Great staff, very helpful and responsive. Cleanliness is okay. Great location with a lot of restaurants around and also near the pier, very accessible and not so far to the main tourist attractions.

We’re very satisfied with our stay at U Hotel Makati. The staff were warm and accommodating, making us feel truly welcome. Our room was cozy, clean, and comfortable — perfect for a relaxing couple’s stay. Everything we needed was provided, and the service exceeded our expectations. It was a smooth, enjoyable experience from start to finish. We’d definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again!

Red Planet Amorsolo is one of the budget-friendly hotels you can book on Trip.com. I would say the hotel is cleaner now than the last time I was there. I’m happy that their TV was upgraded from LCD to an LED TV. However, the service is still terrible. You will never be greeted by the guard on duty at the front. He will just look at you. Hopefully, they will enhance their service, more friendly and accommodating. But overall. I had a great time and will definitely go back again.

Her şey yolunda, fiyatı bölgedeki diğerlerine kıyasla çok iyi. Bu kadar iyi bir fiyata pek şikayet edilecek bir şey yok çünkü ısıtıcı, buzdolabı, vantilatör, klima (eski model olsa da iyi bir özellik) mevcut. Dolap da var ama denemedim. Kapı kilidi eski tip bir anahtarla açılıyor ama her yerde çok sayıda güvenlik kamerası var, bu yüzden endişelenmeye gerek yok. Wi-Fi mevcut ama şifreyi birkaç kez denemek gerekiyor çünkü her katta ve sağda solda farklı şifreler var. Ama iyi çalışıyor.

Uygun fiyatlı, iyi bir konumda, iyi bir otel. Personel çok güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Spor salonu iyi, güzel bir manzarası var ve çatı katından da harika manzaralar sunuyor. Odalar geniş ve mutfaklı, bu harika bir özellik. Temizlik iyiydi. Kahvaltı daha çok akşam yemeği gibiydi, ancak bu Filipinler için tipik bir durum gibi görünüyor. Oda temizliği birinci sınıftı ve otel personeli çok nazikti. Hatta bir bayan sim kartımı almadan önce çevrimiçi alışveriş yapabilmem için telefonuyla bile yardım etti. Ve etrafta restoranlar olduğu için yemek siparişi vermek kolaydı... Hatta Leez Inn'in hemen karşısında bir tane var 😁. Filipinler'e tekrar gelirsem kesinlikle orada kalırım. Ancak verilen sabun küçük, tıpkı el yıkama sabunu gibi, banyo sabunu değil. Bu yüzden banyo sabununuzu, banyo terliğinizi, pijamalarınızı, sabahlığınızı ve ihtiyacınız varsa küçük bir havlu getirin. I am a repeat client of Berjaya Hotel for 2yrs I think. 2 weeks ago I booked a Deluxe Studio, I love doing staycation especially during my busy schedules. I even tried all their rooms ever since I started booking for their hotel rooms started with their Deluxe room, Premier room, Deluxe Studio and my recent booking was their Premier Studio, both of their studio type room was very spacious perfect if you want to have your friends come over after your busy schedule. In general all their rooms regardless the type was spacious last December I have a simple christmas party arrange with some of my friends we really enjoyed the view, ambiance and experience. I tried comparing as i speak for my stay in their Premier studio today to the other hotels I would say their Premier Studio was very excellent and meet my expectations it seems like Im in a five star hotel or just compared with other 3 star hotel that is why I dont dare to try other hotels because the experience I have with them when I enter the room and seeing the total look of my room its large bed, its working station, its relaxation corner and mini living room really feels like home so i would only scan and check other hotels but in the end I will always bring back to Berjaya cause I can say my heart belongs to this wonderful and ausome hotel. I would love also to give credit 1. to their amazing and excellent Hotel Manager Mr. Den whose from day 1 was very accomodation to me to all my concerns and requests. 2. their front desk staff whose very respectful when communicating not only to me but with the entire guess. 3. Security, Bell Boy, and other Staff up to cleaner and all. I like how they greet and give respect to each and everyone of the guest the pride of Berjaya Hotel really lies with all their staff whose really amazing and Excellent so again I want to give credit to Mr. Den for leading all the staff well with great leader a great staff will be possible and achieve so again congratulations to you and keep up the good work. So to all travellers like me what are you waiting for if your looking for a place to stay here in the Philippines where you feels like your at your own home choose only Berjaya Hotel, because your money is guarantee worth spending only with Berjaya, because nothing beats Berjaya.

It's such an old place, but the location is ok. Unfortunately the lift didn't work and it was manually operated (in a good efficient way but still quite slow to go up and down). Being abto to open the window in one of the highest floor, and look down, seems quite unsafe especially if there are kids around (but I want to believe people with kids are not given this room). The bathroom had some sewage smell coming from toilet. Good bed and decent shower. Good AC 2000 php deposit seems too high and unnecessary Staff was friendly

This hotel is on the corner of the red district. It is much cleaner than the service apartment next to Venice canals that's why I recommend it but I think is not the safest part of the town
