這次入住的體驗真的太棒了！強烈推薦給來昆明玩的朋友。 📍地理位置絕佳 酒店離昆明老街超級近，步行大概衹要十分鐘左右，逛吃逛喝特別方便。晚上去老街散步、找小吃，隨時都能輕鬆來回，對於遊客來説位置真的是無可挑剔。 💁服務貼心周到 從入住到離店，工作人員態度都特別親切，主動幫忙提行李、解答疑問，響應速度也很快，讓人感覺賓至如歸。 🧹衞生乾淨整潔 房間和公共區域都打掃得一塵不染，床品柔軟舒適，浴室也很乾凈，住起來非常放心。 🌿環境舒適安靜 雖然靠近老街，但酒店內部隔音很好，晚上睡覺很安靜。裝修風格雅緻，大堂和走廊都有設計感，氛圍放鬆。 🛋硬件設施到位 房間裏的設施很新，空調、熱水器運作良好，電視、Wi-Fi信號都很穩定。衞生間乾濕分離，用品齊全，入住期間沒什麼可挑剔的。 ✨細節服務暖心 免費礦泉水、小零食準備得很及時。客房阿姨打掃時還會細心整理衣物，這些小細節真的讓人印象深刻。 🍳早餐豐富多樣 早餐種類很多，從中式點心、米線到西式麪包、水果都有，味道也不錯，吃完之後能量滿滿地開始一天行程。 整體來説，這家酒店在位置、服務、衞生、設施等方面都做得很到位，性價比很高，下次來昆明一定還會選擇這裏！

This is a unique hotel that offers healing therapy classes that comes along with the accommodation package. I’ve attended the sound bath therapy class at 1pm and felt somewhat relax after the session. Throughout the day, we had a lot of rest in our room and can hear singing bowl music from outside in the late evening til night. For maximum relaxation, I booked a room that provides aroma diffuser and essential oil to promote good sleep. Room has Xiao Du AI to help with curtains opening/closing, weather forecast, news, alarm setting and music playing! Unfortunately we were unable to enjoy watching shows on projector screen as the projector seems to be faulty. We initially thought its just dead battery in remote control but after changing to new battery provided by the hotel staff, the ceiling projector still fails to turn on. We gave up troubling the staff and rest instead since our flight is late midnight. Breakfast is wide spread and offers both western and local food option. I like their porridge and it’s a good change from having daily Mi Xian from other hotels. They also offer special jujube type of fruits that I’ve never tasted before. In addition, they also offer afternoon tea buffet starting from 2pm which you can help yourself if you are still staying in the hotel during the afternoon. The only alarming thing is, we left the hotel with “Do not disturb” red light on + hang “do not disturb” tag on the door, but was shocked to see our room was tidied when we came back in the evening. China hotels do not seem to have safety box option as basic amenities, so we prefer not to get our room tidied but thankfully nothing valuable was lost. We didn’t tell the hotel since nothing was lost and our stay was short anyways. Overall, the staff service attitude is friendly and good but I hope they can respect customer’s privacy. If customer do not wish the room to be cleaned, please do not enter the room.

Highly recommended for short stay near Kunming airport. For the price I paid, the CP is very high. Location is great, many hotels in the same area hence there are many shops and restaurants to choose from. Though its lobby area and carpet in common area is showing its age a little bit, the room I stayed in is impeccably clean, modern and comfortable. Room size is big, has view, bathroom is also big and water pressure is great. Only inconvenience is the lobby is not reachable directly by car, you will need to go down a few short steps to reach it. It is a small inconvenience considering it is a great value.

A relatively new hotel. Perfect for a overnight stay for people rushing to the high speed the next morning. Room was big and comfortable. We booked for the non smoking level but there is an ashtray on the living room table and u can smell cigarette smoke along corridor. Really wished this country makes more effort in advocating for non smoking despite signs beinf put up. We managed to search for a little night market, Shilin night market about 10 mins taxi ride away from the hotel. Maybe hotel can provide more information about places around for tourists. It is also a short walking distance to the metro which is linked to high speed as well. Managed to book the free pick up from high speed to hotel however the next day's hotel to high speed is already fully booked. We also didn't managed to have breakfast due to timing of our high speed.

We had a wonderful stay at Babymoon Hotel. The service was excellent—staff were attentive, friendly, and always willing to help, which made our stay very comfortable. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and felt very cozy, giving us great peace of mind. The hotel’s strategic location made it easy to get around and access nearby attractions. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety, fresh food, and pleasant presentation. Overall, it was a relaxing and satisfying stay, and we would definitely recommend Babymoon Hotel to others.

Requested for non-smoking room, a little disappointed as there is still the lingering smell (probably from the corridor), but the staff sent air purifier machine promptly. Facilities, like gym and laundry are available. And the service is good, overall suitable for short stays~

We enjoyed our stay here a lot! First we were upgraded from a Queen suite to a King suite when we arrived late at night. Our room was lovely, huge, clean and comfortable. Appreciate the separate desk for journaling, and mini kitchen area, microwave and fridge, with option to request utensils if necessary. Breakfast buffet was a full spread with local and international options, we loved the freshly prepared on request cantonese porridge. We especially want to appreciate the young lady who waited on us at breakfast on 7th, 8th and 9th December morning at the buffet. She was very attentive, pointed out various items we might want to try, and even packed a few rose flower cake for me to take along when I said I liked it. She also gave us ideas of where to go in Kunming, and made our breakfast and stay very special. Kudos to her! We also ordered some online deliveries and the front desk lady on 9th December evening helped to round up our packages (which had been delivered to carpark, guards, etc) with a smile. We will definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to our friends!

老城區靠南一丟丟的四星酒店，離省博官渡古鎮和世紀金源不遠；車位挺多，就是剛到時的引導員略有些愣，早上離店時那位好很多；前台一堆人，但是辦入住的效率仍有待提升；房間特別暖和，怕冷星人強烈推薦；空間大衞生好隔音也不錯，住着沒啥問題，推薦

We had a great stay at Four Points by Sheraton Kunming Dongfeng Square. The staff were helpful and even upgraded us to a bigger sunshine room, which was a nice surprise. We managed to do our laundry easily before we departed to airport, it was really convenient and hassle free, The breakfast was tasty with a good mix of options and overall, the room is clean, comfortable and welcoming. It was just what we needed to recharge before we back home.

Super! We loved staying here. The room had everything we needed and they provided lovely herbal tea in the morning.
