We loved the apartment where we stayed, the decor is unique, high ceilings, beautiful design, everything is new and always clean. Prime location close to most of public attractions and necessary needs like groceries, restaurants, pharmacy etc, the hostess very helpful, also the great value for money. Will stay again for our future trip in Tbilisi.

The price, location, and accessibility were excellent. The property was super clean and quiet. Location is very central, it is in a prime spot with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. You can walk to anywhere. The hostess was friendly and helpful for whatever we needed.

Nice, clean and modern apartment in historic building in Old Tbilisi. The host is the most amazing and friendly! You truly experience the vibe of Old Tbilisi when you are here. Air-conditioning and wi-fi is excellent and rooms are very quiet despite being on central avenue.

We booked for a group of extended family and everything was perfect. The rooms are brand new, super clean, everything is high quality, bedding is nice, and the hostess is super helpful. Can’t beat the location as it is an Old Tbilisi restored pedestrian street with lots of character, very unique. Highly recommend it and will stay again.

Me, my husband and our teenager daughters stayed here for four nights in July. The hotel is housed in a beautiful restored historic building on a major avenue in old Tbilisi, close to subway stop (Marjanishvili) and to the Presidential Palace. Lots of shops and restaurants close by, also near to Fabrika. Very easy to walk from here to main sightseeing places around town, it never took us more than 12 minutes! We had the two bedroom apartment, this was very spacious, light and airy with a view over the avenue, but very quiet. Very clean and tastefully decorated and furnished, original wood block floor. Our apartment had a kitchenette with sink, fridge, microwave, stove, kettle and coffee machine, plates, cutlery etc, everything you could expect, even a tea towel and dish sponge. Beds were very comfortable. The hostess is very friendly and helpful.

Everything was perfect! We booked this and another large apartment next to it for a family. Every single detail is amazing, interior is very unique, air conditioning and amenities are super, fast internet. Bedrooms are quiet, beds comfortable, bathrooms are sparkling clean. We stayed as a large family and everyone was happy. Will recommend to everyone.

Superb location in central Tbilisi, the apartment has plenty of historic character and an authentic feel. The interior with hand-painted tiles and brick is amazing! The property offers everything for comfort, with the hostess always available if you need help. Highly recommended!
