"We had an amazing 2-days staycation! The rooms were aesthetically pleasing, very clean, and smelled fresh. The view from our room was absolutely gorgeous and made our stay even more relaxing. This is already our third time booking with them, and they never disappoint. We’re looking forward to coming back again soon!"

Yıkanacak birkaç tişörtüm olduğundan çamaşır makinesini seviyorum. Deterjan dairenin hemen altındaki savemore süpermarketinden satın alınabilir. Odada oturma odası ve mutfak var ama yemek yapmadım. Kalmak için güzel bir alan. 19. kattaki odamıza çıkmadan önce kayıt olmamız ve Lobideki Yönetici ile fotoğraflarımızı çektirmemiz gerekiyor. Varıştan 2-3 gün önce kendilerine pasaportlarımızın fotoğraflarını gönderdik ve kalmaları için yetki mektubu aldık. Geldiğimizde hala kayıt olmamız gerektiğini söylediler. Bilgisayarlarında bir sorun olduğu ve yeniden başlatıldığı için oldukça uzun süre beklediler ve o sırada 10'dan fazla misafir vardı. 8. kattaki havuz ve kullanmak için kişi başı 150 Peso ödemeniz gerekiyor. Sunucuya her e-posta gönderdiğimde çok hızlı yanıt veriliyor. Biz kalışımızdan çok keyif aldık."

"I’ve been staying frequently at Nest Fort BGC due to work, but this time I’m disappointed with the room assigned to me—specifically Room 306. 1. There was a small blood stain on one of the beds. Since there are two beds, I just ignored it and used the other one. 2. The drain in the CR isn’t working properly, causing water to accumulate on the floor. 3. There was dust everywhere. The bed frame was dirty, the area under the bed was dirty, and even the hallway was not clean. 4. No soap was provided. (I didn’t request one, as it should have been provided already.) 5. The room is very small. Given that this is a twin room, it is not advisable for two people. On a brighter note, the staff are friendly as always. The microwave, water dispenser, and mini fridge are helpful. The elevator works well, the lobby is clean, and the air conditioning is good."

"The service at the establishment was exceptional. They provide towels and blankets for your comfort, which is a nice touch. The security guards are very accommodating and attentive to guests' needs. Although the lobby has limited space, it is still functional and serves its purpose well. Cleanliness can vary depending on the room, but in my case, my room was generally clean, with the exception of a few cockroaches I noticed. While this was somewhat off-putting, it did not significantly affect my overall experience. Upon check-in, you will receive a keycard along with a key for the spacious drawers, which is quite convenient for storing your belongings. It's worth noting that there is no internet connection available, but the mobile signal in the area is decent, allowing for basic connectivity. The shower room is separate from the comfort room, which some guests may find preferable for privacy. The air conditioning unit is a bit loud, but it is bearable; I found that wearing earphones while I sleep helped to mitigate the noise. Lastly, the location is perfect, situated within the Makati Central Business District, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers."

The room was clean and good enough for an overnight stay, it has the basic amenities. I only have a comment to the male receptionist and the attendant the night. I booked a room with queen size bed but the receptionist was insisting a room with 2 single beds and even ask me ”Hindi nyo ba kayA maghiwalay Ng higaan sir?” Which I totally find annoying. 2nd, the remote control was really hard to press. I'm not as critical about it because I have a phone to watch anyway but I tried it to make sure that it is functioning properly as I don't want them to charge it to us in the end so I go down to ask them to replace it with a well functioning remote control. Both staffs during that night seem don't want to be disturbed while watching something on to their phone. They make face and make me feel that they are not willing to assist me. Morning staff was better though.

Worth the price. Walking distance to Samsung Performing Arts, Ayala Malls Circuit Makati, VFS, Shopwise. They provided toiletries and towels. There's refrigerator and microwave in the room. Loved the separate shower (with heater) and toilet. Easy check-in and check out. They didn't ask for a deposit, but only 1 valid ID. Daily guests can also use common pantry where you can use a bigger refrigerator, microwave, induction cooker. You can also refill water for free.

The hotel's reception and security staff were super friendly and welcoming, which was a great first impression. They also allowed us to store our luggage at the reception area until check-in time, which was really convenient. However, the cleanliness of the hotel was a letdown - the floors were dirty and the trash hadn't been taken out when I arrived. To make matters worse, I had trouble sleeping due to another guest being really loud in doing stuff at night. Overall, the staff's hospitality was great, but the cleanliness and noise issues brought down my experience.

The staff is really nice, helpful, and friendly. They try the best to interact with all the people as my observation and try to remember our name as well. The location is good for me as it is under visitors gather point and walk out u can see many visitors as u also easy to find a foods especially to who not really cannot accept local road foods. They also offer free walking tours around the area and explain to u. Opps not to forget the free welcoming drinks. Probably, if they can indicate the name of drinks, it will be much helpful as I do not know, and too hard for me to remember when staff told me during place order. The room i booked is dorm for 4. They do offer me a free lock to lock the locker rather than I need to buy the new one. Highly appreciated. But I found the locker is dirty with maybe detergent , i am not sure, but my bag all has been full with the unknown dirty and I need to use my own one time deal tower to clean it . Really sad. Probably, future staff need to check the locker condition besides the bed. Overall, if u are looking for party night and knowing more new friends, it is good options, but if you prefer a quiet environment, u may need to reconsider.

This is my second booking here, and it was great. I needed to go to EDSA Shaw thru MRT and this hotel is in walking distance to the station, and has a lot of local restaurants around. The room was reserved to me so I was able to check in early without any additional fees. They have fast wifi on the room I booked. I cannot connect to their smart tv thru my phone though. Overall, it was a great stay for one night.

Rose in the reception was a very nice and helpful person. Reynold, housekeeping staff, was also very nice. The hotel has another name also and the name ”Makati Poblacion Hotel” was not visible from a distance as the taxi could not get to the front of the hotel because after 9PM the end of the street was closed. The hotel is quite good for the price and not very far from the main Manila airport.

Despite of being one of the oldest still, this branch is one of the cleanest branches in the Metro. The service is still warm and courteous with respect to the privacy of the guests. Food tastes good and the price is reasonable. Bed is comfortable and the bathroom is functional and clean. Over all great experience and I will surely book here again whenever we have an event nearby.

The service at Sunnette was great! Staff, both housekeeping and front desk were really friendly and efficient. They had housekeeping daily, which we didn’t expect, so that was a pleasant surprise. The building is really old (about 40 years), so it has a vintage feel to it. There’s hot water, towels, an induction cooker, a microwave, cutlery, plates, glasses, pots, and pans in the room. If I were to suggest anything, it’d be to bring a warm blanket with you when booking here because the blanket they offer is really thin. Other than that, we had a great experience at Sunnette. The hotel is right in the middle of the Poblacion nightlife/red light district, so there’s a lot of places to enjoy if that’s your thing and it’s near a bunch of malls like Greenbelt, Rockwell, and Century Mall. It can get noisy at night on the weekends, but fairly quiet on weekdays.

The price is affordable, rooms are clean enough, and people are friendly. Also, it is convenient to travel to all destinations, equally close. However, there's only one hairdryer in the building, which makes it super inconvenient, and no slippers are provided. Another concern would be safety, Pasay city is more local, you can experience authentic lifestyle, but there are risks of getting into trouble I think. All in all, after living 3 days there, I would still recommend travelers this hotel.
