Conclusion: overall great relaxing glamping experience but lack a couple of things. I rate it 7.5/10, I would definitely recommend any laowai to go. also pet friendly as some people brought their pets. we stayed for 2 nights over the weekend during plum rain season and it was perfect sleeping under the rain pitter patter. The glamping site also have a pool and a small kids playground (nothing fancy). we stayed on a 2 bedroom tent connected by a tunnel. Food option: breakfast is provided, I'm not sure if the establishment can also provide food for lunch or dinner, but I see some people also buy what appears to be waimai, but we brought our own food and cooked on the deck under the cover with a butane stove, it was great! Activities; the site also have different activities like SUP, horse riding (with a 3rd party) and bonfire, but we didn't do it. we just walked around the site and found that it's part of a greater archeological city tourism site being GE set up. Negative: The only downsides were our tent had a bathtub but it wasn't working, the window doesn't have a block out cover and the surrounding area had some street lights to light up the tent area so some lights still get through, and some people also play loud music(since it's a tent it's not sound proof, but this can't be controlled)

Beautiful resort with modern and clean amenities. View from the room was amazing. The best part of the stay was the team of incredibly warm and lovely staff who look great care of us and our little one, from the receptionist to the pool lady, cleaning ladies, restaurant team etc. We also had sweet dessert and fruits sent to the room in a hot flask daily. The bubble machine was faulty on day 2 of our stay and when the hotel staff found out we had a family photoshoot planned that day, they immediately called for someone to fix it so that we could have additional props for pictures, which was very sweet and thoughtful. The only downside is that there isn’t very much to do within the hotel or neighbourhood and there is only 1 restaurant (although they are happy to take any special requests for food off the menu. We asked for 小龙虾 for example). Families would enjoy the well equipped kids playroom and activities they provide in the garden (kite flying, sky lanterns, bubble machine, balls etc.)

The Hotel was great. Just want to share with you about this amazing place. The location is really nice. The Hotel area is really huge with different type of places. We arrived there and from the first second the hotel staff was so nice to us. And you can feel it everywhere, the staff is really professional people. The receptionist was really helpful, during all stay time in the hotel he helped us a lot, his name was Xiaoyan, (安吉涵田管家小艳1). We spent the New year night there, and we attend to the Filipino band concert, they where amazing, we enjoyed the music and people around. the place for the concert was on the top of the mountain and every second the shuttle mini buses where taking people there. it was great feeling also to enjoy the Hot springs, me and wife enjoyed it , till my little ones where playing on the amazing playground. Next day we enjoyed the trip to White tea factory and discovered the history of the tea and the place. The food was really delicious, you can find everything in the restaurant. and there was a shop too, where we bought the swimming suit (we forgot ours 🤣). We really enjoyed the time spent there. I had a wonderful stay in Anji, and I’d like to give special thanks to Luna. She greeted me warmly every day and always responded to any request right away with great enthusiasm and care. What impressed me the most was her thoughtfulness—she would give advance reminders about weather changes or other details so I could be well prepared. Even after I checked out and returned home, she kindly sent me a short message to make sure I had arrived safely. That extra touch of warmth and attention truly made me feel cared for. Luna’s service was exceptional and made my experience both comfortable and memorable.

爸媽腿腳不好，年紀大怕冷訂的是別墅，有地暖和空調，就是睡覺的房間在樓上，要爬樓梯對老年人來説有些不便，院子裏就有温泉池可以泡管家還點了篝火，擺了蠟燭，管家服務非常好，羣裏一呼就應，酒店附近的土家菜館也可以用接駁車接送，服務非常周到，酒店周圍景色很美，就是附近遊樂園有點吵，每天下午還有下午茶贈送👍，早餐品種有些少，可選的不多，洗漱的空間沒酒店寬敞方便，總體還是滿意的，服務和景色不錯，飯店內的餐廳晚餐味道很好，主打精緻菜，量有些少，大家庭來的有些不夠吃，我們6個人點的炒飯衹夠5人每人分一小碗，後來又點了一份炒飯，吃了2頓晚飯，點了不同的菜，沒有踩雷的，味道都很好，吃的很滿意，最好以後像飯菜有大中小的份量選擇，人多人少都可以選適合自己的量。總體還是很滿意的，推薦。聽管家説今年要開新店，沒這裏那麼吵了，期待一下。

This hotel was designed with great intentions. the architecture is splendid, as are the surroundings. It's a great starting point to discover the region of Anji. However, as beautiful as the hills and the simplistic villas are, the hotel was let down by a relatively poor service. The staff were always friendly and willing to help. However, it was chronically understaffed, and it seems they don't understand what kind of gem they are running. As an example, we went to the bar multiple times. It was beautifully designed, provided a limited, but good enough choice of teas and alcoholic beverages. But it did not have a bar tender. Instead, we had to walk to the reception, ask for someone to come by, then go back and place our oder. We were served, but I felt like a burden to the staff. There was no music and no attempt to use the location and scenery to create a unique atmosphere. Instead, we were left alone, unattended in a quiet, empty room, that happened to look like a bar. One more thing: If you wish to have dinner, you need to order a day in advance.

As soon as I was approaching the mountains that lead to this hotel I felt like this would be a wonderful place with its bamboo and natural beauty. When I arrived I could see an amazing view of the tall mountains and the city of Anji. Checking in was really easy a guy named 小李 helped us and took us to our room he was really nice and talked about everything that there is in Anji and there place. In fact, there was a hot tub that was very clean and nice. Therefore, inside our room it is 2 story’s with a small mini kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedroom on the 1st floor. On the 2nd floor was a bigger bedroom with a very nice balcony. I can say the room is 10/10 clean. Including, the pool was really nice and had a good view I liked swimming there. After, the swim I had dinner here at their restaurant where in the morning is a buffet the food was pretty good. After, breakfast we got a small tour of their place and got good views of the place. 小李 was the one who also drove us he was very nice and friendly explaining everything. We also got some photos taken here at this hotel by a professional photographer for free. This young lady who took a photo of me and my son did an absolutely amazing job it turned out amazing. I would say this is a great place if you are coming to Anji recommend. This place is a 5 star rating will be coming here next time!

安吉太適合親子游啦，每個地方都適合住上兩晚，這次在嘉樂比衹住了一晚，對酒店的探索時間就很少，酒店有個挺大的户外無動力樂園，就在離樂園最近的地方。酒店不僅給房間安排了升級，還有管家一對一服務，管家小殷任何問題都解答到位。離店時還送了一份伴手禮，有白茶還有很香的護手霜，很滿意。

Very good service. We were welcomed with open arms and professionalism. Rooms are clean, and the food is of high quality. Fun hotel to stay at for parents with children. Lots of activities and leisure. It was a real adventure and it couldn't have been possible if it wasn't for the friendly staff.
