Best location for your first time in Philipines and Manila! Highly recommend visiting areas nearby, Greenbelt all malls, triangle park and the museum!

Very nice room - simple, clean and elegant. Good services. Food at the lobby lounge is alright but not good values. Airport pickup is excellent although very expensive. Overall a very nice stay.

I had a very satisfying stay at New World Makati Hotel, and I've already made a repeat booking for my next visit.. which says it all!! I arrived earlier than official check-in time, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. He kindly assisted me in using the fitness center first, allowing me to shower and freshen up after my journey. This thoughtful gesture made a big difference and immediately set a positive tone for my stay. Throughout my visit, the team was consistently professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure comfort and convenience. Overall, it was a seamless and pleasant experience, and I truly appreciate the warm hospitality. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning again this week 😊

For a 5 star hotel, the service is very annoying. They would call me randomly to ask for feedback a few hours after I checked in. They would knock on my door early in the morning while I'm still sleeping to do a ”room check”... On the day of my check out, I had a knock on the door a bit past 9am, I ignored it as I was still in bed but they kept ringing the bell. I finally got up and the lady asked ”is there anything I can help with?”. Yes leave me alone. I went back to bed to rest and then got a phone call soon after as a reminder that check out is at 12pm. It's not even 10am yet and your staff already interrupted my sleep twice. Trying to get the room clean involves multiple phone calls. Once I left it to see how long it would take but at 6pm, I had to call since they never came during the day. Another time they cleaned, the cleaners said they ran out of towels so there would be someone who would deliver soon. I forgot about it until we went to have a shower and then it took almost an hour for the towels to arrive so we had to wait to use the bathroom as they took away the dirty towels so we didn't have anything to dry ourselves. Don't order room service. The food is very bad. I actually gagged on a drink they prepared. The TV is very old, they are still using cable technology. WiFi is patchy. Trying to get up and down the lift is a nightmare if you come at the wrong time as the line gets backed up all the way out into the street. My girlfriend was stopped by over eager security staff when she was trying to leave to buy some snacks as the room service meals were so bad even tho she had a room key and they would not let her up to the lobby on the 6th floor without me. Instead, I had to go down and pick her up from the ground floor where she was sitting in the corner like she was in trouble.

Sadece 1 gecelik bir konaklama olduğundan, resepsiyon görevlisinin depozito ödememizi talep etmemesi/muaf tutması nedeniyle sorunsuz check-in yapıldı. Odaya girdiğimizde sürpriz bir doğum günü kutlaması arkadaşlarımı sevindirdi. Hatta istediğimizde yemek pişirmek için şef bıçağını ödünç almamıza bile izin verdiler. Hızlı bir hizmet. Çeşitli kahvaltı yemekleri var ve personel dost canlısı. Konaklamamızdan çok keyif aldık ve kesinlikle geri döneceğim. ❤️

Rahatlamayı ve iyi bir gece uykusu çekmeyi zorlaştırıyordu, bu yüzden şimdi yüksek sesle gülen ve kapıyı açan biri beni gerçekten uyandırıyor, bu yüzden bir yorum bırakmak için zamanım var. Whenever i come home and need to stay in mnl, i typically look for places that offer amenities i haven’t tried. I’M hotel offered those amenities- a unique and good sized length lap pool as well as the Onsen Spa. I was sold. The pool area was gorgeous especially at night with their “birdcage” cabanas. The Spa oh darling if i could use that more than was recommended, I would have! Bonus points for the massage and personalized service as well as the rooftop bar and views 😍 I want to also send a shout out to the professional , helpful and utterly amazing staff. I believe that a business has a huge chance of longevity mainly due to how wonderful the staff takes care of the guests needs. Front desk helped us navigate with checking in and out, getting our rides and helping us with other needs- be it housekeeping, dining or other tasks. Housekeeping, pool guys, food and beverage people, and security went above and beyond with their responsibilities. I have no complaints. I also would like to point out something that I hope to be taken into consideration. While we were there for 2 days, we had limited options for drinks during breakfast. Being in a tropical country- having local flavors would be such a great addition to the buffet spread. Calamansi or Mango juices would have been very much appreciated. Otherwise everything was wonderful. Thank you I’M hotel for making it a relaxing stay.

I am a repeat client of Berjaya Hotel for 2yrs I think. 2 weeks ago I booked a Deluxe Studio, I love doing staycation especially during my busy schedules. I even tried all their rooms ever since I started booking for their hotel rooms started with their Deluxe room, Premier room, Deluxe Studio and my recent booking was their Premier Studio, both of their studio type room was very spacious perfect if you want to have your friends come over after your busy schedule. In general all their rooms regardless the type was spacious last December I have a simple christmas party arrange with some of my friends we really enjoyed the view, ambiance and experience. I tried comparing as i speak for my stay in their Premier studio today to the other hotels I would say their Premier Studio was very excellent and meet my expectations it seems like Im in a five star hotel or just compared with other 3 star hotel that is why I dont dare to try other hotels because the experience I have with them when I enter the room and seeing the total look of my room its large bed, its working station, its relaxation corner and mini living room really feels like home so i would only scan and check other hotels but in the end I will always bring back to Berjaya cause I can say my heart belongs to this wonderful and ausome hotel. I would love also to give credit 1. to their amazing and excellent Hotel Manager Mr. Den whose from day 1 was very accomodation to me to all my concerns and requests. 2. their front desk staff whose very respectful when communicating not only to me but with the entire guess. 3. Security, Bell Boy, and other Staff up to cleaner and all. I like how they greet and give respect to each and everyone of the guest the pride of Berjaya Hotel really lies with all their staff whose really amazing and Excellent so again I want to give credit to Mr. Den for leading all the staff well with great leader a great staff will be possible and achieve so again congratulations to you and keep up the good work. So to all travellers like me what are you waiting for if your looking for a place to stay here in the Philippines where you feels like your at your own home choose only Berjaya Hotel, because your money is guarantee worth spending only with Berjaya, because nothing beats Berjaya.

It's such an old place, but the location is ok. Unfortunately the lift didn't work and it was manually operated (in a good efficient way but still quite slow to go up and down). Being abto to open the window in one of the highest floor, and look down, seems quite unsafe especially if there are kids around (but I want to believe people with kids are not given this room). The bathroom had some sewage smell coming from toilet. Good bed and decent shower. Good AC 2000 php deposit seems too high and unnecessary Staff was friendly
