I recently stayed at Bluewater Maribago and had an overall pleasant experience. The resort offers a relaxing atmosphere with strong hospitality standards and several standout features, though there are also areas that could benefit from improvement. What I Liked 1. Excellent service and hospitality, especially at the Oyster Bar. The staff were attentive, warm, and professional, which truly elevated the dining experience. 2. Newly refurbished modern rooms that feel fresh, clean, and well-designed for comfort. 3. Convenient buggy service around the property, which makes getting around easy and enjoyable. 4. Lifeguards stationed at all pools and swimming areas, providing reassurance and a strong sense of safety for guests. 5. Anuma Spa’s ambience and treatment selection, which offer a relaxing environment with a wide range of spa services to choose from. Areas for Improvement 1. Breakfast management during peak hours needs significant improvement. Around 8:30 AM, the breakfast area becomes very busy, and food replenishment is slow. For example, while there are three hot steamers dedicated to eggs, bacon — a hot favorite — is served on a small plate that gets wiped out within seconds. Food supply and quality control during peak periods should be better managed to ensure consistency. The bread selection, however, is excellent and deserves recognition. 2. Security procedures may unintentionally compromise guest privacy. Guests are frequently asked to state their room number when leaving the lobby, and again when entering through the guardhouse — first to taxi drivers and then to security officers. This means multiple strangers may overhear room numbers, which raises safety and privacy concerns. A more discreet verification process would enhance guest security. 3. Spa promotions for in-house guests are lacking. While the spa experience is excellent, there are currently no exclusive perks for staying guests. Introducing options such as an early bird discount (e.g., 10:00 AM–3:00 PM) or curated half-day and full-day “head-to-toe recharge” packages would be attractive. The spa pricing is relatively high compared to comparable standard spas outside the hotel, so value-added incentives for in-house guests would make the experience even more appealing. Overall, Bluewater Maribago offers a comfortable and well-maintained resort experience with strong service standards. With improvements in breakfast management, privacy-focused security procedures, and enhanced spa promotions for in-house guests, the resort could further elevate its guest experience.

Perfect resort for a getaway, with friendly and super helpful staff! We had a great time there!

Price is affordable but the place is great and this is my 5th time I stayed in this Hotel. All staff are very accommodating and kind, foods are yummy😊

Location is Great ib the heart of Cebu, near Malls and Church and almost everything. The downside is few and linited parking space, less amenities - no pool and gym. But overall it's great aside from the parking space. Thanks!

This is a wonderful hotel for families the pools and facilities are fantastic and great for kids and families. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. On check in you do have to deposit 2000 pesos per night, but while you are eating at the restaurant you can charge it to your room and pay out of the deposit. There is not much outside the resort so most meals will most likely be spent there. The food is very nice with a good selection and breakfast/dinner buffet available or have a la carte.

Ancak Grab sürücülerinin yiyecek getirmesine izin vermemeleri ve onlarla kapıda buluşmanız gerektiği üzücü. Bu hizmetin catering işletmenizi etkilemesini istemiyorsanız, insanların istediği şeyleri daha fazla sunmak için catering olanaklarınızı geliştirin. Artıları - havuzlar ve şişme oyuncaklar, plaj açıkça insan yapımı ve kumdan çok betona benziyor. Eksileri - çok sayıda çadırda düzenlenen etkinlikler çok gürültülü ve yüksek sesli.

We enjoyed our 4 nights stay in savoy,though the rooms are not that spacious,but enough to move around with luggages, the food is also tasty, everyday they have different menus,the amenities and the view, on the 18th floor is wow...you can see the landscape of cebu by day and by night..memorable indeed..we enjoyed our pool and beach time too.. we will definitely come back again, all the staffs are so nice and polite..special thanks to the feont desk Jeremy, we enjoyed our last 2 nights stay because of him.

Bakımını nasıl yapacağımı bilmediğim için havuza gitmeye cesaret edemedim. Neyse ki denize yakın, dolayısıyla denize girip yüzebiliyorsunuz. Çevre: Hem giriş hem de çıkış uzun ve engebeli bir yol gerektiriyor. Denize yakın bir yerde şnorkelli yüzme yapabilirsiniz. Sadece bir otel, hiçbir yıldız seviyesinde hizmet verilmiyor ve sonunda bir hizmet bedeli alınıyor. Ctrip'te en iyi yerel dört yıldızlı otellerden biri olarak listelenmesi yanlıştır. Daha fazla seçenek olmalı. Hizmet: Bohol'daki dalış dükkanlarının aksine burada güvenlik görevlisi yok. Dalgıçlarla gittiğimiz için şnorkel aktivitesine katıldık, rehber pek istekli değildi. Etkinliğe ilişkin kaynak gösterilebilecek bir tanıtım broşürü bulunmamaktadır. Ama sardalyaları görmeye gitmek gerçekten çok keyifli. Oraya gitmek için tekneye binip aktiviteye katılabilirsiniz. Şehir içinde dolaşmaya gerek yok. Özel hatırlatma: Bu ücret Ctrip tarafından kesilmiyor, mağazada nakit olarak ödemeniz gerekiyor. Siparişte bir hatırlatma var, lütfen yanınızda yeterli miktarda nakit bulundurmayı unutmayın.

Clean and sandy, yet small beach area. Large pool.  Friendly and helpful employees. EXCELLENT breakfast buffet with many choices. Easy to take taxi or tricycle to areas for shopping, food, and massage.

Odamda karıncalar ve böcekler vardı. Ödediğim fiyata göre hiç iyi değildi. Yemekler çok pahalı ve o fiyata göre kalitesizdi. İçecekler, tesis dışındaki fiyatların 3 katından fazlaydı. Bunun dışında insanlar nazik, yardımsever ve kibardı.
