The hotel is not in the city centre, but that's why we choose it ..... for the tranquility and the quite environment. The establishment is impeccable, we pay around HK$8xx, and have to admit this is very good value (even considering not much facilities). The restaurant team are awesome, very attentive, eagar to assist in a warm and welcoming manner. We went for breadfast daily, and from the second day, they remember our breakfast drink! The spa, much room for improvement...... considering the price, really would not expect ”smelly” bath robe (the price is around 2 to 3 times the price one pay at a spa parlour locally). During my stay, the hotel is under a planned renovation construction (we were told) - work is going on even over the weekends, that was very unfortunate. Especially we are looking for a quite hotel! I really think they should state at the booking portal and let people know! The most disappointing part is, the reception team were recommending car service to us (for our return trip to Danang). The original price quote was US$92. We booked. On the departure day, we were asked to pay, the bill was shown in VND (local currency) and I noticed there are service charge and tax applied. So I ask if the US$92 included the service charge and tax. The reception gentleman was slight agitated and say something like ”every body knows service charge and tax are applied to bills in Vietnam”. We were then checking the bill and tried to figure out if the US$92 were inclusive of the service charge and tax. While we were doing that, the reception gentleman told us, yes, the US$92 were already including the the service charge and tax. We were a bit itimidated then, and not wanting to further ruin our holiday mood, so we paid and leave. The car trip was very pleasant and the driver was very polite and attentive. When we are home, we check the bill again, and find out, we paid around US$112 for the trip. (ie, the originally quote price US$92 is not inclusive of service and tax. More so, the reception gentleman that explained the price to us, was either uncompetent or dishonest!

This has been our favourite place to stay in Vietnam. The cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. They have 2 restaurants, one for western food and one for Vietnamese cuisine. We ate all our meals in the Vietnamese restaurant & the food was the best we have had. The building is 107 years and was refurbished 8 years ago. It is pristine. I could not recommend any hotel more highly than this. Absolutely beautiful.

I love this resort so much! Can’t wait to recommend everyone, especially those who love the zen vibe. It’s the best resort in my life. The atmosphere, the decoration, the service here and all the details are sooooo good! Although there’re lots of flowers and trees, but I couldn’t find any insect or mosquitoes! I also attended their free yoga and meditation classes. The vibes here just made us relaxing. We were ungraded to a villa and we totally enjoyed our stay here! I’ll definitely miss this place and the staff here! I recommend everyone to book the villa. The villa made my Vietnamese trip totally worth it! I also had a spa treatment, jacuzzi and sauna. Although i think the spa is a bit pricey, but thinking that i can relax with this beautiful place. Why not experience it once in a lifetime!

Everything was great here from food to the hotel room, but the only problem I encounter which is the bellman which he saw me carrying all my bags but without trying to help me or even push a trolley over. Just seeing me walk towards the reception dragging my bags over. Staff issue

My second stay there and hopefully not my last one. If you are looking for a relaxing spa hotel surrounded by beautiful nature and calmness then Alba is your place. Modern architecture, lots of green, great pool, plenty of relaxing activities like yoga and meditation, the onsen, the massages etc. Staff is extremely nice, professional and helpful. I didn't want to leave but unfinished can't do holidays forever

The location is perfect—right by the Perfume River and within walking distance of major attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a stunning city view. Staff were warm, professional, and always eager to help. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of both local and international dishes. I especially enjoyed relaxing by the rooftop pool in the evening. The hotel blends modern comfort with touches of traditional Vietnamese elegance. I would definitely recommend the TTC Imperial Hotel for anyone visiting Hue. Great value and service!

In general the stay was ok. The location is good, the hotel is clean and modern. However I cannot give a great rating because of the most bizarre thing that happened at check-out. Having already explained that we were in a rush as we had a flight to catch, the receptionist offered to check our room in case we had forgotten anything. I explained it wasn't necessary as we had checked thoroughly, and repeated that we were in a rush. Our pre-booked car was already waiting, and having loaded our luggage and go in, she instructed our driver not to leave until she had checked the room! I am a very regular traveler throughout Asia and beyond and this is not normal practice, and to attempt to delay our departure ahead of a 2-hour drive to the airport is both bizarre and completely unacceptable. I cannot recommend this hotel for this episode alone.

Khách sạn mới, sạch, khá đẹp. Trang bị nội thất theo kiểu tiết kiệm nhưng cũng tương xứng với giá thành. Nhận phòng hơn trễ giờ nhưng đội ngũ nhân viên phục vụ tốt. Nước chào mừng ngon, nhân viên quên không mang nước chào mừng đến cho khách mặc dù khi bê nước cho người khác họ đã nhìn thấy chúng tôi. Bể bơi ấm áp và sạch sẽ. Bãi tắm riêng của khách sạn có sóng khá to khó bơi. Tôi gọi nước suối đến phòng lúc 22:00. Villa không có chuông cửa, khi nhân viên gõ cửa không ai nghe thấy họ đã tự mở cửa bước vào Villa và gõ cửa phòng ngủ của tôi lúc 22:00 đêm. Tôi cảm thấy việc này không riêng tư và thiếu an toàn.

We love this place. We had a beautiful spacious wooden cabin with a balcony overlooking the Pearl River. Phi, the manager looked after us splendidly and could not have done more. We locked ourselves out, he came up in his buggy, we forgot something, he came up in his buggy; he had a cooked sliced steak take-away breakfast with dragon fruit ready at 6.45am and a taxi. Thank you Phi and team! We come back one April to see the tombs and pagodas we missed.
