衞生很乾凈，打掃也很及時。 房間很大，雙人入住完全夠用。 入住還送小吃，前台服務態度很友好🤝。 附帶一個小書桌，放電腦學習很舒服，但是桌下沒有插口，桌上小燈不方便使用。

The place was nice and neat I stayed in the romantic waterbed room (as it was the only smoking room left). Tons of places around the hotel to visit pretty much everything you would want was within walking distance. The only drawbacks I had were the breakfast and the WiFi. For breakfast it said some western options but there was none if you count the juice and coffee then ok but far as selections there was cold meat vegetable stir fry a bunch of soups noodles and some fruit. On my last night around midnight the internet cutoff and didn’t come back on at all. For single travelers it’s not a bad place to stay if you spend more time exploring the city versus staying in all day.

We sent my in/laws here for a little weekend away from home. Always down for a staycation. The sad everything wrt smoothly from check-in to check-out. There was an issue with the room heat but they were moved very fast. Great location to either shop or eat.

The staff and people around are extremely friendly, creating a warm atmosphere in a lovely place. This is my second time stay with my friends, we booked 4 rooms and the hotel arranged transportation for us from Mount Taishan bus station, picking us up and dropping us off. The driver was helpful, and the manager Mr Wu was very supportive. They are always ready to assist your need . Additionally, the breakfast was enjoyable, and the dining area staff were welcoming. We enjoyed lunch & dinner . Definitely we will stay there again ..

酒店大廳位置不好找，出租車司機進院走兩圈都沒找到，餐廳距離房間太遠了，早上按路牌指示到達結果不開門，打電話也沒人接，後來看到保安大哥才得知換地方了。酒店位置附近交通也不方便，叫車都不願意接單。洗髮水沐浴露也太一般了，都是自己灌裝的，洗完渾身發癢，不舒服。

The room feels outdated and in need of a refresh. Cleanliness could be improved, as the overall upkeep was lacking. The breakfast selection is quite limited, and hygiene standards need significant attention—we even found a hair in the soya bean drink one morning.

We decided to stay in this hotel unexpected as the rain was getting heavy. But surprisely, it is the best hotel through our entire trip. The staff are warm and caring for our big family. My Kids loved every staff who works in the lobby. They enjoyed their chat and playing piano. We will definitely come back if we will visit Tai mountain again. Thank you.

訂的特價房，所以預期就降低了，還送早餐，還是不錯的。半夜0點後突然出現規律噪音，被嚇醒，聯繫房務後，考慮是空調聲音，給另開了一間睡覺，窗户靠近設備，又轉成了持續嗡嗡，但是真折騰不起了，一個小時再次入睡。早晨退房，前台沒有任何慰問和解釋，更沒提補償，早早帶着腫眼泡退房了。
