One of the standout aspects of my stay was the tranquility of the hotel. I enjoyed a peaceful environment, free from noise disturbances from neighboring rooms, which allowed me to fall asleep easily. I was so comfortable that I overslept and was only awoken by the doorbell when my friend arrived! The bed was incredibly comfortable. Additionally, the hotel boasts an impressive buffet breakfast, which was the highlight of my morning. Elena's assistance went beyond the usual. She helped us with translations, speaking fluent English, Chinese, and Russian, ensuring that language was never a barrier for us. Her dedication truly shone when she orchestrated a special surprise for my girlfriend's birthday. "Great Accommodation for families, lots to do and see & alot things to do for the kids, the biggest down fall would be communication, I suggest learning a few things, basic questions everyday meeting and greeting otherwise you'll struggle in this area.. don't always count on google translate to save the day cause it doesn't. Also alot of local food, Restaurant in venue is mainly local cuisine however they do have a breakfast restaurant that has western food as well. Overall of you're not prepared you won't enjoy it but it's a great place thumbs up!"

"We had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. Despite making a full payment through Trip.com at the time of reservation for 3 rooms, the hotel staff demanded another full payment upon our arrival. Even after checking out of the hotel on November 21st 2024, I have yet to receive a full refund from Trip.com, as the hotel staff had assured us. This lack of professionalism and transparency caused unnecessary stress during our stay. Furthermore, the security guard refused to let us alight at the main driveway in front of the hotel lobby to drop off our luggage, claiming that it would ”block the hotel’s feng shui” as per their boss’s instructions. However, we observed many other cars and guests doing so. This left us scrambling to find an alternative while managing our heavy bags to check into the hotel. Such behaviour is not only inconsiderate but also unacceptable in a service-oriented industry. We will avoid staying at this hotel in the future."

"I usually don’t write reviews, but the exceptional service at Sangem Moon Hotel truly deserves one. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warmth and professionalism of every single staff member. Their friendliness and genuine care make you feel right at home. The hotel itself is immaculate, with spotless rooms and a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the outstanding service. A special mention to my butler, Chase, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Whether it was recommending places to visit or attending to every little detail in my room, he handled everything with professionalism and care. There was nothing he couldn’t do! I’d also like to thank Mori, the reception duty manager, for her excellent service. She speaks great English and took such good care of us, making everything smooth and effortless. Another person I’d like to praise is 符阿姨 from housekeeping. She cleaned my room so thoroughly—you can tell she takes her job seriously. She mopped the floor, made everything perfectly organised, and ensured the room was spotless every single day. I also have to commend the hotel management for training their staff so well. The level of professionalism and dedication from every team member is truly impressive. I know people sometimes get tired of overly positive reviews that sound too good to be true, but this is a real review from a real guest. The service here is genuinely exceptional, and you can feel the sincerity in how they treat their guests. Highly recommended!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Westin Blue Bay. We booked the sea view room and it didn’t disappoint. The rooms are clean and spacious, a lot of natural light coming in. The weather in November is nice and warm. The swimming pool is big but freezing cold, however you get used to the water after taking a dip. They have small hot springs too for the little ones. I’d say the food and drinks are more on the pricey side, and it would be nice if the bar area by the swimming pool would open. Overall the trip was great, beautiful area, close to the beach. Great for morning walks, jogging etc. I’d definitely come again!"

"景色宜人，沙灘很美，酒店住的觀山海，能見山也能見海。島上的遊樂項目很多，喂魔鬼魚時能親手摸到魔鬼魚，是一次很新奇的體驗，海洋動物表演衹有海獅表演，略顯單調，不過表演內容還是挺歡樂的；潛水艇體驗不是那麼完美，水下比較渾濁，如果不是潛水員引來魚羣還拿了一衹海膽在每個窗前經過，是什麼也看不到的。坐纜車環島一週還是很快的，島上坡度比較大，雖然距離不遠，但還是坐車更省力。早晨的海浪很大，岸邊的礁石上爬滿了螃蟹和彈塗魚，最好玩的還是踏浪和玩沙子了，還可以在沙灘上撿一些貝殼、珊瑚。"

Beautiful hotel, but unfair check-in delays need to be addressed I really wanted to give this hotel a perfect score because the hotel itself is great, but a major operational flaw held it back. The Good: The hotel design is stunning—very modern and fresh. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and felt brand new. Our The breakfast buffet had a fantastic variety with lots to choose from, so great start to the day there. I also have to shout out the staff, who were warm and attentive throughout our stay. The Mixed: The amenities were generally okay, though I did notice a lack of bathroom loofahs (a small detail, but worth noting for anyone planning a longer stay). The Bad (and Important): The check-in process is broken. Officially, check-in is at 3pm, but we ended up waiting much longer. It seems the hotel allows guests to check out so late that housekeeping can't turn the rooms over in time. It’s really not okay to keep the next customer waiting in the lobby after a long journey of travel—it immediately puts a damper on your feeling towards the hotel before you even see the room. Suggestion to Management: I would strongly suggest that IHG enforce late check-out fees or stagger check-out times. Late departures for some guests shouldn't come at the expense of the experience for incoming guests.

The hotel is amazing, beautiful huge territory, the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Very nice villa with private pool and jacuzzi, a lot of small things which made our stay really enjoyable such as welcome tea and fruits. Despite the fact that the weather was rainy and windy and swimming in the sea was prohibited we had an amazing stay and definitely want to return.

We were very impressed with the hotel. The hotel is beautiful and clean, with a very nice design. All staff provided excellent service. Special thanks to Max Lin, who was incredibly helpful, attentive, and always ready to assist us with everything we needed, which truly enhanced our stay. Although the hotel is a bit far from the city, it is very peaceful and quiet, with a beautiful beach and a great atmosphere. Ok We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again.

The hotel is nice but not as nice as expected. We stayed in the normal room. The room is big and Well equipped. But the details are not perfect . The room/furniture can get some renovation, cleaning. You don’t have a lot of choice for the soft drinks inside the room. The area around the hotel is not very busy. Taxi from the costs a lot. You can‘t swim in the ocean. Service was very Good. But the baggy car are not available very often. The best is the breakfast. It was very good. Good quality and everything you want.

好，這個酒店我覺得無敵的棒了。首先它是在香水灣，相對於清水灣的價格，這裏的價格能便宜不少，而且因為人少，所以這個酒店出去就擁有整片沙灘，雖然這個沙灘可能沒有清水灣的那麼細膩，但對總體來講也是非常不錯，而且海景房陽台上就能見海，一片蔚藍的海，海浪徐徐，令人心曠神怡。 前台小姐姐也非常熱情，主動加了我微信，有什麼需要都可以在微信上直接跟她直接提，酒店裡麪的設施我覺得還是很到位的，至少能達到四星的水平，略微接近五星。 一開始我訂的房間是不含早餐的，然後小姐姐主動給我申請了，後來送了兩天的早餐，總體來講早餐也不錯，然後還有打桌球的地方、健身房、還有游泳池。裏面主樓主要是個各種類型的房間，然後環繞主樓就是各種各樣別墅房，其實我感覺住別墅還不如住海景房，性價比更高。 總體來講非常滿意。有機會再來！

先説説優點：第一天晚上入住，前台小姐姐非常貼心，還給我們升級了房間還送了卡丁車體驗劵，還給辦理了延時退房，酒店環境很不錯，很安靜，依山傍海的，但是海邊比較荒涼，不能下海，浪很大🌊 再説説個人感受：房間升級了loft房型，孩子很喜歡，但是房間下水有問題，給孩子洗衣服，下水道竟然堵了，工程部來通下水道修了很久，影響休息，這些都先不提😓更糟糕的是第二天早上，點了外賣，結果定位錯了，定在了隔壁君瀾酒店（填錯地址肯定是個人問題，這點我不推責）但是到了前台這裏（不是昨晚開房的小姐姐）前台給予我的答覆就是衹能自己走過去，説他們沒有擺渡車（但是我下午退房時明明看到酒店大堂門外有停擺渡車的）而且我是第一次來，根本不知道怎麼走，我説能讓禮賓引導一下嗎？告訴我禮賓沒空，最後我自己認倒黴頂着烈日走到了君瀾酒店崗亭拿外賣，君瀾的保安還很奇怪的説這麼遠你自己走過來的？反正就是一次不愉快的入住🤣
