很好的套房酒店，位置好，幾步路到市心。房間好，寬敞乾淨舒適。酒店還有供客人使用的洗衣機烘乾機。服務好，熱情細緻温馨，尤其是前台Karina接待我們不辭辛苦，幫我們拿行李上下，安排入住等，值得特別表揚。強烈推薦到里加入住這家酒店。

Good hotel but little costly. Breakfast was good and had lots of of options for vegetarian. One weird thing though there is no free water, either drink tap water from bathroom or pay for it that too 5£ for water bottle. I didn’t like this,water is very basic thing and should be free after paying a good amount for hotel booking. Rest all was good.

The hotel's central location in the northeast end of Riga's old town made it very easy to explore the city. We were close to the city's main attractions and were within a 5 minute walk to the Cat House, Freedom Monument, Riga/Dome Cathedral, and St. Peter's Cathedral. We booked the room without a window. It was very nicely decorated and the bed was really comfortable. The room was quiet but a bit stuffy and we felt the AC wasn't strong enough. We felt there was still good value with this room though because of the price and there was a lot packed into it. There was a Nespresso coffee machine, tea station, cute tea cups and a large bathroom with a very nice shower. We appreciated that a wall adapter was provided and plugged in that worked with North American style plugs. The hotel is in a building from the 17th century and has a very nice looking mirrored atrium. There is a fun story where a horse threw a shoe, hit this building and stuck so the owner kept it because he felt it was good luck. The hotel has a bar in the lobby as well as a small shop. The highlight of this hotel was the breakfast which had a great view of the city from the window and a very good breakfast. The breakfast had a small buffet with cheese, smoked fish, fresh bread and some other nice choices. We enjoyed the variety of drinks like the rhubarb lemonade and hot chocolate. You can order one hot item which included.

I had a wonderful stay at Wellton Riverside Hotel in Riga. From the moment I arrived, the warm welcome made me feel at home. The customer service team was very helpful, assisting me with recommendations for the best attractions in Riga. The hotel’s location is excellent—perfect for exploring the main sights of the city, and very convenient for reaching bus, train, and tram stations. One of the highlights was that the hotel helped us get the best price for a boat trip around the city when booking directly through them. The rooms were in very good condition, clean and comfortable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Riga!

Very clean and modern bathroom, good variety of amenities provided without needing to ask, overall comfortable stay. Unlucky with room allocation as we got an internal joinable room, where next door was talking loudly until late at night. Location suitability will vary per group, it is slightly out of the main centre, but not too far you can't walk. Plan ahead if you drive, they provide a carpark for additional cost, or you can park on the street outside of normal hours

I recently stayed at this hotel for my birthday, and it was a wonderful experience. We were upgraded to a room with an old town view, which was truly stunning. Additionally, they offered us complimentary spa entrance after checkout, which was a delightful bonus. The room itself was clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable, situated on the 19th floor with an amazing view. The spa was also impressive—spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and amenities.

I really liked the hotel, recommend! The staff was nice and spoke Russian. The room was large and had a kettle, tea, coffee, shampoo, and air conditioning. Free parking at the hotel, delicious and varied breakfasts. It's not far to walk to the center, you just need to cross the bridge. The bad things about the room: poor water pressure in the shower, and the water took a long time to drain and quickly filled up the bathroom.

The hotel was in an excellent location only 5mins walk from the bus to and from the airport and central for the old town. Hotel staff and reception welcoming. Our room very clean spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good with lots of choice and the room very cosy. We had an enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend.

Konum, Riga'nın eski şehir bölgesinin tam merkezinde ve civarda çok iyi restoranlar bulunuyor. Yakınlarda birkaç market ve hediyelik eşya dükkanı var ama oldukça erken kapanıyorlar. Otelin, çıplak tuğla duvarları, orijinal/restore edilmiş ahşap kirişleri ve merdivenleriyle oldukça ilginç bir havası var. Kaldığımız en üst kata asansörle çıkılabilmesi de takdire şayandı. İki kişilik oda rezervasyonu yaptırdık ve keyifli bir konaklama geçirdik. Yakınlardaki barlara rağmen oda, iyi bir gece uykusu çekebileceğimiz kadar sessizdi. Yataklar rahattı ama yastıklar biraz inceydi. Odada, içecek ihtiyacımız olduğunda yardımcı olacak uygun fiyatlı, dolu bir mini bar vardı. Odada ayrıca büyük bir gardırop ve küçük bir çalışma masası da vardı. Ayrıca odanın her yerine prizler yerleştirilmişti, böylece tüm cihazlarımızı şarj edebiliyorduk. Banyo oldukça genişti ve sıcak duş ile havlu ısıtıcısını çok beğendik. Duş için el sabunu ve vücut/saç jeli de sağlıyorlar. Odalarda klima var ve pencereler havasızlığı gidermek için açılıyor. İki kişilik odaların tavanı eğimli olduğu için kısa boylu eşim eğimli taraftaki yatakta kaldı ve hiçbir sorun yaşamadı. Kahvaltı çok lezzetliydi ve her iki sabah da getirilen yemek çeşitliliğinden keyif aldık. Her gün biraz değişen sıcak yiyecekler vardı; yumurtalı omlet, pastırma, patates, Letonya krepi ve sosis gibi. Soğuk yiyecekler de bolca mevcuttu ve vejetaryenlerin sebze, peynir, haşlanmış yumurta ve meyve gibi seçeneklerden memnun kalacağından eminiz. Kahve makinesi çok güzel bir sıcak çikolata hazırlıyor ve kahvaltıda meyve suyu ve su da ikram ediliyor. Check-in kontuarının arkasında otel misafirlerine açık bir bar ve daha sonra daha fazlasını denemek isterseniz lobide hoş bir oturma alanı da mevcut. Otelde bir sauna var, ancak konaklamamız sırasında açık olup olmadığından veya ne zaman açıldığından emin değildik çünkü herhangi bir çalışma saati belirtilmemişti ve personele sorma fırsatımız olmadı. Otelin yakınında çok sınırlı sayıda ücretsiz otopark var ve her gün otelin önüne aynı yerli park etmiş gibiydi. Vaktiniz varsa havaalanından otobüse binmenizi tavsiye ederiz, ancak aceleniz varsa Bolt, Riga'da ulaşım için oldukça uygun fiyatlı. Otelin kuzeyinde araç kiralama ofisleri var ve elektrikli scooter ve araba kiralamak için eski şehirdeki Bolt işletmesi, Riga ziyaretimiz sırasında oldukça kullanışlıydı.

Spa'yı kullanmak istiyorsanız ek bir ücret karşılığında (sanırım 18 euro) rezervasyon yaptırmanız gerekiyor, üç kez denedim ama dolu olduğunu söylediler. Son müşteri saat 19:00'da kabul ediliyor ancak Spa saat 21:00'e kadar açık. Genel olarak oteli İngiltere'deki Travel Lodge ile karşılaştırabilirim, kesinlikle 4 yıldızlı yüksek standartta değil. Personelin gülümsemeyi öğrenmesi gerekiyor, bu kötü hizmet için çok şey ifade ediyor.
