"Qarwa Palace Resort and Spa: This luxury hotel brand is renowned for its impeccable service and attention to detail. Guests often comment on the friendly and accommodating staff who go above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The room they gave us was not good enough, it looks like aback-up room when the hotel is almost fully booked. No towels in the room. The staff are so friendly, they was an error with the payment of my room via the agency which supposed to be fixed at the date of arrival not the check-out time, Edward seems to be the front desk manager and he has bad attitudes , he looks down on people and he does not even smile. I have worked in hospitality more than 10 years and I never seen such behaviors and attitudes from front desk managers. The hotel is super good and worth the price, especially if you booked the room with All-inclusive. I highly recommend it."

"We had a great stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had everything you’d need and was large and clean. The hotel roof pool was very nice. There was a free to use (though you pay a refundable deposit) parking garage under the hotel. St Paul’s Bay was a great place to base yourself to explore the island."

"Reception: All the staff at the reception we met were really helpful and were all cordial. After we checked out, I noticed that I forgot my phone charger, I called at the reception and the receptionist checked with the housekeeping and kept the charger at the reception for me to collect later on. Main Restaurant: There wasn't a large variety of food compared to other hotels in Malta but everything was really good. The chefs were checking every couple of minutes to see what had finished and replaced the food accordingly. Waiters were all exceptional except one person which forgot to take our drink orders and we kept waiting until the 3rd time we asked for the drinks, another waiter requested our order again and gave us the drinks complementary, which we really appreciated. Room: Room was small but still felt like home and had all the amities we wanted. Flat TV screen with channels such as Italia 1, Canale 5, HGTV, Boomerang, Cartoon Network and much more. Mirror in the room and also in the bathroom. A couple of clothes hangers. Bed was comfortable and spacious. On each side of the bed there were 2 usb ports and a plug to charge any appliances. Coffee, tea, milk and kettle in the room. The only thing that I preferred to have is 2 sets of soaps rather than 1 only (due that we were 2 people) or maybe instead of soaps one would use refilled bottles such as the shampoo bottle that there was attached in the shower. Suggest that the shampoo is clearly labeled due that the word shampoo was a bit small to read. Housekeeping: Were all gentle and helpful. Regarding the fact that we stayed for 2 nights only, we informed the cleaners that there is no need for cleaning of the room but requested towel change and some milk pods which they immediately provided us with."

"Konaklamamız boyunca personelden inanılmaz bir misafirperverlik gördük. Girişte bizi kurabiyelerle karşıladılar ve ekstra ikramda bulundular! Oda çok güzel, temiz, rahattı ve kendinizi evinizde hissetmeniz için ihtiyacınız olan her şeye sahipti. Çiftler olarak bir Noel kaçamağındaydık ama yapmamız gereken işler de vardı ve odadaki ve ortak alanlardaki Wi-Fi bağlantısı iş çağrılarını yanıtlamamız için yeterince güçlüydü. Açık büfe kahvaltı muhteşemdi; yumurtayı yarım düzine farklı şekilde pişiriyorlardı ve tatlı ve tuzlu, sıcak ve kontinental ve hatta geleneksel Malta seçenekleri vardı - bu yılki tüm seyahatlerimiz arasında, deneyimlediğimiz en iyi otel kahvaltısıydı. Spor salonu otelin dışından yayalar tarafından görülebiliyordu, bu yüzden egzersizlerimizi bu kadar görünür bir şekilde yapmak biraz garip geldi. Otelde hem açık hem de kapalı havuz vardı ve biz de onları kullandık. Ayrıca bir buhar odası da vardı. Konumu çok uygundu; hemen köşede Valletta'ya giden bir otobüs durağı, bir sokak yukarıda bir süpermarket, otelin çevresinde ve içinde birkaç iyi restoran bulunuyor ve Cafe Del Mar'a da çok uzak değil."

"Gym 1/5 - access to the Caniflor Hotel gym, sister hotel is given, but the equipment is all old, broken or insufficient. Better to just go to the outdoor park. Sauna 3/5 - again at Caniflor hotel, but need to ask to use in advance. I didn’t end up using - but it looked OK. Sleep - 2/5 - mattress springs were a bit worn, could hear the water pipes most of the night. Breakfast - 3/5 passable breakfast, at the price point of the hotel, it’s good value. Bread, some salad, ham, cheese, yoghurt, cereals, some fruit, eggs, beans, bacon and sausages. Coffee and juices to drink. Beach - Just the rocky beaches of St Paul’s nearby. Staff very friendly"

"Great hotel,   Affordable,  comfy beds,  balconies,  pool in the summer months,  baths in the room with unlimited hot water,   Can not really find any fault in the hotel for the price I paid (21€ per night in December)  Would recommend 100%"

"Clean and comfortable. Room was spacious, hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Receptionist even gave me a travel card for the day to use on transport and recommendations for my interests. She also booked a day trip for me to Gozo. Lots in the area and very easy to get around Malta with public transport as minutes from bus stations. The only negative is there was a lot of building work going on around the hotel which obstructed the sea view"

"The Topaz hotel is ok for the price they charge, it definitely isn’t 5 stars but it does the job, could definitely do with an upgrade in most areas, but it was clean, and in a good location, also the staff were friendly, I stayed in a family room on the second floor, it was very nice. My friends had different rooms and those weren’t so great, I would stay at this hotel again."

"Evaluation très mitigée. L'hôtel est bien et très bien placé, cependant: - le personnel n'est pas souvent au rendez-vous. On signale à Maria à l'accueil que notre mini-bar ne refroidit pas. Réponse, un mini-bar ne refroidit pas. On avait bien sûr deux chambres et dans l'autre, il était complètement froid voire même trop. En bougeant la prise électrique, ça fonctionnait. On l'a signalé mais personne n'est jamais venu. - les cartes de la chambre qui n'ont pas fonctionné trois fois. A chaque fois qu'on passe, on nous dit que ça arrive et à la troisième fois, on nous dit que c'est parce que la taxe de séjour n'est pas payé. Ironie du sort, on est passé deux fois à l'accueil pour le faire mais on nous a dit plus tard. - un bruit incroyable dans l'hôtel. L'hôtel reçoit des groupes de jeunes adolescents et ils sont infernales, on ne pouvait pas vraiment dormir avant 1 à 2 heures du matin. - si vous voulez joindre la réception, priez pour que votre chambre soit avec les nouvelles installations. Ma fille a bénéficié d'une nouvelle chambre et nous a priori d'une moins nouvelle. Le téléphone ne fonctionnait pas et malgré un signalement à la réception, rien n'a été fait. Sinon l'hôtel est bien, confortable, la piscine intérieure avec jacuzzi très bien et le service des restaurants sont excellents. On a hésité avec le Seaview et on regrette finalement. Malgré les bons points de l'hôtel, on n'y reviendra plus, c'est certain."
