Great hotel. We had a pleasant stay and enjoyed every minute. I only wish that breakfast was included, considering how high the price was.

一家復古的工業風格酒店.文藝青年應該會喜歡，感覺是一棟新樓，乾淨，舒適..
樓下有餐廳，感覺很棒，可惜沒有去吃到.

Had a wonderful stay at this really cool hotel in downtown Toronto. Services is a bit slow in the breakfast area, but we enjoyed our experience it thoroughly. Very friendly staff.

Ace Hotel’s location worked well for us. We had a very good breakfast in the lounge and a good dinner at Alder. The bed was very comfortable and we loved the large window overlooking the park.
The staff were all friendly and accommodating.
A few improvements would include a window in the bathroom or a larger bathroom as we booked a large room. The lighting in the bathroom was very poor so I would have to sit at the window seat in the bedroom to get ready. There is no full length or even 1/2 length mirror. It was mentioned at check in that although the rooftop bar was an only few floors above us that we wouldn’t hear the noise but we did.

Alarm went off in the middle of the night. I had to stay outside for an hour. Didn’t offer anything to compensate. Instead, they charged me for something in the mini bar I didn’t eat. They also ignored my email. Hotel is overall ok

One of my favorite places I have stayed in Toronto, and I stay downtown Toronto several nights a month. Highly recommend.

no temp control so it was pretty cold in the room, shower water was too cold as well. couldn't take a proper shower.
