"The aircon system was totally sucks, it happened to numbers of rooms, even we changed the room it wasn’t help. The staff told me that the maintenance can only be conducted on weekdays (our stays in during weekends) !!!! We can’t breath while we were sleeping, no choice but to open the windows. Our room is facing to the Main Street with heavy traffic even siren sounds from police car. Luckily we just stay for 1 night. Once is enough ！"

"Hyatt Rengency Hotel Birmingham is a very nice and cozy hotel with great facilities. It offers halal food, and prayer mats are available upon request, which I really appreciated. The leisure facilities are lovely, with a heated swimming pool, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, and spa. However, my stay was let down by the fact that the room did not have a smart TV as mentioned on the website, which caused a lot of wasted time considering that I planned to stay in most of the times. The hotel eventually upgraded us (to a similar room just a few floors higher) after several contact made to reception and a long wait, but I’m grateful to Kenza for her assistance. On checkout, Nandini was very kind and offered support for my next visit as a gesture for the inconvenience. There's also an issue with parking, which operates on a first come first serve basis. So if you park your car on day 1 and say you're staying for 3 days, you have to pay for the parking for 3 days ahead which is £27 for 24hr. During these days if you happen to take your car out and come back with no free parking space, you lose your money. Your slot is not reserved. It would be better if they charge us for parking when we are leaving the car park rather than making us pay in advance. Overall, a comfortable hotel with excellent amenities, but clearer information on room facilities would have made the stay much smoother. I would have come better prepared."

"A very classy room I actually turned up slightly earlier than expected as my train was early to Birmingham. So I press to tell if I could check in early at around midday and they were more than happy to check me in however I decided to drop off my luggage and attend a meeting. The staff are very helpful and pleasant, and I had my usual additional request of having a room facing the canal. Unfortunately I was given a room on the opposite side to what I requested however went back down to the reception and the staff was so helpful in getting that sorted are they actually gave me the right room?"

"Friendly staff, speedy check-in, we got a spacious room with two double beds for a very good price. They provide amenities like tooth paste and razors for free on request. Everything is neat and clean. The only funny thing is that part of the shower door was removed for our room and water can get everywhere… but overall great experience!"

"Great services with warm welcomes whenever we walked past the receptions. Adequate and clean utensils in the kitchen areas, and even bins are enough for staying 3nights. A movable table was under the desk so we could just pull it out to have our meals easier. It’s also nice that cups are provided in the bathroom. Nice view on my sixth floor room."

"Located on part of the Birmingham University campus in Edgbaston so good location for academic conferences / visiting the university, also short distance to dental hospital, cricket ground, tennis centre etc. Plenty of free parking including blue badge and EV charging. Check-in was quick and efficient. Angela, who checked us in, was friendly and helpful. There is a large bar which serves smaller meals throughout the day and also a restaurant in the evening. The bar food was average price for hotel food (£12+ for sandwich with some soup)  and average quality. Room was clean and tidy, with modern decor. It was very spacious and well equipped with seating and table, ironing board, plenty of pillows, pod coffee machine and plenty of coffee pods, tea bags etc. Black out blinds worked well and there was minimal noise from other rooms / corridor. Would definitely stay again if in the Edgebaston / Birmingham area. "

"Everything is just perfect and up to our expectation, especially the in-room kitchen! Although the kitchenette is not too big in size, it is well-equipped with all basic kitchenware & utensils you need. Thanks to this, we've made several meals ourselves and saved a great deal during our 3-night stay!"

Otelin web sitesi, rezervasyon fiyatının en düşük olacağının garanti edildiğini iddia ediyor, ancak aslında diğer web sitelerinden daha pahalı! Trip.com'dan rezervasyon yapmak daha uygun maliyetlidir. 8. Otel fiyatları her gün büyük ölçüde dalgalanıyor. Art arda birden fazla gün için rezervasyon yaparsanız daha pahalı olur! Gün geçtikçe yenileme daha ucuz ama zahmetli!"

"Room was spacious. Views were amazing. Staff were very helpful as I had a massive bouquet of flowers. 1 lady at Reception helped loads unfortunately we didn't get her name. Thank you."
