簡直就是住到了人生酒店 很久沒有對哪個城市或酒店產生過驚喜和興趣 長沙一秒愛上！！！ 這家酒店隨手刷到的，住後我覺得完爆北京王府半島和上海文華東方這些。（不要槓我） 謝謝五月天，讓我來到未曾感知過的城市和體驗 如果不是來看五月天，我永遠不會主動產生來長沙的念頭 也就失去了探索這裏的機會 更奇妙的是，無處不在的wmls總是會給人驚喜 酒店包含一份旅拍服務，攝影師竟然是wmls，老師的老婆也是wmls，老師們的娃也是五二代老師 拍完激動得聊了半個小時，緩解了昨晚自己看5525的戒斷感覺，尤其是和老師聊到，他們幾個五十歲老頭這樣高強度地開演唱會，真的看一場少一場，好感動啊啊啊！！！ 總之，推薦這家酒店，推薦酒店的攝影師大黃老師

The facility (gym and swimming pool) of the hotel is great but location is not good. It will only suitable for business trip to stay and not accessible to city and surrounding is quite bored. It is also far to airport....not recommended for short stay for airport transfer...will be regret. The breakfast is fabulous... If you pay by your own for travel, I will strongly suggest don't stay this hotel as you will pay for 5 star hotel fee but their service is terribly poor....the front desk attitude and knowledge to introduce their hotel and surroundings are not reach 5 star.....maybe only 2 star... The most unhappiness towards their front desk I asked in Mandarin but they seem reluctant to reply and act like I have no idea what I'm talking about. In addition, the front desk never and ever smile to us not matter check in or check out ..are we own them money or not deserve to stay in this so called 5 star hotel? This is really bad experience n nightmare for us to stay such high cost with no service hotel and keep saying this need to pay and that need to pay.....this is very frustrated!!!!!!!!!!! We will reject to any Crowne Plaza hotel on the worldwide as they giving us the nightmare services. The front desk should learn from the bellboy with politeness, helpful and smiling to us..

As someone from the U.S. who wanted to explore more about Chinese culture, this hotel felt like staying in a museum. You can see the history as you walk around from the architecture to the decor. As someone who’s not very good at speaking Chinese, the staff was very kind and accommodating, especially when using WeChat to to communicate my requests. I traveled with my girlfriend and the room we stayed in was spotless and super comfortable. The amenities provided in our room went above and beyond, making our stay feel more luxurious. I will say the free laundry service came as a surprise to me and is a huge plus with staying here. I’ve stayed at St. Regis Changsha, and I can definitely say the stay here is very comparable in terms of comfort. If you’re looking for a hotel with history, charm, and a location that makes you feel like you’re authentically visiting Changsha, then this is the spot to go to. We will definitely be coming back here in the future!!!

挑了非常久的酒店，超一線湖景真的特別漂亮，一進去就被驚艷到了，房間裏的裝飾和用品都透出奢華二字，深色調的裝修非常有品質感。有24小時管家，隨叫隨到服務特別到位，我們出去以後幫我們打掃了衞生鋪了床，送了非常好喝的銀耳羹，一回去看着乾淨的房間真的非常舒服。因為時間原因沒有體驗到活動，去看了泳池和健身房，乾淨明亮，水温合適。早餐也很好吃，我們點了一個蘆筍鮮蝦，蝦肉是Q彈鮮甜非常新鮮，可選擇的品種很多。下次去長沙還會選擇，感謝各位工作人員

My recent two-night stay at The Jewel Hidden Valley was nothing short of wonderful. Nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this serene and culturally rich retreat provided the perfect escape. From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality of the staff made us feel right at home. A special mention goes to ”Julie” and ”Zhang Kai Yi” (if I remember correctly), who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Despite the rain, they selflessly helped us with our luggage all the way to our villa—a gesture that truly touched us. Zhang even took the time to personally walk us to the Tong Guan Kiln, which was about 8 minutes away, sharing interesting insights along the way. Their kindness and attentiveness were truly impressive. The hotel’s design and layout are stunning, blending seamlessly with the natural surroundings while maintaining a luxurious feel. Our villa was spacious, well-appointed, and immaculately clean, with high-quality amenities and toiletries that added to the comfort. Breakfast was another highlight—the spread was extensive, offering a variety of delicious options that catered to different tastes. Every dish was fresh and flavorful, making it a great start to our days. Overall, The Jewel Hidden Valley exceeded my expectations in every way. The peaceful ambiance, outstanding service, and attention to detail make it a hidden gem worth revisiting. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a quiet, culturally immersive getaway!

Absolutely incredible stay from the moment you step foot on the property and until you leave. The staff prepared a lovely card and gift in our room to celebrate our honeymoon. The hotel pool was a lifesaver during the 35+ heatwave. Breakfast was excellent with a huge variety to choose from. Rooms are spotless, there are western TV channels and great soundproofing between rooms and to the street below.

The staff is outstanding, from the workers in the lobby, to Swank, to the staff at the lounge, and everyone at the reception desk. The service was exceptional, and hotel premises were excellent! The food and drink we were offered were also outstanding. In short, we would return to Changsha just to stay in your hotel again. Many thanks to you all!!

I had an absolutely unforgettable stay at the Kempinski Hotel. The room was spacious, spotless, and offered a breathtaking view of the city. The staff were incredibly attentive, always welcoming and ready to help. Many of them spoke English or used a translator, which made me feel very comfortable and well taken care of. The breakfast was truly impressive — abundant, diverse, and absolutely delicious. The hotel is conveniently located near several metro stations, making it easy to reach the city center. My stay at the Kempinski Hotel will remain one of the highlights of my time in Changsha.
