"Checked in on the evening of July 1st and was absolutely furious! The takeout I ordered that evening had been downstairs for 20 minutes, and the robot hadn't delivered it. The receptionist that day was really terrible! I was so angry and speechless! But everything was fine from check-out to the front desk during the day! And I even had allergies that night! I've never had allergies before! Was there something wrong with the sheets? All in all, a very bad stay!!!"
