Outstanding experience! What looked like a typical old town felt more like a Spa resort. We checked in at the Wuzhen area gate, the precess was very quick, after that a bus took us to the hotel. It was an old-looking building with modern commodities. Very warm (even in December) and very clean. Fangdong was very helpful and friendly, he helped with the luggage and made a tasty breakfast in the morning. The next day he helped to arrange our bags to be sent to the check-in area and we were enjoying our time free of worries (and heavy things). Since it was Christmas eve, the area had Christmas decorations and we were gifted with traditional apples. All this small actions added to our fascination of the beauty of Wuzhen. 11 out of 10! I wolf recommend this experience to everybody to enjoy at least once in a lifetime!

Because the temperature in Wuzhen was below zero at that time, I thought it would be very cold when I first checked into the hotel. Unexpectedly, the air conditioning was good. After staying for three days in a row, the room felt very warm. After staying outside for a long time, I wanted to go back to my hotel room to escape the cold. Overall, the hotel room is bright, clean and sanitary. Clean towels are changed every day and mineral water is replenished. In addition, the hotel's customer service is very good. Even though it is off-season, the hotel treats guests warmly and makes them feel at home. The person who deserves special praise is the waiter named Qian at the front desk. For this reason, I decided to choose Jiayuan Ruiting Hotel if I have the opportunity to go to Wuzhen in the future!

Wuzhen Tong'an Inn is located in Wuzhen West Scenaric Area. Very convenient location. Decoration theme of the lobby made me felt like I stayed in the ancient house. Facility in room is very good. There is no elevator but hotel staffs helps carried my luggage to my room. Staffs were nice with good service mind but none of them can speak English and I have to use Baidu and Google Translation to talk with them. There are various food for breakfast and the taste is very OK.

It's close to Wuzhen and the starting price of a taxi. I didn't even take a taxi for a walk back. I took a look at this street by the way. There are quite a few B&Bs, but this one looked pleasing to my eye. Thank you for your choice. Hehe. With children, I booked a room with two beds. It was quite spacious and many of the supplies were disposable, which was good. The next morning I was catching the high-speed train and didn't have breakfast. The boss quickly packed a bag of boiled eggs and small steamed buns for me. Thank you. After looking around, I found that although there aren’t many restaurants nearby, they do offer takeout. I suggest you eat in Wuzhen to save trouble.

Lovely hotel and location in a quieter area. Overall friendly service and bell hop. Family room large and comfortable. Nice view from room especially at night. Location and hours information was not shared at time of check in re: swimming pool, gym, spa. Especially for foreigners, this would be appreciated as no info is provided in the room. Later when we asked, told pool opens at 1 pm and no morning swimming before ceck out. We chose the hotel partly because of pool and were disappointed. Buttons to clean room unclear if on or off. Room was not cleaned even after a phone call to reception confirming they would send someone. Very helpful customer service with sending items that were left behind in the room. Breakfast was excellent although a 5 min walk from hotel. Also a good western restaurant. Overall Wuzhen is a beautiful ancient water town well worth a visit.

When choosing Puyuan Ancient Town, I was torn between staying at the Meishang Resort Hotel in the scenic area or the Linshui B&B in the scenic area. Later I decided to stay in a hotel. The hotel is located in the scenic area, adjacent to Fushan Temple in Biwa Zhulang. If you want to go out and visit the ancient town, unlimited round-trip shuttle buses (24 hours) 3. Go back and forth to the scenic spot (I watched the Flying Spur 2 in Jiaxing during the Chinese New Year) 4. The room is big enough. I like the small study room where I can play Go and checkers with my friends. The hotel has a total of 409 rooms, with 9 room types available, including view rooms, deluxe suites, and deluxe family suites. Each room is equipped with a Zen tea space to meet various travel and vacation needs. 5. The breakfast is rich in buffet style, and Lanzhou Ramen is delicious. 6. I like the design style: it incorporates Zen, stone, boat, tea, silk and other characteristic elements, with plum blossom elements as the main element. Let’s talk about the disadvantages: 1. Parking: The hotel’s underground parking lot is currently not open, and parking must be outside the scenic area (you can ask the front desk for a parking ticket) there is some distance 2. I booked a family room. The room was very large and the hotel was well designed in a modern and simple style. There was insufficient heating and water for bathing in winter. Still very satisfied in other aspects. The boss provided travel suggestions. We first visited Nanxun Ancient Town and then Wuzhen. The one-day itinerary was well arranged. There is a restaurant opened by the owner opposite, which tastes good and is reasonably priced!

During the off-season, the front desk helped us upgrade our room type for free when our partner came to stay. The room was very clean and the overall decoration style was very comfortable. I had booked the tickets when I booked the room before, but due to my carelessness, I chose the wrong time. I had been looking for a homestay in advance. I liked this style when I saw it online. I stayed there for two nights. After arriving at the homestay, the environment was more atmospheric and designed than what I saw in photos and online. At the end of the chat, I heard that the owner designed it himself. It is very comfortable to eat and drink tea in the courtyard. It is only a 10-minute walk from Dongzha and a short walk from Xizha. There are local dishes and supermarkets around, which are very convenient. There are requirements for the toilet. This homestay is really clean. If you want to stay for a few nights, you have to book it in advance. We wanted to stay the next day, but there were no original rooms. Fortunately, the owner patiently adjusted us to a room on the first floor of the courtyard. In short, it was very pleasant, comfortable and friendly. It felt like home when you go out to play. The rooms are divided into Building A and Building B. The business room in Building B is larger and the toilet is larger. The service was good, and the children were given a breakfast. Parking is also convenient, with an underground garage.
