I wanted to share a heartfelt thank you to the wonderful team at Hyatt Centric The Ring Chengdu. This was the final stop on our China trip, and our experience here truly stood out - it was, without a doubt, the best customer service we received throughout our journey. While not all staff were fluent in English, those who communicated with us - both in person and via WeChat - were exceptionally thoughtful, attentive, and professional. From the moment we arrived, Cheng Cheng welcomed us so warmly. He kindly assisted with our luggage up to the lobby and our room, and his enthusiasm in welcoming us to Chengdu immediately made us feel at home. After helping us check in, he briefly stepped away but returned shortly after to offer us a room change he had proactively arranged, having noticed an unpleasant food odour in the original room. This level of care and attention to detail meant so much to us. Throughout our stay, he continued to check in on us with a super friendly smile whenever we crossed paths, always ensuring we were comfortable and enjoying our time. Thank you, Cheng Cheng! We would also like to thank James, who went above and beyond to help us with collecting our parcels - our first time ordering online in China. When our packages were diverted to a collection point, he personally accompanied us there and took the time to explain how the system works. This level of service is truly rare and it seemed so consistent with the whole team at this establishment. When one of our parcels was mistakenly picked up and opened by someone else, James and Echo, the duty manager, stepped in and liaised with the collection point to track it down and successfully retrieve it. Echo wanted to hand this item to us personally so that we could check the contents were in good condition. We were incredibly impressed and grateful. Echo also helped resolve a couple of delivery hiccups by assisting us in contacting courier customer service, ensuring everything was eventually delivered smoothly. Thank you, James and Echo! Last but certainly not least, our deepest thanks to Aggie. She was an absolute angel throughout our stay - so kind, approachable, and genuinely helpful. We are incredibly grateful for everything she did for us. She would help us with any issues promptly and nothing seemed like a hassle despite all the help we needed. When a couple of our deliveries couldn’t arrive before our departure, Aggie went out of her way to help arrange for the remaining parcels to be sent to us. Her care and dedication were truly exceptional and Hyatt Centric The Ring is so fortunate to have her as part of theteam! Thank you very much for everything, Aggie! The team’s thoughtfulness was evident in so many small ways as well - bringing parcels up to our room and even leaving a pair of scissors for us to use. These touches did not go unnoticed and made our stay all the more special. The breakfast was also excellent. If I were to offer any constructive feedback, it would be for housekeeping to pay a little more attention to detail in the bathrooms. That said, given the outstanding service we experienced, this was a very minor point, and I have no doubt it would have been promptly addressed had we raised it during our stay. Additionally, we found the laundry detergent used for the bath towels a little harsh and caused dryness for both my husband and me, though this was easily resolved with disposable cotton towels. Ultimately, it was the people at this hotel who made our stay so memorable. Their warmth, care, and professionalism far outweighed any minor issues. I would highly recommend this hotel and will certainly be recommending it to family and friends visiting Chengdu.

設施：維護的還是比較到位，沒有明顯的老舊破損； 衞生：温泉中心和康療中心都很乾凈，打掃及時； 環境：環境很安靜，我們選的是一居的獨棟房型，左右都住了人，但不管是白天還是晚上都很安靜。園區內有很多小朋友的遊玩設施，適合全家一起來玩。園區面積還是比較大，有接駁車方便長者和小朋友遊玩，出行。車可以停到住所門口這點好評！總結就是，雅緻但不冷清。 服務：這應該是最可圈可點的一部分吧，愛人偏頭痛，平時都會記得帶止疼片，可唯獨這次出行忘了，周圍沒有外賣能買。聯繫客房管家Shirley，想碰碰運氣，最後由Shirley協調酒店的工作人員幫我們到最近的葯店購買，他們的真誠與熱情深深打動了我們，也在此要給Shirley及她所代表的工作人員團隊表達感謝。 是一家很棒的度假酒店，適合各年齡段的朋友來放鬆休閑！

I recently stayed at the Grand ParcVue Hotel Residence Chengdu and was blown away by the spacious 2-bedroom apartment suite! The room was incredibly clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with a kitchenette, washer/dryer, and living area. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Chengdu near Tianfu Square and Jinjiang Hotel Metro Station. The staff were super friendly and helpful, making our stay feel like home. We also enjoyed the hotel's amenities, including the indoor pool, gym, and sauna. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Chengdu.

這次來成都出差入住路易城堡青銅酒店直接體驗拉滿，退房第一件事就是來寫滿分好評，真心把這家寶藏酒店安利給所有來成都的朋友！🌙 酒店位置真的絕，去哪都超方便，不管是沖市區的熱門景點還是逛商圈吃美食，出行毫無壓力，附近就是新街裏和仁和新城，🌙主打一個輕鬆逛吃，走進大堂更是被驚艷到，法式城堡風的建築氛圍感拉滿，青銅元素的裝潢高級又有質感，CCD設計的美學真的狠狠戳中審美，隨手拍都是氛圍感大片，完全不用加濾鏡！ 客房體驗更是沒話説，空間寬敞又通透，超大采光讓房間亮堂堂的，躺在床上連心情都變好了，床品軟乎乎的超舒服，親膚又貼合，直接一覺睡到自然醒，旅途的疲憊瞬間消失！衞浴做了貼心的乾濕分離，馥馬爾的洗護用品用着超順手，洗個熱水澡直接滿血復活，細節感拉滿，最要誇的就是酒店的服務，前台管家Amy專業高效，入住退房全程絲滑無卡頓，速度快到驚喜！有任何需求都響應超快，還會主動貼心分享本地遊玩攻略！🌙🌙🌙

It is a super nice hotel, from hotel location, services, room cleanliness and amenities. Very strategic location to chunxi road. All the hotel staff provide impressive services, attentive and friendly services. Very nice breakfast with a lot of variety. They even provide laundry services that assist help on guest laundry matters in laundry room, patiently handle all the request, especially Ms Zhao and another girl (forgot get her name), thumbs up on their services. Overall a very pleasant stay. Definitely will stay again next time.

Hotel is well positioned in the centre of Chengdu, not far from a Metro station and shopping districts. Staff were all very friendly , and the breakfast had good selection of Chinese and western cuisine. The room itself was comfortable and clean, though decor a little dated. The hot water was not too hot on the first night we checked in (maybe too late at night), but better the second night.

I was pleasantly surprised that they gave us free breakfast upon check-in, which was very good as we were not sure what or where to eat for breakfast. The check-in staff, Emily Huang, even helped us with installing WeChat but not sure why couldn't setup. Upon realising that Alipay has a messaging function, she texted me on all the relevant information on where to eat & what to do around the hotel. The room is very spacious & clean. Bed & pillow are very comfortable. All the things that we needed were available in the room, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, toothpaste, hair dryer, room slipper & safe box. The only setback was I could only used the hotel wifi to access email & nothing else. As I extended my stay to my company's trip, a male front-desk staff helped me to extend my access-card & helped me to request a change of bed sheet. The breakfast were mostly local food. Fruits & dessert options were a bit limited. Otherwise, the spread was sufficient. The hotel is within walking distance to IFS and Tai Ku Li with lots of restaurants & street food. It is about an hour from Tianfu airport & slightly more than an hour to the Chengdu East HSR station. It is about 10min walk to the Chunxi Metro station. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Four Points by Sheraton.

Our family trip with three families turned out to be a delightful experience. The hot spring and its beautiful surroundings made the visit truly enjoyable. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. The mutton pot with fungus tray was so delicious that we ordered it twice on both days—it’s definitely a must-try dish. The handmade noodles were also very tasty. Overall, it was a worthwhile place to visit in the cold season.

I am staying in this hotel with my son for the second time- first time in October 2025 we spent a whole week despite having our plans we decided to stay in this hotel as it was fantastic. Second time we stayed december-jan for almost 3 weeks and it was again the great stay. Hotel location is perfect- you are at the center but it's quiet. The view is right on the main street. Rooms are big and comfortable. Le Labo amenities add extra wow and smells amazing. The lobby is modern and clean. What is loved most is staff. LAUNDRY LADY- thank you so much for helping us to wash and fold all our clothes. Every time my son went to the laundry room she took care of everything and even delivered it back to our room. We were very happy. Breakfast staff is so kind and breakfast itself is great. Reception staff were always in touch and asked every question, organizing our deliveries and couriers. Me and my son felt so welcome and safe I am very happy every time I come to your hotel. And grateful for your hospitality.

昨晚入住了一家禪驛式酒店，感覺還可以吧。位置挺靜謐，環境獨特，院子裏的環境真是悠閑自得，四處都是花草樹木，一進大門就可以看到一個笑的很開心的小和尚。客房佈置也挺簡約，乾淨整潔。房間的裝修都是古色谷香的韻味，客房打掃的很乾凈，面積也挺大的，給人舒服的感覺，在床上睡得很香甜了，早晨還能聽到幾聲鳥聲，挺讓人舒緩放鬆的。 酒店的早餐是自助的，品種很多，有當地的九尺板鴨，君屯鍋盔，師傅煮的麪條味道也相當不錯，紅油真的太香了。服務人員説話都很禮貌，不讓人覺得聒噪，給人一種賓至如歸的感覺。小帥哥瓏喜還特意把我們帶到餐廳，給我們介紹了當地的特色，小哥哥説話都是和藹可親，就像家人一樣，服務真的周到！ 早上在院子裏面散步，還能遇見幾位住在隔壁房間的老哥聊天曬太陽，氣氛特別融洽。酒店的活動也挺多的，我們也參加了抄經，篆香，這些活動都是要我們靜下心來完成的，不能浮躁，要心平氣和的，慢慢的體驗，很適合帶朋友或者小朋友參加，做完活動還可以在這裏煮上一壺茶，慢慢的玩，旁邊就是水街，買東西也方便！ 總之，感覺這次入住挺有滋味，適合想要找一個安靜地方發呆散心的朋友。
