，我們晨跑也很方便。驚喜的是早餐以養生為主題展開，老少皆宜，離店還有養生伴手禮。全家人滿意的一個酒店，要不是行程匆忙，我們都想多住一晚"

"設施：門口就是停車場，也有地下車庫，十分方便。進門就有鷓鴣茶和酸梅湯供應。沒有乳膠枕提供，不過本身配的枕頭也舒服。送餐有機器人送到門口，親測了一次十分便利。 衞生：床品非常乾淨。廁所是簡易版本的智能馬桶。沐浴露和護髮素可以，但洗髮水太乾，對乾性頭髮不友好。很喜歡沐浴間的水龍頭處提供了放水杯的平板，細心。 環境：2025年全新開業，前身是私人老闆開的，後來被錦江集團收購了變成今日的麗亭酒店。雖然很新但沒有裝修味道，酒店內噴了香薰，個人認為有點多。旁邊中國銀行在裝修，白天有點噪音。特別值得稱讚的是二樓的自助早餐，粉和麪都很好吃，沙拉青菜和點心不錯，我個人認為在這種價位酒店中是做的很好的。 服務：前台熱情有禮，送了椰青。退房建議快捷，且不用按金。"

"新開的店，房間乾淨整潔，服務很好，我們晚上才到店，剛好趕上深夜粥道，夜裡抵達還能喝到熱粥真是旅途中的小確幸！乾淨的房間和貼心服務確實能讓疲憊一掃而空，這家店在細節上做得很到位呢。深夜粥道聽起來就暖胃又暖心，這種營業到很晚的餐飲服務對晚歸的客人來説太友好了。"

"🏨 海景美宿，舒適靜謐入夢來 我住的複式海景套房，空間寬敞通透，裝修是典雅的歐式風格，細節精緻。推窗就是無遮擋的蔚藍大海和沙灘，步行百米就能直達私屬海岸線，床品親膚柔軟，衞浴乾濕分離，24小時熱水穩定，洗漱用品品質在線，房間隔音效果好，睡得格外踏實。庭院綠植繁茂，漫步其間，處處都是愜意的度假氛圍，早餐品種豐富，工作人員服務態度特別好，細心，耐心。"

"The location is perfect with a lovely view of the beach from our balcony. The staff members were all very nice and accommodating. Breakfast is pretty nice. The pool is amazing. The fish foot spa is an interesting experience for no charge and there is recreational area including billiards and ping pong. Complimentary high tea in the afternoon is nice."
