A lot of choices and every single food I taken is all too yummy 😋 Hotel even ready a surprise cake during I enjoy my dinner. Taken a nice photo, make it in frame with nice writing and send me the next morning. This really made my birthday extraordinary🥰🥰🥰 Hotel has fireworks at night. We really enjoy the top amenities here❤️"

"I was solo traveling and despite a slight language barrier I had a fabulous stay. The room was beautiful with an amazing view even though it’s a bit old and the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. The hot spring was excellent and the shuttle bus to and from the city was convenient affordable and very helpful. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I return."

"Meals for the buffet dinner and breakfast were good but it would be great if the dining hall is well ventilated. The 2 rooms that we stayed were aged and tired, smell of unknown maybe from the tatami or the futon mattress, all the in room amenities need to take from the stations at the lobby. Besides the location is good, personally I think there are nearby similar hotels could opt for with the price that we paid."

"Stayed here for 2 nights, experience was near perfect. Service and food were fantastic. Would highly recommend this to my friends and family and come back again. Pros: - Food, service was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment you step in, you’re treated like they want you there. - Hotel provides a free shuttle van to the Lake Toya fireworks which occurs daily. Works well for those who don’t drive. - Lounge, mini-arcades available for guests at the second floor. - There are 22 rooms in the hotel in total. Its small size is its selling point, as attention to guests can be kept high. Cons: - Meal options were similar on both days, though the kitchen did try to vary it. Would be good if more variety can be included for guests staying ＞ 1 night. - Smart TV option was lacking. If the hotel can upgrade their TV to a smart one, in-room experience would be better."

"The house was quite clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped. The main problem was the insect infestation; the person sleeping in the living room said that a hundred bedbugs crawled onto their face, and insect spray didn't help! Otherwise, everything was great; the facilities were sufficient, the heater was very warm, and the TV and everything else were new!"
