The cheapest hotel in the scenic area. Booked this so can enjoy the 早茶客。also convenient where they sent your bags to and from the hotel.

It is great to stay in such a wonderful hotel. The room is clean and cosy. Anyway, the femal receptionist at the service customer area near the ticket box and the girl who is in charge of our check-in should be more professional by at least smiling at us when we need help. They were just so annoying. Just one thing that made our trip less intersting. Other things were perfect.

Dear Sui Xiang Hotel officials, I am deeply moved and grateful for your service.I traveled in Woojeon for one night. This place is so beautiful and amazing. It is well maintained and comfortable. The night vision of friendship is ecstatic. I want to go there again. The hotel's breakfast is good and well-managed. It was a wonderful trip.

Very nice room with traditional style furniture and a lovely balcony overlooking a stone bridge and canal. The staff were friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast including espresso coffee!

Lovely hotel and location in a quieter area. Overall friendly service and bell hop. Family room large and comfortable. Nice view from room especially at night. Location and hours information was not shared at time of check in re: swimming pool, gym, spa. Especially for foreigners, this would be appreciated as no info is provided in the room. Later when we asked, told pool opens at 1 pm and no morning swimming before ceck out. We chose the hotel partly because of pool and were disappointed. Buttons to clean room unclear if on or off. Room was not cleaned even after a phone call to reception confirming they would send someone. Very helpful customer service with sending items that were left behind in the room. Breakfast was excellent although a 5 min walk from hotel. Also a good western restaurant. Overall Wuzhen is a beautiful ancient water town well worth a visit.
