The resort was very nice but do not recommend for solo travelers.

在雨林裏，環境還不錯，當然蚊子也多…飲食一般吧，不驚艷也不算難吃，服務我覺得蠻一般的，不太主動積極而且會比較經常打擾休息，隔音也不好，大半夜或者大清早的被吵醒過好幾次，最不喜歡的是把好幾衹海豚囚禁在一個小小的泳池裡…總之是非常商業化沒有什麼人情味的酒店

Very spacious resort with lots of options daily. There are shuttles if you need them but if you have difficulty walkimg this probably isnt the resort for you. They have a free dolphin show however the evening entertainment is not as professional as ive seen in Jamacia and Cuba. Overall great beach and people

The property inside and outside was well maintained and tidy. All staff was friendly and helpful. The food was varied and delicious. A very good experience overall.

toilet in our room was broken and we had to report it twice to get it fixed. we asked to be moved into another room but was denied. bites on body during the night lead to sleeping on couch. HVAC was loud and not looked at after requesting it

We loved this place, kids and adults both. Snorkeling, beach, exploring and seeing all of the wildlife. Food and drinks were good.

This was our second trip to this resort and we loved it even more than the first time! Everything was clean, the service was great, the food was amazing in the specialty restaurants and we had such a wonderful week. It was fun seeing Checo again as he always gives us great tips and is so sweet. Elisa was so sweet to give us our evening coffee drinks. She was always helpful and happy! (I wish you all the best on the arrival of your new baby) We met Edgar the resort manager and were blown away by his kindness to us. He is such a happy guy and is perfect for his position. I love to see someone who is positive and LOVES life - this is Edgar. We were blessed to have met you and are thankful for your help in making our stay amazing!

This was our 2nd time to the resort. We come for the amazing snorkelling you can do right off the beach. We like the lazy river, cafe and the take-out pizzas. Unfortunately the resort is definitely getting ‘tired.’ We were in an upgraded suite and you can tell that it is in need of a refresh. Chipped tiles, ripped curtains, chipped furniture, etc. Overall we care more about location and service, over aesthetics - so we will definitely go back.

The tile is extremely slippery when wet. The staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. The food was so so. Juan C shuttle driver was sooooo amazing meep meep!
