My husband and I stayed in a double bed room on the top floor for 2 nights. It was very beautiful and I was glad that I could see the snowy city from my window. In the bathroom, the washing area and bathtub were separated, and the toilet and sink were also separate, making it very easy to use. I was satisfied with the amenities, as I only took what I needed from the elevator hall on the first floor, so I was able to use just the right amount. I'm very satisfied with the bed except for the fact that I felt the bed was a little hard. Although our plan did not include breakfast, the homemade breakfast buffet looked very appealing. Next time I stay, I would like to try a plan that includes breakfast.

Service there is usually average at best and care of the property is often marginal. Not so with the Sapporo Portom International. We wish every major airport in the world had a hotel just like it. It is new, modern, comfortable, well maintained, and run by a professional helpful staff. Our room was a Superior Twin, a typical shoe-box shaped hotel room, this one on the big side. Those who frequent hotels know the typical shoe box room will suffice as long as it’s clean and the water is hot, but you also probably notice some owners do a lot more than others with their rooms to make guests comfortable. This room has all the latest high tech, from lights to tv to curtains to outlets for charging. There’s a safe, fridge, and nespresso coffee maker. The bathroom has a little wet room with separate tub and shower. However, unlike many Japanese hotel wet rooms we encountered, the shower was western style (rather than the onsen-style with both shower and faucet, sitting stool and big bowl). However, if you want an onsen bath, the real thing can be accessed on the 4th floor of the hotel where there is everything you need to cleanse and then soak in a public bath of hot mineral water. Even if your itinerary doesn’t take you to the domestic terminal side of the airport, if you have time, you’ll likely want to peruse the many shops and restaurants over there. If you’re technology challenged, make sure to quiz the staff member who accompanies you to your room on room features and how they work. At checkout we were provided an airport cart and they loaded our luggage on it for us. This cart together with moving walkways between the international and domestic terminals removed a lot of the burden of crossing the airport on foot with luggage. We wanted to avoid rushing from the Sapporo city center to catch a 40-minute train or taxi to the airport for an early morning flight. It is an extraordinary space. A hotel in the forest. The whole forest is a hotel. After checking in, I rented a bicycle and took a walk on the premises. The lakeside is really beautiful. The VIP style of moving on the premises is to call the front desk and have them pick you up by car every time. I'm sorry and I wanted to enjoy nature, so I enjoyed moving by bicycle. Each room is a separate cottage. It's very nice in a log house style. The facilities are a bit old but there was no problem at all and I was able to spend comfortably. The only problem was that I couldn't find the outlet in the room. There was only one next to the washbasin in the bathroom. I'm sorry if I couldn't find it. The staff was very polite, kind and comfortable. It was a summer vacation season, but I thought it was exceptional to be able to stay at the １ 10,000 yen range. Moreover, breakfast is included. I want to stay again.

We love this chain and we have stayed at several wing hotels across Japan. Clean, Great amenities, great breakfast and lovely staff.

Better deal booked via trip.com, 2adults+1kid, we booked an executive room with 4 single bed, 3 breakfast. Spacious room with sofa, a small living hall. Good location and service. But there was road work carried out from late night to next morning, luckily the noise didn't bother us much. Breakfast was ok.
