Stayed at Fairmont Makati for a quick trip and everything was great. The location is super convenient—right next to Greenbelt and other malls. The room was clean, cozy, and quiet. What made it extra special was that they surprised me with birthday snacks in the room. It was such a nice touch and really made my day. Staff were all really kind and helpful too. Would definitely come back.

Very nice room - simple, clean and elegant. Good services. Food at the lobby lounge is alright but not good values. Airport pickup is excellent although very expensive. Overall a very nice stay.

This is one of my favourite hotels in Manila! It’s situated in a great area where it’s easy to walk to places. The staff a wonderful and polite, and the facilities are great! My sister and I used the pool every morning and there was a cheap laundry service that helped with our luggage. Breakfast is also great as everything is made fresh (no buffet!). I highly recommend staying here!

İyi bir konaklama! Sevdiklerimin doğum gününü burada kutladım ve unutulmaz. Sadece 1 gecelik bir konaklama olduğundan, resepsiyon görevlisinin depozito ödememizi talep etmemesi/muaf tutması nedeniyle sorunsuz check-in yapıldı. Odaya girdiğimizde sürpriz bir doğum günü kutlaması arkadaşlarımı sevindirdi. Hatta istediğimizde yemek pişirmek için şef bıçağını ödünç almamıza bile izin verdiler. Hızlı bir hizmet. Çeşitli kahvaltı yemekleri var ve personel dost canlısı. Konaklamamızdan çok keyif aldık ve kesinlikle geri döneceğim. ❤️

For a 5 star hotel, the service is very annoying. They would call me randomly to ask for feedback a few hours after I checked in. They would knock on my door early in the morning while I'm still sleeping to do a ”room check”... On the day of my check out, I had a knock on the door a bit past 9am, I ignored it as I was still in bed but they kept ringing the bell. I finally got up and the lady asked ”is there anything I can help with?”. Yes leave me alone. I went back to bed to rest and then got a phone call soon after as a reminder that check out is at 12pm. It's not even 10am yet and your staff already interrupted my sleep twice. Trying to get the room clean involves multiple phone calls. Once I left it to see how long it would take but at 6pm, I had to call since they never came during the day. Another time they cleaned, the cleaners said they ran out of towels so there would be someone who would deliver soon. I forgot about it until we went to have a shower and then it took almost an hour for the towels to arrive so we had to wait to use the bathroom as they took away the dirty towels so we didn't have anything to dry ourselves. Don't order room service. The food is very bad. I actually gagged on a drink they prepared. The TV is very old, they are still using cable technology. WiFi is patchy. Trying to get up and down the lift is a nightmare if you come at the wrong time as the line gets backed up all the way out into the street. My girlfriend was stopped by over eager security staff when she was trying to leave to buy some snacks as the room service meals were so bad even tho she had a room key and they would not let her up to the lobby on the 6th floor without me. Instead, I had to go down and pick her up from the ground floor where she was sitting in the corner like she was in trouble.

We’re very satisfied with our stay at U Hotel Makati. The staff were warm and accommodating, making us feel truly welcome. Our room was cozy, clean, and comfortable — perfect for a relaxing couple’s stay. Everything we needed was provided, and the service exceeded our expectations. It was a smooth, enjoyable experience from start to finish. We’d definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again!

Great staff, very helpful and responsive. Cleanliness is okay. Great location with a lot of restaurants around and also near the pier, very accessible and not so far to the main tourist attractions.

Uygun fiyatlı, iyi bir konumda, iyi bir otel. Personel çok güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Spor salonu iyi, güzel bir manzarası var ve çatı katından da harika manzaralar sunuyor. Odalar geniş ve mutfaklı, bu harika bir özellik. Temizlik iyiydi. Kahvaltı daha çok akşam yemeği gibiydi, ancak bu Filipinler için tipik bir durum gibi görünüyor. Biraz taze sebze eklemek harika bir gelişme olurdu. Yakınlarda mükemmel bir Vietnam restoranı var ve Power Plant Alışveriş Merkezi yürüme mesafesinde. Burada sağlıklı yiyecek seçeneklerinin yanı sıra bir salata barı da bulabilirsiniz. Makati şehir merkezine de yürüyerek kolayca ulaşabilirsiniz.

Genel olarak kalışım hoştu, ancak bazı aksaklıkları da vardı. Uygulama aracılığıyla yaptığım rezervasyon zamanında yansıtılmadığından giriş sırasında hafif bir gecikme yaşandı ve bu da yaklaşık bir saat beklemeye neden oldu. Ancak personel arkadaşlarımla aynı katta oda talebimi yerine getirdi ve bu da takdir edildi. Ne yazık ki odadaki klima, arkadaşlarımın odasına kıyasla beklendiği kadar soğuk değildi ve düzeltilmesi için birden fazla rapor alınması gerekiyordu. Bu küçük rahatsızlıklara rağmen yine de kısa bir molanın tadını çıkardım ve otelin kendisini harika buldum.

I am a repeat client of Berjaya Hotel for 2yrs I think. 2 weeks ago I booked a Deluxe Studio, I love doing staycation especially during my busy schedules. I even tried all their rooms ever since I started booking for their hotel rooms started with their Deluxe room, Premier room, Deluxe Studio and my recent booking was their Premier Studio, both of their studio type room was very spacious perfect if you want to have your friends come over after your busy schedule. In general all their rooms regardless the type was spacious last December I have a simple christmas party arrange with some of my friends we really enjoyed the view, ambiance and experience. I tried comparing as i speak for my stay in their Premier studio today to the other hotels I would say their Premier Studio was very excellent and meet my expectations it seems like Im in a five star hotel or just compared with other 3 star hotel that is why I dont dare to try other hotels because the experience I have with them when I enter the room and seeing the total look of my room its large bed, its working station, its relaxation corner and mini living room really feels like home so i would only scan and check other hotels but in the end I will always bring back to Berjaya cause I can say my heart belongs to this wonderful and ausome hotel. I would love also to give credit 1. to their amazing and excellent Hotel Manager Mr. Den whose from day 1 was very accomodation to me to all my concerns and requests. 2. their front desk staff whose very respectful when communicating not only to me but with the entire guess. 3. Security, Bell Boy, and other Staff up to cleaner and all. I like how they greet and give respect to each and everyone of the guest the pride of Berjaya Hotel really lies with all their staff whose really amazing and Excellent so again I want to give credit to Mr. Den for leading all the staff well with great leader a great staff will be possible and achieve so again congratulations to you and keep up the good work. So to all travellers like me what are you waiting for if your looking for a place to stay here in the Philippines where you feels like your at your own home choose only Berjaya Hotel, because your money is guarantee worth spending only with Berjaya, because nothing beats Berjaya.
