"離岸上服務區一公里，羣山環抱，這個位置非常好。客棧的面積很大，除了有各種不同的房型，還有多個觀景台，上下都有石階或木棧道，林間漫步，非常愜意。這個房型是選的價格較低的，但房間面積很大，門窗的隔音效果很好，設施雖然一般，但打掃的比較乾淨，觀景視野也很好。客棧的服務響應速度很快，想多要兩瓶贈飲，沒幾分鐘，直接送來了6瓶，客棧的飯菜味道也很好，上菜速度快，量也大。總之，客棧的整體狀況符合我的預期值，如果來雲台山住宿想在露台看山景的話，還是比較推薦的。"

"We had the absolute best time here! The hosts were incredibly kind and made sure we felt truly taken care of throughout our stay. Breakfast was always delicious — and vegetarian, which was a huge plus for my husband since he doesn’t eat meat. Before our trip, I had asked if they could help me arrange a small birthday surprise for my husband, and they went above and beyond. They got us the cutest cake, and it made the day extra special — we were so touched. The room was spacious, spotless, and had plenty of storage, so it never felt cluttered. We also appreciated the room service and bottled water, which made everything even more comfortable. The room was so spacious we were able to practice yoga in the room at the same time! The location couldn’t be better — just a one-minute walk to the geopark bus stop and ticket office, and equally close to snack street and local shops. Truly perfect! Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This lovely family really goes the extra mile to care for their guests. I’ll be recommending this place to everyone I know! However, room service is average, likely due to understaffing. Additionally, the room telephone was not functioning, necessitating guests to go to the front desk for assistance. This can be particularly challenging for foreigners facing language barriers. The hotel is situated outside of the town, making it difficult to find a taxi. For guests seeking specific dining options, such as halal food, it is challenging to locate these through online apps, requiring a trip into town. This, coupled with the difficulty in finding a taxi, adds to the inconvenience."

"一到酒店就被告知升級了房間，正好比我訂的那個要寬敞一點，帶了孩子，還多給了早餐券，沒有另外收費，入住後就去泳池帶孩子玩，孩子們都玩的很開心（*⌒∇⌒*），酒店自帶酒吧餐廳草坪電影露營挖沙等很多項目，酒店餐廳可以點餐，也可以吃燒烤，價格合理，味道也不錯，酒吧是入住贈送一杯冷飲，也可以點餐，因為是孩子喝不了酒，調酒師專門為小朋友調了沒有酒精的飲料，也沒有收費，總之整個入住體驗是非常好的，親子行，閨蜜出行都不錯的"
