Our four bedrooms features 2 king beds, both high end memory foam, , 2 twin beds, and 1 queen futon. The 2 bathrooms feature a jetted jacuzzi style oversized bathtub, extra large walk in shower and bidet in each bathroom for added luxury. AC, heating, WiFi, and washer and dryer in the laundry room, are all provided for your convenience. The outdoor deck runs 50 feet ( by 10 ft) along most of the entire back of the house and features 3 areas for relaxing, with a large sofa and rocker, dining table that seats up to 8 outdoors and a conversation area. Take a walk down the steps to a lovely fire pit, creekside allowing you to listen to the babbling creek while you enjoy your fire and s'more's making. Our home is located on the main road on Pinnacle Ridge near the Pine Ridge intersection, so it is well maintained and rarely any issues for access. Our driveway is also paved, mostly flat, and can accommodate 4 autos. The front entryway features a handicapped ramp to enter which makes it very easy for loading and unloading, or choose the 4 steps up. We are very near numerous hiking trails, Shane Park and Buckeye Creek Recreation Center where you’ll find pickleball, (indoors and outside), a gym, basketball courts, lots of group fitness classes like yoga, spinning, etc and a wide variety of community activities. Wildlife like deer, black bears, turkeys, and various species of birds are present in the area and the creek, adjacent to our property is important to them.
