I really had a great time with the kids and my girlfriend and I would return back to this hotel

I was grateful and comfortable to be hosted for several times at IBIS Tlalnepantla, the staff's attention is good, breakfast is also good, just a topic when making the room comfort when I rest weekends do it very late.

Located on a shopping mall and close to the city center, 15 mins of a ride. The room has enough space. I spent more than 3 weeks in this hotel and more on several city express hotels so that the breakfast was always the same/similar. Breakfast is enough but not a wide variety.

I love the view from the Terrace at the top of the hotel, also have food services all day, right in front of the square and take you if you need transport, definitely the leisure very well, The service was very good everyone are very kind, they made me feel like at home and safe for all their protocols, finally return!

Buenas tardes solo Queria ser un comentario tuve una mala experiencia en el hotel estube en piso 2 y la señora marlen al día siguiente yo tuve que salir a reglar unos papeles y al regresar me comento mi esposo que esa señora le avía dicho que si quería un servicio especial y que le cobraba 600 pesos y por tener relaciones por su puesto que fuimos con la señorita de fron y me dijo que ella iba ablar con la camarista les pido de favor q ayga respeto para todos los clientes y que tuve q dejar el hotel por la falta de resto de aver ofresido la camarista del piso 2 marlen servio ami esposo y la señorita de fron no resolvió nada ya que le dije q me cambiará de abitacion y de piso cual medijo no se podía ya que tuve que a bandonar el hotel por no es justo q personas como ellas estén trabajando ahí en hoteles de buena cadena deberían de correlas por su mal servicio y su mala atención are una denuncia por acoso y abuso de confianza ya que pregunte y espere mucho tiempo al gerente y nunca yego y deben buscar mejor personal

We started our road trip with this hotel for 3 nights and we are not disappointed. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. Last weekend, my husband and I went to a restaurant called “The Volcanoes” in Tlalnepantla. They have a delicious buffet in the morning, where you can taste many foods among which are traditional Mexican dishes, fruit, juices etc.36 I ordered some enchiladas of mole as a main course, they brought a lot of chicken, they were completely covered in mole (it is worth mentioning that I asked them to please68 make me the mole dulce) and as a garnish refried beans with tortilla chips. Drink order a lemonade. Would go back I loved the food and everything !!

Hotel is located at a small commercial center, loved the availability of whatever you may need really close by. 100% recommended for business trips. If you need an alternative to hotel restaurant for dinner, there are some really close by. My only complain is that there is no bacon for breakfast
