"I have used this Hotel on a couple of occasions. It is a ”transit” hotel, not one I would expect to use for more than one night. Staff are very good, friendly and helpful. Food at Breakfast is very good, I have not dined in the evening but there is a restaurant. There is a bar area though most guests seem to stay in there rooms. Pleasant outdoor sitting areas though a lot of building work was being done in November 2025 It may look close enough to walk to the airport but it is NOT. Take a taxi, staff helped me obtain an UBER cab at Rs/110"

"Situated at centre place. Every type of shop available nearby. Stayed almost three days. Very homely environment. Best supprot recieved from saif. Rooms are clean & hygenic. Breakfast was good. Room service was also good. Kitchen was there. If anyone want to cook something then can cook. The best part was the hospitality & upto next level support recieved by divya malik. Recomended it."

"We stayed at The Peerless Inn, Kolkata for two nights. The overall experience was pleasant. The room and bathroom were excellent—clean, spacious, and comfortable. A special thanks to Ms. Neha at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful right from check-in and arranged our room very quickly. We are especially grateful to Mr. Somnath, his hospitality truly stood out. “Thank you” doesn’t feel enough to express our appreciation for his kindness and service. We also had the chance to try the Aaheli restaurant for authentic Bengali cuisine. Every dish was absolutely delicious. The restaurant manager, Mr. Sanjib, was very warm and made us feel truly welcome. The breakfast had a good variety and the food was delicious. However, the staff at the breakfast restaurant were not very polite and lacked a welcoming attitude or smiles, which slightly affected the morning experience. Overall, our stay was wonderful, except for the breakfast restaurant staff’s attitude. We would definitely recommend Peerless Inn for its great location, comfortable rooms, and exceptional hospitality from key members of the team."

"We booked a night here at the Holiday Inn Kolkata hotel. I have stayed in Holiday Inn chennai as well. However, the standards of cleanliness and amenities and the room, the bathroom fittings and floor were low and some areas felt unsanitized as well. The floor in the room also lacked cleanliness. They also had a torn bedsheet on our bed which I asked them to remove and they very quickly and diligently changed it. However, I was disappointed since the finishing checks if the room is in good condition for the next guest needs improvement. The walls lacked lustre. And we paid approximately 62 EUR. Maybe they need to check the standards of other Holiday Inns like in Chennai. Food that we ordered was nice. 10/10 on that. But somehow the brand that Holiday Inn is and that we experienced in Kolkata was a huge mismatch. I hope they look into all this."

"Hotel tres bien. Le personnel très gentil et surtout très serviable prêt à rendre service malgré leur statut respectif. La nourriture est très bonne. Le petit déjeuner offre une large gamme de nourriture. Je suis végétarien et j’ai mangé varié pendant mon séjour. Dans le cadre de la fête de nawmi où la déesse Durga est vénéré l’hôtel offre un vaste choix de plats typiques du bengal en forme de buffet midi et soir. Le personnel du restaurant est formidable. Le service de voiturier est aussi très bien. Ritesh était un guide hors pair et il m’a fait visiter des endroits insolites. Je le recommande sans hésitation car on se sent très en sécurité avec lui."
